This excellent Villa is furnished to the highest standard, with patio furniture, sun loungers and Gas BBQ. All rooms are modern and specious with air conditioning. The villa is situated in a beautifull area, 100 meters from the beach and five minutes walk to all amenities - shops, restaurants, and bars. Three bedrooms one of which with en suite bathroom. Downstairs there is an additional guests toilet. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a veranda with superb sea views.

The villa is fully furnished and equipped with all modern appliances such as flat TV, DVD player, stereo CD player, microwave oven, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchenware.
The specious ground floor of the villa has an open plan setting with the kitchen, dining and lounge area well spaced out for maximum comfort and convenience. The sitting room is tastefully furnished with luxurious leather sofas, a coffee table, TV - DVD player and satellite system with films, news and children's channels.
The inside dining area can be used for anything from intimate dining to family meals, and can seat up to 8 people comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped including oven/hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher and washing machine
Villa blue sea has 3 specious bedrooms all upstairs. The master double bedroom with en-suite facilities, a luxurious double bed, dresser and inbuilt cupboard space and a good sized veranda. The second bedroom is also with a double bed and the third is with 2 single beds. There is also a modern family bathroom with bath and shower facilities.
