Brand new 3 Bedroom Elegance apartment
This brand new high quality apartment is situated in the Elegance complex. Perfectly placed to take advantage of a whole host of amenities. Literally only 2 minutes walk from the golden sandy beaches of Denia and yet only a short stroll to a great array of shops, bars, restaurants and sports amenities.
The spacious apartment is furnished to a very high standard. The large terrace has views to the Montgo Mountain, you can relax on the loungers provided and enjoy an evening drink and watch the sun go down. What better way to start the day by enjoying breakfast in the sun on the patio table and chairs which are provided for you to use for that all important outdoor living.
The lounge has good quality stylish furnishings including large leather sofa with plasma screen TV, DVD and CD player. Patio doors lead on to the terrace
The well equipped kitchen has fridge freezer washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Everything you would require for your stay

There is plenty of space around the dolphin shaped swimming pool and children’s pool, the gardens and palm trees provide a sunbathing area for you to relax while the children enjoy their holiday in the pool.

What is there to do?
Nestling at the foot of the Montgo Mountain, Denia offers lots of attractions for seafarers, nature lovers and holiday makers, something for everybody.
Denia is one of the most sought after holiday locations on the Northern Costa Blanc. The historic town center is looked over by the castle and enclosed on three sides by remnants of the old castle walls.
Pavement cafes, trendy shops, tapas bars and restaurants line the town’s main avenue. Closes to the old fisherman’s quarter you can join in the auction of the fish freshly caught that day. For your fresh fruit and vegetables there is an indoor market with the general open air market on a Monday where you can join in with the locals to snap up a bargain.
The yacht club is situated in the region’s principle port amongst brightly painted bars and restaurants. From here you can catch a ferry to the Balearics you can go on a sail to Ibiza for the day or if you are a party animal for the night.
The new marina is an ideal place to relax and watch the world go by.
Along the sea front you can stroll along the esplanade enjoy the craft stalls that sell their crafts on an evening sit and relax under a palm tree and enjoy a coffee and watch the world go by.
There are 20 kames of beaches to enjoy although some are covered in pebbles, all you have to decide is if you want to laze away the days in a tranquil cove or join in the many activities the choice is yours. Our area is know as the orange blossom coast with the vast fertile citrus groves of oranges and lemons.
If you drive 15 minutes inland you will find the Orba valley and the Jalon Valley where you can explore the winding streets with the typically Spanish white washed houses. You could sample the locally produced wines including the famous Moscatel at the local bodegas. This is without the real Spain!!
The Costa Blanca is a very popular region with visitors. Miles of award winning soft white sandy beaches shelving gently into the Mediterranean this makes a good choice for children. Benidorm is an excellent choice for wonderful sandy beaches and vibrant night life. There is an Aquapark nearby Terra Mitica and for a night out visit Benidorm Palace.
A 10 minute drive away is El Vergal safari park a good day out for any age, in the same area visit the Spanish towns of Oliva and Gandia. The area is steeped in History relax and be a part of the Spanish way of life if only for a short while.
Trains run between Valencia and Gandia, or a one hour drive will take you to Valencia the region’s capital. This stunning city is a must to visit, wether it be museums or the oceanographic or just shop till you drop ( into the nearest tapas bar!!) Well you have to experience the Spanish way of life!!
For a traditional Spanish night out with a traditional flamenco show a visit to Viva Espana is a must situated on the N332 20 minutes drive away.
