A beautiful well maintained property in a well managed gated community with great facilities. I only wish we had had a bit more time to enjoy them. Theres a good choice of restaurants and shops nearby, and the drive to all the parks was straightforward.
We felt the pool could have been a little warmer, although it didnt put the children off spending hours in it.

We searched the net for months to find the perfect villa and found it here! Awesome villa!! ! The Villas location couldnt be better! It was ( as stated) with-in 2 miles from Disney and only a short drive ( 20 mins) to Universal!
Only problem was that the kids(10 and 12) loved the pool and hot tub that much they wanted to rush back from the parks to Jump in!!!
The Villa was very clean with every need catered for. We didnt use the games room( Brilliant!) simply because we didnt have the time!!
The Hot tub heats up really quickly and the coloured lights in the pool are very relaxing ( and romantic! ). Only thing was we felt the space was wasted on us ( Family of four) We only needed three bedrooms!
Only one very tiny complaint .There was a notice asking for the b.b.q to be cleaned after use. We were a bit suprised because it was in a terrible state when we opened it up and clearly had not been used ( or cleaned) for some months!!
After walking around the parks ( for hours) in the Searing heat The Emerald Gem was a welcome relief to come back to and really felt like home!
If you book this villa we hope you enjoy it as much as we have! We will be looking to booking it again if we decide to re- visit Orlando again in the future!

We stayed at the Emerald Gem from 03/20-03/27. The house was clean and well furnished. We would definately stay here again.

We had a great stay here. The children loved the games room and the pool. The location is wonderful, very quiet and attractive.
We will be back as soon as possible, can`t wait.

The property had everything we needed and more. It is located close to Disney, the supermarket, and local shops / restaurants.

We had a great holiday, our stay in Emerald Gem far exceeded our expectations. The house could not be in a better location 10 minutes from Disney and less than a mile from shops and restaurants where every taste was catered for. the House is furnished with all you need nothing has been overlooked. My children had a fantastic time enjoying the pool and games room. Well done to the owners the aptley named Emerald Gem it is indeed a Gem of a property. I have recommended to all our friends and family. Definitely worth another visit.

Hi Dave and Ellen,
Have just spent 3 wonderful weeks at your villa. We all enjoyed our holiday and the villa was so comfortable, it was great to relax and have our own pool. Will recommend it to family and friends. On prevoius holidays to Floridawe have always stayed in hotels, the villa was so different. Now my son wants us to buy one.
