Spent 2 weeks at Villa Amia and it was great.
I could write a repeat of the other reviews, but will only say the same. In a nut shell...great villa, really good price, peaceful, perfect for families and will be recommending to friends and family.
If you are searching for a well equiped, spacious, well maintained Villa stop your search now as you have found it!
( you can include the next bits if you like on the review, just some suggestions) The views on the website are quite different from what the villa looks like now - view from the front, view from the pool etc. So would be good for future reters if these were updat ed.
It would also be good to have the paved area go right up to the back fence....there is not much room for sunbeds when the kids are in the pool - without getting wet, so a bit more room would be a bonus

Weve just returned from a fortnight staying at Villa Amia and it truly was lovely!! Villa is fantastic, spacious, clean, with everything you could want. The view is beautiful and to sit looking out there each evening was so relaxing. The pool is lovely, the kids were barely out of it when we were in the villa. You do need a car, but the roads are very quiet and to be honest the air con in the car was a respite from the heat as it was very very hot. Would definitily recommend to friends and familyand the owners are so ameniable and helpful which is reflected in the villa.

We had a very nice stay at Villa Amia.
The pool was excellent and also the view.
10 min walk to several good restaurants and a 5 min drive to
Corallia Beach(the best inte area).
Maybe the arrive descriptions cab be improved.
We loved this place !!

Arrived at the villa on 26th June 2011, a little bit difficult to find if not familiar with the area however we had a little help from the locals and we got there in the end. There are a few sharp turns and hills on the way up from the airport so the journey was quite eventful. (not to mention sat nav took us up a one way street and we got pulled over by the police!!)
Upon arrival the keys were in the safebox, excellent idea and got in very easily. The villa was very clean, if not even sparking, and it was really nice on the eye. Looking around we found the rooms were very spacious and well furnished. All the bedrooms were very nice sizes, with the beds being relatively comfy and there were good facilities within the property.
The wi-fi is an exceedingly good idea, we were able to skype to family at home and show off the villa!!
It is located in a quiet and nice area with brilliant views. However a car is neccessary to get around in.
Pegia town centre (within walking distance) is a nice place to go if you just want to stay local.
Coral Bay strip is a very good place to visit as there is alot going on such as the beach, bars & restaurants, mini-golf, go-karting and more. Also this was the best beach that we visited.
We also visited Aphrodites baths, which was a good day out and the views upon the hill are spectacular.
As for bars & restaurants Ne-yos is one that I would certainly reccommend. It has an excellent vibe in there, plenty to do such as Ping pong, snooker, big screen tv, good food and also a rooftop bar.
Within the villa everything was catered for. The pool was lovely as it was very hot at this time of year and it was nice to be able to cool down, it was cleaned regulary and it was fair-sized. The kitchen space was roomy with all mod cons provided (dishwasher etc).
The owners of the villa were very proffesional and provided information where it was needed.
Overall, this was a great holiday in a great property. As soon as it was over we couldnt wait to book again, and now we only have 5 months left to wait!

We have just returned home from our stay in your stunning villa. Everything was great and more than met expectations.
The pictures do not do justice to the villa which is modern, clean and the view is spectacular.
We hired a car and a Garmin sat nav before leaving home, and using the post code and road name to find the villa which as we arrived late we found it essential, it continued to be very useful throughout our trip, even working on a scenic route through the hills behind the villa.
We found the newly opened City supermarket not only reasonably priced but great for all our supplies.
If we return to Paphos for another visit we will definitely use the villa again and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

Great villa - really improved by having wifi internet access. Few villas have this in Cyprus. Allow the kids to facebook and msn whilst on holiday

A very comfortably furbished villa, with good guide of whats available to do in the area, excellent pool and facilities available. Particularly appreciated fly screens and outside shower.Met all expectations.
Have concerns that outside table is too large for patio area as had a few close calls with chairs nearly tipping over edge.We were fortunate that their were no building operatins going on at the time of our stay as I think it ccould have been a very different story with regards to noise.

The Villa is superb. It provides a quiet haven on the mountainside overlooking the bay. The build quality of the property is excellent and the pool became our childrens' "second home"!!
The location allows you to either chill by the pool or go down the mountaini looking for more livelier entertainment.
Overall, an excellent property for a family break.

Excellent villa, great scenery during the day but spectaculer in the evenings when the suns gone down, looking out over the villages and sea. You do need a car to get around although the local taxis are fairly priced. Will hopefully come again with the rest of the family.
Replaced the mop and handle as the original was rusted and broken, probably due to wear and tear and we couldn't get the vacuum cleaner to work and the instructions were't much help as they were in greek.
A great time had by all even my 12 month old grandson, we loved it.

Property was fantastic - the photos on the website do not do it justice. There is everything you need. Check the cupboards before you go shopping as the previous occupiers left quite alot behind!
The location is 10 minutes walk from the village and you definatley need a car to access coral bay/paphos.
Use the short version directions as the long one is very confusing!

This lovely villa definitely exceeded all our expectations. We liked the separate website for the villa and the extra pictures and descriptions offered there, but even so, it was still even better than described.
It is light and airy, spacious, comfortable (except one of the settees), very well equipped and certainly enough room for 6 people.
We ate every meal outside, which for people coming from England, is a rare treat!
The views down to Coral Bay are stunning and we watched the sun rise and set every day.
The village next door was a lovely 10 minute walk away (who needs to drive)?
It was great to have our own swimming pool and it is well-maintained twice a week.
Thank you very much and we will recommend it to anyone interested in going to Cyprus.

We stayed in this property with our friends during August prior to the rental starting and thoroughly enjoyed the property. It was quiet and peaceful with great views. Even in the height of August a sea breeze could be felt making the heat comfortable.
We look forward to going back with our friends in August.
