Puerto Estepona Residencia


A newly painted low-rise block on Avenida del Carmen within a few minutes walk of both the beach (Playa del Cristo) and the wonderful colourful Port. The old Town is about 15 minutes walk.
The block has two lifts, entryphone, gardens and two rewly renovated pools as well as underground parking.

Our Apartment


Apartment redecorated in Nov. 2003. Constantly being updated to provide a "second home" for holidaymakers.
No cheap pine furniture, only carefully selected items to compliment the accommodation

Lovely local area


The Port is full of restaurants, bars & shops. It is very much a fishing Port and you can see the boats leaving and returning every day with their catches. Not ostentacious like Puerto Banus.
