The photos on the web site do this villa no justice at all. It was our first time staying in a villa, and it could not have been better. Very large property loads of space. Everything you could possibly need. Kids were very well pleased. The pool area is fantastic, very relaxing and spacious. Trevor the pool guy is fantastic and very welcoming. He will give you a lot of advice. Mehemt was great and made sure we were ok every day. I would definitely recommend this villa if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas. I will definitely be back next year. Best holiday yet.!! Thank you Gary for letting us rent you villa !

The villa was absolutly amazing and myself and my family had a fabulous holiday. We would highly recommend hiring a car as the villa is quite secluded and if you want to go out and about then transport to hand is recommended. It is a wonderful place and everyone is so friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend this villa,if you want peace and quiet a well equipped villa right down to needle and cotton. I decided to treat my family to a holiday in Turkey 9 of our family me the mum 63 my husband 68 daughter 37 her partner and my grandaughter aged 2 years 3 month, plus a son of 32 his partner and my grandson of 3yrs 3 months and baby of 7 months.this villa is clean and well cared for we did not hire a car for the first week,we walked to the local supermarket only did it once too far the Turkish must have thought us mad walking in the 80 degrees. Thats when Mehmet came to our rescue he took the 3 women to the supermarket, waited for us and took us back,it only cost 20 lira, about ÂŁ8 odd,The men decided to do a bbq a disaster the burgers black and the sausage burnt they said no light but found them the next day,we met Layla we fed her she lives under the bin in the road we kept her fed and watered the children looked forward to seeing her when coming back home to the villa.we all wanted to bring her back home. We decided to go to the market in Dalaman, and got to know the sellers having many a laugh with the haggling,i told most of them i hope you sleep at night for trying to pull the wool over our eyes(ha ha)Trevor one of Mehmets drivers is so nice he took us to the market waited after the market we had a meal and he took us back to the villa, but stopping at the supermarket on the way back Trevor packed our bags with us and showed us where to get the coal for yes another try at the bbq.that was sucessful, that trip cost 40 lira. The men decided to go into Dalaman to watch the England football game,Trevor came took them to a bar and arranged to pick them back up the men could not find anywhere to watch the England match but saw it on a television shop window they decided to watch it from the roadside, along came 2 lads from Birmingham and they watched it too.at half time the owner of the shop came and switched the tvs off in the window the men were not amused they went to a bar to drown there sorrows. We all decided we were paying too much in taxi and Mehmet and Mehmet got us a mini bus for 6 days ÂŁ210,IT IS A MUST FOR A CAR. We went to Gocek and met the sellers from the market one told his wife he was coming back to England with me to live, his wife was over the moon, another seller seeing me told my husband she is a very funny lady he gave me a free gift. Dalyan is a must we went 3 times we did the turtle island run, where african queen was filmed with Kathrine Hepburn and Humphrey Boggart,i went on to e-bay and bought 3 copies of african queen for the family. We had an English breakfast, that you can not get in Mugla worth the trip for that, and we finished our last day with the mini bus at Marmaris if you think Dalaman market is bad for being hassled go to Marmaris you get hassled in the indoor market. I would highly recommend this villa AND I WILL BE BACK Gary and all involved made this holiday such a joy from when you get off the plane to return back to the airport, and we had an 8 hour delay with monach airline. Thank you.the Nelson Familyxxxxxxxxx

This semi detached Villa is situated in a great central place for a holiday, with the flexibility to achieve chill out time with its own private pool and a chance to explore Turkey. If you hire a car the possibilities are endless, treat the driving like an adventure! The Villa is near the airport so you have some noise from that, but that is no different to the mosque calling for prayer every five hours, on the upside you are only a quick drive away. The villa is well equipped and maintained, its in a safe location for children. The owners look after you from the moment you book till you arrive, then you are placed in the very capable hands of Memhet the Villa management, no matter what time of day we called he was there to help us, and would organise tours and events as well if you are not brave enough or do not choose to drive. We will need to return again so we can do some of the things that we did not get to do on this visit. If you want accommodation where you have no worries, this is the one.. I think a ÂŁ400 for the week with 8 people that is ÂŁ50 each you cannot beat it for value to visit one of the most hospitable countries I have ever been to.

I have written an account of our stay to demostrate what good value, location, and care we recieved from the renters of this villa. Wednesday. When we arrived for our flight at Gatwick airport, dawn and the night sky was a hairs breadth away from each other. Soon we where in the air and before we knew it, it was time to touch down in Dalaman. We had hired a car from Dalaman car hire and we where met in the main car park area just out side the arrivals entrance, by a man who had a card with our name on it. We did the necessary paper work and lets know about the emergency contact number, and that in the event of an accident we had to call the police and the jandarmary, he kindly offered to drive us to our villa, we had to hire a mini bus as there was more than 5 people, car hire is expensive minimum for this size is £400 in turkey for a large party like ours. When we hired the bus it had no fuel, and was about 120tyl for a ½ tank of fuel, the driver did encourage us to fill it up, so I am wondering if there is a bit of a scam here as the web site says it comes with ¼ of a tank and should be returned with a quarter of a tank, unless they where sick of people not giving it back with the ¼ of a tank. But the offer to drive us to the Villa was welcome, as I was very tired from the journey out, also I was glad of this as it gave me some idea before I got to drive on the road, he contacted the villa and the home service agent Mehmet met us, and the driver then it was down to me. At this point we did not understand how important transport was when renting this villa it is a must, because it’s a long walk in the hot sun to get even a pint for milk. I had small amount of time to adjust to a left hand drive, this is involves a lot of stalling and windscreen wipers going and other shenanigans! We were lead to our Villa and were glad to see It due to being very tired as we had already been awake from the first minute of that day. We where given a run down on the house and had some groceries bought for us for our arrival. We where also offered organised days out one 12 island boat tour and the Dalyan river boat tour, one at a cost of 30tyl per person and another for 120tyl for the group. Mehmet gave me a tour showing the way to the local super market and other places. The Villa is a three-story building that has the master bedroom at the top this bedroom is very large loft style room with pine units and an en-suite bathroom, and a private room for the owners. The next level has 3 bedrooms one double en-suite and two twin rooms, with a bathroom one the same floor all with pine furnishings. The ground floor has a bathroom toilet and there is a kitchen with an oven, fridge freezer and washing machine, there is a dining area and lounge with a playstation 2 and a television, a good selec tion of DVD’s are available. The pool is just off of the veranda and is good and clean, the shallow end is good for children, but they have to be careful if they are weak or non-swimmers and the pool has a sudden sloop into the deep end the sun is on the pool from about 0900 and is on the pool for the rest of the day. Round the side of the building there is a lovely BBQ area, that has a paved area that you can put the patio table and chairs in, to have a nice alfresco meal in the evening. All the rooms are air conditioned, and do not be alarmed when the lights dim, this is due to the power system in this area, and you are the last set of houses house on the end of a long giant extension cable, you have to consider you are in a developing country and there is nothing that can be done about this. The location of the villa is nice, they have built a holiday complex next door, but the gardens are still private, and the noise level is currently low, I do suspect that it will get a bit louder once the places are sold and rented out. You have to also remember that you are in a airport town area, so there is a little air traffic about, this will never be as heavy as staying near places like Heathrow, Manchester, Gatwick or Glasgow, it not continuous but there is some noise, after all you only landed there an hour or so ago! Now let me tell this as I have said before you this you NEED a car for this location, but you need balls of steal to drive it, and not only the Turkish do not believe in having a sign post or roads with names on it!!! Rip up the high way code, give way to everything, and watch for the random wandering chickens, goats, dogs, and cows! To take a turning in turkey you have to signal, (even if no one else signals out here) pull in so the side of the road, and then indicate, to turn and when the road has a sufficient break in traffic, turn. Despite being shown the way home it took me a couple of attempts to find the villa, a journey that should have taken 5 minutes took at least ½ an hour, as all the turnings and the villas looked similar so when you first go out take someone with you to write down a landmark and left or right turn. After I got back the kids where already making use of the pool. The next day was designated a pool day, and give us a chance to plan the week. I had to make a journey to the local supermarket, that has everything you need and for local produce the prices are very reasonable, Turkish flat bread is 1.5tyl EFFE the Turkish beer is 2.5tyl each about 7tyl for a pack of chicken, so that gives you some idea that basic things are good value for money, if you want to buy stuff you would normally buy at home you will pay a higher price. Thusday. Thursday is market day in Dalaman, so get your haggling head on, there is a wide selec tion of goods here from traditional niknaks to fake designer wear, also fruit and vegetables are very good in price 1tyl for a kg of tomatoes, onions, for about 2tly they sell pancakes in the market with a cheese and spinach stuffing, or potato and onion, very nice, and they hold there heat! For Dinner we found a kebab and pizza place after opposite the big mosque, there was a furnace heat with logs, where 3 foot long pizza where cooked, we got 3 for 15tly with salad. Friday. We decided to go to Saigerme beach, you take a right on the road back to the airport and follow the road to near the end, when you come to a holiday villa complex opposite you will find a car park for 3tyl you can park there all day, just over the road from the car park there is a parade of shops that sell all kinds of souvenirs, jewellery and beach stuff for the kids. You take a free tractor ride down to the beach walk through some gardens and onto the sand. You have to remember to cover your feet, as the sand gets very hot, it will cost you 3tyl per sun bed, there are some natural pools that has very warm water, and is not deep this makes this beach very child friendly. The food there is very reasonable with burgers and pancakes around 2tyl each. Saturday. Gocec, they do a 12 island boat tour, Memhet, can organise a tour for you, there were family’s that did not have transport and the cost of taking them to and from the tour was about 60tyl. Our tour was 30tyl per person and this included lunch. Lunch consisted of chicken pasta and salad. Warning, the drinks are expensive on board the boat, the only thing I did not like is that there was no where displaying the drinks price, after each swim stop they offer drinks to everyone on board, because you have been swimming in salt water you would like get the taste of salt out of your mouth, thus will 5 or 6 it clocks up, ours for 5 adults and one child was 94tyl, the cost from what I can work out came from the soft drinks. This is not really suitable for young children that are weak swimmers., as there is not much for them to do, so if they have a dsi or film they can watch on a portable device it would help pass the time. Sunday We had a pool day using the Villa pool facilities, and then out for a meal at the Palmiye, Memhet arranged a pick up an

" We had such a fantastic holiday, we are a family of 4 with a child who has severe learning problems we were looking for a holiday where we could be on our own to chill out and relax without the hustle and bustle and the explainations which go with having a child who has very little language and hits out at people.
This villa was perfect it is spacious and very clean we had to make sure all doors downstairs were shut as the marble stairs were a little daunting.

The kitchen had everything needed to prepare and cook meals also the barbecue was great.
The bedding was very clean and plenty of wardrobe and drawer space in all the rooms.
The pool was great expecially the shallow end for the children and me at only 5 feet who likes to feel the bottom!!

The area surrounding the villa is so peaceful and everyone we met is so friendly.
My husband took out his mountain bike and loved going up in to the mountains he was most impressed.
We can't thank the management company enough who looked after us and made our stay as stress free as possible and we are now looking forward to returning next year."

"We've stayed three times at the villa, May 07 Christmas 2007, July 2009. We've enjoyed our stays so much we hope to book for July 2010.

The villa had a lovely spacious sitting room. Kitchen had everything you needed to make your own meals if you didn't want to go out to eat. Also enjoyed the BBQ in garden. We found bedrooms had plenty of drawer and wardrobe space. Everywhere was spotless. Really enjoyed the pool, just relaxing by and getting in to cool off whenever we wanted.

Plenty of places to eat nearby although it took us about 20 minutes to walk into town, Gary had all the contacts we needed if we wanted transport anywhere.

Lovely Villa! lovely location! met some lovely people! "

I am glad after much deliberation that we decided to go to Dalaman in the end! It is not a so called tourist spot but it is situated in a great location making it ideal to get to many touristic places. Yazlik Villa was so beautiful (slightly jealous of owners really!). Local people are lovely offering typical Turkish hospitality! And you won’t feel lonely as Brits are all around as well! Yazlik Villa is spacious and has everything you need. I wish we had stayed for two weeks, one week for enjoying the Villa itself and the second for all these lovely antique cities and beaches!!! Be sure to rent a car. We rented at the airport and were able to get a good price but make sure to negotiate the price and ask the other companies their prices. If not Mehmet who looks after the Villa can help you as not all car renting agencies are at the airport. We look forward to going there again!!! Ilknur and Troy

A lovely villa, both clean and tidy, with good sized rooms. Everything you need at the villa, including a whole stack of local leaflets etc. Quite a way from the shops etc, so make sure you hire a car, but almost all the restarants in the area pick-up and dro p-off, so this works out really well if you want to have a drink. Unless you know the area very well you really need to get the transport from and to the airport, as you will never find the villa. All round this was an excellent villa, in a lovely area of Turkey.

Was a bit wary at first as this was the first time that we used this system to book our accomodation, this exceeded all expectations. Would totally recommend to other people to book through this system.

The Villa has all mod cons, is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen has all that is required to cook meals for a family of eight although with all the cheap cafes and restaurants in Dalaman we preferred to eat out most of the time. There are some very nice places to visit,Gocek, being our favourite. The twelve island boat trip is must! We would recommend this Villa holiday to anyone, and really look forward to going again.

This is a well maintained, lovely, large villa, in a quiet area. The pool was great as it has a shallow end so great for kids. We had excellent assistance while we were there, as well as before and after our visit. Gary who owns the villa, cant do enough for you and always goes that extra mile for you, the people who look after the villa in Turkey are also very friendly and provide excellent service. The villa itself, although in a quiet area, is in quite a strategic spot as it very close to the airport and a large number of attractions and resorts such as Sarigerme beach, which is beautiful Dalyan and Gocek, although a car is required which can be arranged for you. There are also plenty of places to go and eat nearby. All in all lovely place, we loved it.

if you want a real chill out then l would suggest this villa which has all you need to enjoy peace & privacy the local beach which is Sarigerme was lovely not to crowded you could also get a nice lunch there also turtle beach which again not over crowded but lovely the down side is you must have a car, even going into town is just beyond walking distance it would be to hot anyway, once the roads are finished it would be fun to hire a bike, you could then pop in to town with your food order & have it delivered if going for 2 wks l would hire a car for about 4 days & go to the beaches & go sightseeing & then just relax in the Villa l would love to go again in the near future

We stayed at Yaslik Villa in early July. We found the villa to be extremely comfortable with plenty of space, (there were six of us). The top fllor master bedroom was absolutly massive, you could probrably have put another couple of beds there and the amount of wardrobe space was also a refreshing change from the single cuboard you normally get at hotels.

What we really found useful was the three bathrooms, this meant no queues for the shower!!

The kitchen seemed to have everything we needed although evenings we didn't go out we tended to use the BBQ. It seemed a shame to be cooking indoors.

The kids loved the pool, it was especially good for my youngest as one end was quite shallow. The grass was suprisingly green for such a hot country and when the trees have grown a bit more it will be nice to sample some of the fruit.

The slight downside was the fact that we did need to hire a car for the week that we were there, you could walk into town if you wanted, (we never, it was too hot), or get a taxi. We went into Gocek one night for food (about 10-15 mins away) and iot was really nice. We spoke to some other people who had done the 12 island boat trip and we wished we'd done it.

All in all we had a really good week. It's quiet but if thats your thing, you should have a good time. We're hoping
