The Apartment
1 bedroom apartment with superb, panoramic views across Fuengirola & the Mediterranean Sea. Situated on the 10th floor with lift access to the apartment. The apartment is furnished to the owner’s individual taste. The lounge has a sofa, armchair, dinning talbe with 4 chairs, there is also cable TV showing some UK ‘free to air’ programmes, plus many Spanish programmes. The sofa makes into a bed, therefore the apartment is acceptable for 3 people. Patio doors open up from the lounge onto a large balcony which overlooks the beach of Los Boliches and sea. The balcony is complete with outside furniture so you can enjoy the splendour of the views. There are ceiling fans in the bedroom and lounge.
The bedroom is configured with one double bed. There is a full bathroom to service the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and other appliances you might require to make your culinary delights associated with the Costa del Sol.
With the beach across the road, this makes it an ideal location for your family holiday., and Malaga Airport is only 30 minutes drive away
The Local Area
Situated in the Spanish Quarter of Los Boliches/LosPacos, there are plenty of local bars, restaurants and Pizzeria only a very short walk away, there is also a local supermarket and petrol station.
Located at the Los Boliches/Torreblanca end of Fuengirola. It is hard to get closer to the beach and sea on this coast as they lie directly opposite the apartments. The Paseo Maritimo stretches 9 miles along the coast. There are shops, cafes, restaurnts and bars almost on your doorstep. Los Boliches has its own beaches, shopping centres and much more. Although a quiet location, the bustling centre of Fuengirola is only a short walk along the seafront. The fishing town of Los Boliches lies halfway between the more famous resorts of Marbella and Torremolinos. Los Boliches is just .8km ( 1/2 mile) from Fuengirola.
Santa Amalja, Carvajal, and Las Gaviotas, the best beaches, are broad, clean, and sandy. Everybody goes to the big, sprawling market at Fuengirola on Tuesday.

Only 30 minutes from Malaga Airport. There are several golf courses within easy reach. La Cala, Mijas Golf and Miraflores golf courses are all within a 15 minute drive, so it is well situated for a golfing break.
Within a 20 minute Drive
* Fuengirola Zoo is set in Equatorial Gardens. An enjoyable day for the family.
* The beautiful Marina at Benalmadena has many small and large boats to see while you take a stroll round the lovely harbour. There are lots of restaurants and bars to sit and enjoy a meal or drink while you enjoy the views.
* Also at Benalmadena is the Sealife Aquarium, which is worth a visit. You can discover the fascinating world of the sharks and of tropical seas.
* The Costa Del Sol Cable Car also operates from Benalmadena up into the hills to give a splendid view.
Telerifico is a cable car ride from the coast at Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmadena, just outside of Tivoli World to the peak of Monte Calamorro at 725 metres. Fantastic views over the Mediterranean, Africa & Gibraltar.
* Tivoli World Theme Park at Benalmadena has many exciting rides for young and old.
* If you fancy seeing a bit of Marina life, try the Selwo Marina Park & Dolphinarium at Benalmadena.
Which has sea lions, penguins & exhibitions shows
* The mountain town of Mijas is about 20 minutes away. Well worth a visit. Lots of little shops and lovely views. You can take a ride in one of the carriages pulled by ponies or take a donkey ride. It’s easier than walking up and down the small streets.
* A drive to Marbella takes about 20 minutes. It’s worth a drive over to see the lovely harbour and the many fashion shops. There are lots of restaurants and bars, and Marbella has a beautiful beach.
* Puerto Banus has a pretty harbour. This is where the rich and famous hang out. There are boats of every size there,
along with lots of restaurants around the harbour side. You can sit and watch the world go by, whilst enjoying a meal or a drink in this beautiful setting.
Within a 40 minute Drive
* Selwo Adventure Park at Estepona. Has more than 2,000 semi-free roaming animals, birds of prey & shows. The park covers more than 100 hectares and is home to animals from all over the world roaming in natural habitats.
* Take a trip to the mountain town of Rhonda. It takes about 1 hour by car to get there. But it’s well worth the drive. The views are unbelievable.
* Malaga is old and full of history. You can also visit the Picasso Museum
A Little Further Away
* Take a trip or drive to Gibraltar. It’s about 80 minutes by car. Once there you can get some duty free (very cheap) and visit the Barbary apes by taking the Cable Car up the rock.
* Visit Sierra Nevada about a 2 hour drive away, but well worth the drive. Beautiful scenery with excellent skiing conditions in the winter and lovely mountain walks in the summer.
* The historic towns of Seville, Cordoba, Cadiz and Grenada, with the famous Alhambra Palace are just over 2 hours or so, you can arrange excursion trips in Fuengirola.
* A day trip to Morocco is possible, to visit the ancient town of Tangiers. A hydrofoil takes you from Algeciras about 90 minutes away direct to the port of Tangiers, where you can visit the markets, take in the atmosphere and buy some very reasonably priced rugs!
