Superb location and grounds. Our lively 6 and 2 yr old boys absolutely loved running around the massive garden and in and out of the fantastic swimming pool which was fully secured by a kid-proof fence.
Chris & Maureen were very friendly and helpful and left us to enjoy our stay but were there if we needed them for anything.
If youre looking for a relaxing break with young kids I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this gite.

This property is great value for money exactly as described, the pool was fabulous and we were left alone to enjoy our holiday, the only downside is it was a bit too rural for us, if you want an evening out be prepared to travel. Would definately consider returning

Other than the first night when we did not have gas for cooking and no one on hand to ask about this, we had a great time. the property is small as advertised but the we were outside in the main and did not feel any lack of space. The kids loved the pool and the grounds and suroundings were spacious and tranquil. The only minor criticism I would have re the facilities is the lack of anything with which to make coffee. All in all a great property and a great holiday destination. We are thinking of returning next year.

The Gite was perfect and exactly as advertised. Lovely pool and gardens and we were given a very warm welcome on arrival. Only thing that let us down was the weather.

We had a superb time at this property, yes the accommodation is a little cramped for 4 people (our two children are 12 & 14) but we spent ost of the time outside and its certainly much less cramped and far more comfortable than camping. We were under no illusions though the description is clear and accurate. The pool was superb, had a job to get the kids to agree to go out each day as they wanted to spend all day in there. Shops are reasonably close just be prepared if you arrive late on Saturday to get what you need on Sunday as many of the shops dont open on a Sunday. All in all a superb holiday would love to go back again some time, very relaxing.

Communication with the owner before getting to gite was excellent. Caretakers, Fabrice and Natasha were lovely and unobtrusive. Property was excellent for couple like us on honeymoon. Bedroom ceiling slightly low for 6ft 3 husband but we survived. Had really relaxing time with great pool to ourselves.

The gite we stayed met our requirements, the swimming pool was wow, and the weather and the country side was fantastic. We would go back, we were left on our own and there was no one to bother you. Best holiday we had in a long time. We will be back ............

The settings and garden of this gite are so tranquil and fantastic - absolutely perfect if you want peace and quiet in a lovely rural setting. The garden is great and safe for kids to play in. Also wonderful to walk around late in the evening and admire the setting sun. The pool is a huge bonus for this gite. It was lovely and clear and clean and kept in immaculate condition. There is ample seating around the pool.
We found the gite slightly on the small side (but then our 2 daughters are teenagers - if they had been a few years younger, maybe not). The bedroom especially although quite big, has very little headroom for the most of it. We also felt that, although the gite was well-equipped, there were just a few extras that could be done that would have made a big difference. However, none of this was enough to be more than passing thoughts and certainly not enough to distract from the enjoyment of the place.
We were lucky enough to be there for some of the time while the owners were staying in their house in the grounds and they were so friendly and helpful, as were the couple that live there all the time. We also had helpful emails from the owner in advance of our holidays with links to websites of local information.
All in all a wonderful holiday in a beautiful setting which I would not hesitate to recommend.
