Everything was just great. The house was very clean and cozy, and the amenities were right on time. We had a wonderful time. Cudos to the owner for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

Let me start by saying there was 10 of us and at times it was hard to believe. The home has an abundance of space and excellent amenities. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The neighbourhood is quiet and Disney's gates are exactly 5 minutes away. Eh! Rob

This is a house that we will defintely rent again. It was spacious, well-kept, and well-appointed. A bonus feature that you may not find elsewhere is the fully set up computer and internet connection-- NICE! There is a nearby grocery store on the main road if you take a left (Publix). Walmart is further down the road (about 5 minutes). Very convenient! Use the owners' directions to the house to avoid any confusion with the contruction on I-4 when you get there. A FABULOUS stay-- don't hesitate to book with them!

It was really great and nice,large and comfortable. the location is so quite and near to shopping and Disney. I recommend it strongly for a good vacation a comfortable and nice place.all the equipments are provided and the sunset is fantastic

for us the aspect and privacy of the house was very important and it deed meet our expectations for that. For the rest the house has everything you need when you are on holiday and is better than a hotel. I liked the reservation system , easy and fast to use."

An excellent property in an excellent location, providing a beautiful and peaceful respite from the buzz of the parks, without being too far away. Great size which easily accomodated our 2 families including children, without being on top of each other. Includes lots of little extras to make the holiday special for all in the party. Thank you for providing a great villa for a fantastic holiday The pool and the spa and lanai area were the main focal point of our evening entertainment and we miss the many happy hours we spent there chilling and winding down after busy days in the parks. Recommended to all families looking to share excellent amenities in a spacious environment

"Fantastic home we had a dream holiday and no one wanted to leave. We had rented villas in the past but yours was the best ever, the location was a dream as we did not have to drive far as all the theme parks we visited were within a 20 min drive as was the airport, and having a bar onsite with entertainment was a bonus we all enjoyed. As for the shopping we just ran out of time. he has not stopped talking about it and we are all looking forward to returning next year.
A wonderful home very clean, well maintained a beautiful community and very close to theme parks and shopping. The Walmart store very close we could have spent all of our vacation there. Susan the owner was very helpful and good with information, thank you for your home we will definatley recommend to our friends and hope to be back next year."

"I and my family had a wonderful vacation in home it far exceeded our expectations and the pictures did not do it justice. Your direction from the airport to the villa were excellant we did not get lost once and your direction to Disney were also very good we did not get stuck in traffic once and you were right it did only take 3 min. This is by far the best home we have ever stayed in and we are trying to get other family members to rebook with us for next year Thank you so much for sharing your home with us"

"The photographs on the web site do not do this property justice. It is a beautiful Villa, furnished to very high standards.It is ideal for larger parties,we had two families in our group so when you split the cost this property is tremendous value. I can,t recommend it highly enough.
"Our stay in Florida has been wonderful. We've had some magical moments espec. Discovery Cove. Some days were very tiring so coming back to such a beautiful house helped us to relax straight away. Thank you for helping to make our trip more memorable."

Good Day sueI just wanted to pop you a quick note and thank you so much for the use of your lovely home. We spent nine beautiful days basking in the Florida sun. As you know there were two chaperons, a coach and twelve swimmers. Every one of us loved the accommadations. The large kitch was perfect for preparing our meals for 15 and the large sectional in the family room accommodated everyone for team meetings. I would also like to say that your onsite management, Bridgette was exceptional, she even came to our rescue when we managed to lock ourselves out of the house one night ! She was a wonderful, kind lady. You are lucky to have her. I will definitely recommend your property to friends, family and collegues. Thanks again

Everything was fanatstic about this villa, the location, size, pool and especially the pool table. The only downfall was when we arrived the pool heat was not switched on and the bins or the fridge hadn't been emptied. Apart from that I will definitley stay at this villa again and recommend it to anyone

"Was it good value for money? Absolutely, the price was lower than most villas in the same area. The cost was less per night Than Disney's most inexpensive hotel room where you get one room and a small bath. To get 7 bedrooms, huge master bath, private screened pool and a fully stocked kitchen for less money, It is quite a deal. Did it meet your expectations? Exceeded my expectations, there were many extras that made the stay much easier such as Computer access, there were paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags and dishwasher detergent, These were nice surprises not usually found in other villas. Was the description accurate? Yes, property was just as described. Would you recommend it to a friend? Already have recommended this property for a get together next June. Were you adequately looked after during your stay? Yes, however, we did not encounter any problems and had no need to contact anyone. Please try to be as fair and as accurate as you can - we will publish both poor and good reviews providing they are well written.
