The Urbanization is 3km inland from the beach, well positoned for beach lovers and mountain hikers alike. For the golfers there are several golf courses within 10 mins drive and numerous within 30 mins.

THE VILLA
Villa Cathy is a 7yr old property built to the highest standards in a well kept quiet urbanization which boasts a restaurant/bar overlooking a communal pool and tennis courts and also a snack bar/mini mart.
The Villa sits in its own grounds with private pool (which can be heated on request at a cost of £75 per week. an advantage in the winter) surrounded by large terraces which you can sit and enjoy the stunning views of the sea and surrounding countrside, whilst cooking a feast on the stone B B Q provided.
Villa Cathy is a sizeable villa, the ground floor comprises of a fully fitted spacious kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, china, cutlery utensils etc, a untility room with washing machine and another fridge freezer.
Large split level lounge/ dining room with patio doors opening out onto a part covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
Leading off the hall way there is one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, another double bedroom with extra single bed and a twin bedroom, the later two share a seperate shower room.
The hallway has a large sweeping marble staircase which leads to the first floor which has a spacious master double bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Also patio doors leading out onto a large terrace.
All bed linen and towels are provided, however please bring your own beach towels.
The villa has an alarm and a safe for your own peace of mind.

AQUA PARK (Fuengirola) Fun water park.
ZOO (Fuengirola) One of the most up todate, this is more than just a zoo, its a nature experience.
TIVOLI WORLD & CABLE CAR (Arroyo de la Miel) An Amusement park for all the family with a variety of nightly shows.
Seville (App 2 hrs drive) The city of Seville is an architectural marvel, considered to be the most vibrant city in Andalucia.
GRANADA (App 2hrs drive) The city of Granada has its moorish past evident at every turn, walking around this historical city with its maze of narow cobbled streets takes you back in time. The ALAMBRA PALACE is a must.
Situated behind Granada is the impressive SIERRA NEVADA Mountains where in the winter months are very popular as a sking resort, making very possible to ski in the morning and return to sunbathe on the beach late afternoon.
GIBRALTAR (App1hr drive) The Gibraltar rock makes a very impressive sight as it rises majestically out of the med, Don't miss a trip up the rock to see the monkeys and St Michaels Cave.
