This luxuriousl two-bed apartment located in the Riviera Del Sol Urbanisation, situated within a few minute walk from shops, bars and restaurants and just 15 minutes from the beach. The apartment is set in beautiful gardens and have 3 communal swimming pools a jacuzzi and sauna available to all clients.
For the less energetic, car hire is recommended, which gives you the freedom to explore the many excellent beaches and mountain villages in the surrounding countryside.

The apartment comprises two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one full bathroom, a spacious lounge/dining room with access to the balcony over looking the main pool and a fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge and washing machine. The apartment has TV and DVD player with an excellent selection of DVD's available for you to watch

Main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, doors leading onto terrace and ensuite bathroom.

En-suite bathroom to Master bedroom with full-size bath, shower over, wc,bidet. There is also a shower room with WC, hand basin and cubicle shower.
Kitchen
Brand new fully equipped kitchen with integrated hob/oven/grill,fridge-freezer,washing-machine and dishwasher. Microwave,Toaster,Kettle. Crockery, cutlery and glasses for 6 people, cooking utensils, iron & ironing board.
Lounge
2 sofas’, one of which converts to a double bed, TV with satellite for English digital channels, DVD player with a selection DVD'S, stereo CD/radio.

Outside
A large private balcony with table, chairs and sun loungers over looks the main pool & children’s pool, there is also another pool for guests to use.
There is a Jacuzzi situated in the gardens and a sauna by the main pool.
The complex is gated with access only for residents and guests and so provides a safe environment for children.
