Very nice property for a golfing break or longer stay.
Cosy terace with perfect BBQ and grat facilities.
Hing end kitchen and rooms.

We chose this villa because of the facilities and location. We were not disappointed. The villa is beautifully furnished and had ample space for relaxing both inside and outside. For a group of golfers, the villa is just perfect!

Stayed here for a week in August and had a wonderful time. The Villa had everything that we needed and more. It was spacious and modern and although the pool was a communal one it was generally very quiet. Alfie the owner was in constant contact making sure everything was to our satisfaction and he was readily contactable which is very important. The only downside is the distance from town. You would really need a car (especially if you have young kids, like us) as it is approx 4km to town but in saying that the walk into town is a very pleasant 30-40 min stroll. Taxis can be a bit hit and miss. Overall I would have to say that the Villa is great value for money. If we go back to Vilamoura I would definitely stay here again.

no stone left unturned .alfie the owner has thought of everything what a place to stay.just 1 thing to say you will need a car as taxis can be a bit hit or miss.

A really nice Townhouse with all the amenities you need. The pool area was really quiet and well maintained. The walk to the Marina takes around 50 minutes, a really pleasant walk with tree-lined paths and ample lighting.

Luxury accomodation with all mod cons.
The pool area was within steps of the patio and a perfect retreat after spending the day site seeing or on the beach.
Having SKY TV with all sports channels was a special treat for me.

Excellent property, everything you could ask for, plenty of room for all! Located in a quiet area, with a communal pool (although often we were the only ones there) it was the perfect getaway location. Walking distance to at least 3 beautiful golf courses for the golfers. Vilamoura is a lovely little town with everything you can need of an evening, and the days can be spent in peace at the townhouse. The only slight downside is the distance to the nearest supermarket, as the closest one has now closed as the chain went bankrupt. The owner of the villa, was extremely helpful and a pleasure to do business with. I totally recomend this property

A lovely spacious 4 bedroomed house. We had a fabulous time in Vilamoura and would definately return. We travelled with a teenager and an OAP and both we suited to the house and area. We would retunr with family an/or friends to stay at this house. All we needed was at hand and Alphie was just at the end of the phone if we had any problems (not with the house with our directions and hire car!!!) As said would definately return and certainly recommend. Need to book a little better weather if we go at easter again - it was the only thing that let it down. Cycle hire is great as the area is relatively flat. You need a car, although the taxi number in the fruit dish of the house always arrived in minutes. Thanks for the use of your lovely house.

This is the second time that i have stayed in this property.
The pictures do not do it justice, it is very spacious, clean and tidy.
The pool area is great and if you are a Golfer you could not be better placed with Millenium/Old Course/Laguna and the local driving range all in walking distance and a five minute car ride max.
Beware the prices in the local golf clubs food and drink though egg on toast at VICTORIA GOLF CLUB cost 10 euros, when i complained they could not care less!
There are local places to eat that are a lot cheaper and just as good.
We are already looking at re booking for January 2009.
Also Alfie the owner could not have been more helpful and seems to genuinely treat you as a valued customer.

Weve had a fantastic holiday and we would like to say a massive Thank You to the owners Alfie you and Eileen for giving us a wonderful stay in their beautiful home. It was everything that wed hoped for, and more! Delightful, spacious and the prefect location not only to take in the immediate Vilamoura area with the harbour and Golf and family facilities, but also to allow easy travelling to other nearby places of interest for both the teenagers and the adults in our party.
There were seven in our party, all on our first visit to Portugal. Everyone agreed that wed love to go again, soon! Staying in this lovely home just put the icing on the cake of a perfect week...suppose the brilliant weather helped too!!
Alfie gave loads of practical advice about the trip and the area and answered all our questions and queries - it couldnt have been any better.
This property comes very highly recommended.

Had an excellent 2 weeks in this lovely townhouse. It is situated in an ideal location in the centre of 4 golf courses and approx 5 mins from the beach and marina. It has everything you need and is a home from home. It is large enough to accommodate 2 families with kids, we were a party of 7. The swimming pool is right outside the patio and for the 2 weeks we were there it was virtually ours, not crowded like in some complexes.
We spent most evenings on the patio relaxing with a bottle of wine and a BBQ.
There are numerous restaurants close by and the Taco restaurant which is next to the supermarket is recommended and is within a 10 min walk.
The owner Alfieis a gentleman, who is very helpful and always on the end of the phone if there is a problem. We will definately return and next time will be packing the golf clubs!

We have had the most fantastic 2 weeks in this lovely house. The accommodation was 1st class and as a party of 8 the spacious house was ideal. The outside terrace and pool were delightful and most of the time we were the only people using the pool. We hired a car which we would recommend but we also used taxis and the local bus. The men in the group played some great rounds of golf on the many courses in the area. Special thanks to Alphie for being so helpful and to Yvonne at no 6 for all the help she gave while we were there. We would recommend this house to any of our friends and relatives and will definatley return ourselves in the future. *****

As a group of 4 twenty-something couples we had a great time at this villa.
The accommodation was excellent, the bbq terrace was lovely for sitting out in the evening and the pool was perfect. We couldnt have asked for more to keep us entertained in the daytime, with even a TV for people who had too much sun! The dishwasher was a real bonus too!
We found getting taxis to be problematic, we hadnt hired a car. They generally turned up an hour later than booked for or we had to flag them from the road.
Once wed secured taxis, accessibility to Vilamoura and Albufeira was great (5 mins to Marina/ 5 euros and 15 mins to Albufeira/ 15 euros).
If you visit without a car I would suggest contacting a local minibus service to help get you around (we found one listed on a local map which was very reliable).
We would certainly recommend this villa to our families and friends.

Jumped at the chance to book this lovely house having seen it in the Daily Record.1st time in a house usually apts or hotel room where 4 of us in 1 bedroom apts are always cramped,so the space was a great bonus,with mum,dad and uncle there too, plenty space.No more apts for us.Pool could,ve been private as only saw about 6 people max in 2 wks where kids made plenty noise(sorry Yvonne).Yvonne by the way was brill.Hired a car to get about as taxis were ok but could wait about 25mins some times.Aqualand great day,no queueing.Sizzling Stone a must for dinner and would recommend the Clay Oven for an Indian.Loved the full holiday, didn,t want to come home.Will be back. We had a great week at this Villa in Oct 07, the weather was perfect. We walked to the Portuguese Masters Golf tounament held on the Victoria course and played the Millenium just across the Road. Villa is well described, great facilities on site and few people using them when we were there. We liked the two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs as this allowed people to come and go as they pleased, we were not in each others pockets and noise levels was low. We were only five people but used all four bedrooms, great to have air con everywhere. The BarBque worked well for us, sat around the outside table with beer, some wine, sardines and big prawns excellent from the fish market in Quarteria.

We went as a golf Holiday so the location was ideal. The house had everything we needed. The only downside was that the lads thought twin bedded rooms would have been better. But loads of space and a terrific balcony and outside seating area. Everything was clean and tidy super stopover house with nice local people too. We will probably go again or buy one. Four of us stayed at this property in late September 07 on a golfing holiday.
Firstly, have to say the villa is fantastic. Just far enough away from the Marina not to bother you but close enough for a taxi to be waiting outside in 5 minutes to take you there.
The villa itself is in a complex with a shared pool between approx 9 properties (however we must have seen 4 people in the week we were there).
The villa was big enough for everyone to chill out without getting crowded which was great.
I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Vilamoura. It suits families, golfers or couples because it has everything you could need.

The villa was amazing and raised the standerd of our holiday beyond anything we could have dreamed of, the owner could not have been more helpful, nothing seemed to be any problem, even to the smallest detail.
The swimming pool is the cleanest and freshest i have ever swam in on a holiday abroad, we would have no hesitation to go back to this house, in fact we are already planning for next year, 10 out of 10 for this holiday home.

The property was everything we expected and the fact that the pool was so close meant that the children had great access with easy supervision. Few of the residents used the pool and so we had nearly exclusive use of it. The owner of the property went out of his way to be informitive and made himself avaliable if you had any questions.

Fantastically sized property, if you take your in-laws, you never need see them. On a serious note you cannot fault this as a holiday home. Why pay the same for a self-catering apartment, cramped,noisy and over-heated? We enjoyed the empty pool, our own barbecue, drinks on the terrace, all in air conditioned luxury. Also, Alfie is on the end of the phone to answer any questions or even just suggest a great restaurant.
All in all first class pampering

Out of all the properties available to rent in Portugal, we are so glad we chose this one. The villa was absolutely beautiful and equipped to a high standard. This trip was combined with golf for my husband and a simple family break. The children spent all day in the pool playing around and in the evening we enjoyed the local marina which is just 5minutes away in the car/taxi. The owner Alfie was extremely helpful - we even received a call from him on arrival to make sure everything was OK - now that is certainly being looked after! We are now looking at dates for next year to return - this time for longer than a week. Highly recommend this immaculate villa to anyone who is travelling to Portugal for the golf or a family break (or a combination of both).

My family and I enjoyed a fantastic week at this townhouse in Vilamoura. I was a bit apprehensive of taking my 7 month daughter abroad for the first time, but the fantastic facilities and privacy of the townhouse made the ideal location for a very enjoyable experience for all the family. This townhouse offers exceptional value for money, is ideally located for golfers and is a short drive from the excellent marina area. We had a fabulous family holiday staying at this property. On arrival we were impressed by the bright spacious ambience of the townhouse which has all modern facilities and a real home from home feel.
The property is well placed for family and golf holidays alike.
Both the house and pool area are well maintained and we would give this property our highest recommendation. We hope future visitors enjoy it as much as we did and we certainly hope to return soon.

I rented this property in May 07 with three friends for a golfing holiday. It is an excellent property, very spacious and superbly furnished. It is literally on the doorstep of three golf courses (including the superb Victoria course) and is less than five minutes drive to two others. While it is necessary to get a taxi to the marina this is not a problem - we were never waiting any longer than 10 minutes when we rang for a taxi. Fare is less than €5 each way.
Overall I would say that the property exceeded our expectations. The owner Alfie was very helpful and accommodating. We would certainly book this property again for our next trip to Vilamoura.

The Villa was superbly decorated, and the co-ordination from Alfie both before and during the stay was outstanding.
If you are planning a golf holiday to Villmoura, I would not hesitate to suggest that you use this as your base, which is central to all of the Villamoura courses.

Had a great time at this house. Just the two of us and it just felt so right. Really well looked after and felt right at home. So handy for marina and beaches. Taxi to marina only 5 euros. Would recomend chinese restaurant next to 19th hole.

Fantastic. The house was everything and more we had hoped for. Very relaxing with the pool right at the door. We could sunbathe on the loungers while the kids played in the pool. The pool was vitualy our own as the other villas were owned by very nice local people who were working all day. Loved the fact that the golf courses were just around the corner. Will definately be back next year.
