A large, luxury, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 terrace, ground floor, 2nd-line beach apartment in the beautiful development of Costalita Urbis near Marbella & Puerto Banus between San Pedro and Estepona, Costa del Sol, Spain.
The award-winning Costalita Urbis urbanization was designed by the renowned architect Melvin Villarroel Roldan in an authentic Andalucian Pueblo Style, irregular in form, and complimentary to it's natural surroundings.
It has 5 phases all inter-linked with gardens streams and ponds - all types of flora. linked to the promenade

Beds
There are twin beds in every bedroom but one pair in the master zips up to form a 6 ft double.
Also there is a high quality 4"6' sofa-bed integral to the corner suite in the lounge

Disabled Access
There are no steps anywhere on the complex from the car (roadside or from subterranean garage from which there is a lift to apartment door) to the apartment, pool-side and all around gardens there are ramps and it is flat down to the beach promenade and indeed up to the shops and restaurants.

TV/Audio
widescreen t.v. in the lounge and also on the portable t.v.s in the bedrooms.
We also have 20+ Spanish satellite channels including MTV, BBC World, CNN, Eurosport
In addition we have installed a 300W Cinema sound system which is amazing entertainment, so take you favourite DVDs.
Bedrooms
3 bedrooms - 2 are with terrace and 2 are en-suite with bidet
All three bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with internal drawers, satellite television beside table and lamp and security blinds. Two have terraces and two have en-suite bath/shower rooms(the third bedroom has a shower room opposite). Two have firm high-quality twin beds with with wrought iron headboards, and the other has a firm sofa-bed which is 'zip-able' - for use as two twins or as a double (bed-linen for each scenario). This bedroom can therefore be used as a morning room with sofa - since it's terrace is east-facing overlooking the pool!
Bathrooms
3 bathrooms - 2 en-suite with bidet + 1 shower room inc WC and basin
All three bathrooms have underfloor heating. The two en-suite bath/shower rooms have bidets. One of these bathrooms has a separate WC and bidet room inside.
Kitchen/Laundry room
the kitchen is fully-fitted with oven and hob, extractor, sink, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle, fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, saucepan, utensil and glassware sets. There is an extra sink and washing machine in the laundry room, plus iron and ironing-board and all cleaning gear.

Gardens Pools and Beach
the apartment is on the ground floor and semi-detached so it surrounded by communal gardens. You have use of all the gardens on each of the 5 phases of Costalita Urbis - each phase having it's own very large swimming pool. There is a lifeguard during summer months. The beach and beach club/restaurant is merely a 1 minute stroll away!
Security
Costalita is a gated community with a 24hr security which has the same powers as local police! You will have remote control gates to the subterranean car park with your own space and elevator direct to the apartment door.
Extra cleaning during lets is an optional extra costing €10 per hour payable directly to management.
Please inform us of any cleaning requirements or request this from the management at the beginning or during the stay.
For more than 1 week stay the price includes a bed linen and towel change every 7 days.
Please contact management if airport transfers will be required.
For up to 3 people and luggage: €70.00 each way
For up to 8 people and luggage: €90.00 each way
If no airport transfers are required, please contact management from the airport, after you have your hire car, to give management estimated time of your arrival at the apartment.
It is approx. a 40-45 minute drive from Malaga Airport
You will be met by management and given all the keys
(to apartment, entrance gate, personal safe, and the infra-red key for garage gates if required).

Location
MALAGA - 40-45 MINS DRIVE
Costalita is situated in 'La nueva milla de oro' (the new golden mile) area of Marbella.
Drive east to San Pedro (10 mins), Puerto Banus (10 - 15 mins), Marbella (15 - 20 mins) or Malaga (50 mins) with Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Torremolinos on the way.
Drive west to Estepona (10 - 15 mins) or to Gibraltar (45 mins) for tax free shops.
There is a reliable and frequent bus service in both directions.

Costalita is just past Benahavis another beautiful village over the back.
The historic town of Ronda with it's marvellous bridge and the oldest bull ring in spain is a day trip due north
'La Canada' a massive modern retail park, north of Marbella, is only 10-15 minutes away.
On the other side of the N340 at Costalita is the beautiful little village of Cancellada with local spanish cuisine and wonderful Steak houses etc.
Costalita is actually nearer to San Pedro than it is to Estepona as shown (incorrectly) on the blue map below, we are where the little prominence is, just East of the Costalita dot shown on this map.
Costalita is on the N340 at junction km 165. This Junction is called Cancellada (after the beautifull little village behind us)
We are 10-15 mins by bus, car or taxi from Puerto Banus and 15 - 20 from Marbella.
In between Costalita and Puerto Banus their are loads of bars restaurants and shops on both sides of the of the N340
Or 10 mins the other way you have the resort of Estepona.
We are right on the beach with beach bars such as Costalita beach bar and restaurant, Pepe's Beach Bar and Heaven Beach bar, all of whom do excellent food.
Or next to us is the Playabella 5 star Hotel where you can get a carvery lunch or dinner or use their pool restaurant and the Gym or Health Club at reasonable prices.
On the main road we have Irish and English pubs and a large choice of Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Italian, German, American restaurants.
Costalita is not within a town or in a resort. It is in a conurbation of urbanizations stretching from San Pedro and Guadalmina to Estepona, just below the charming white village of Cancelada. (15 mins walk)
Costalita is on the south side of the N340 immediately below the village of Cancelada which is north of the N34O at the same junction - km165, N340 at Cancelada.
From Costalita to San pedro there are restaurants, supermarkets and shops either side of the main N340 road.
The nearest Supermarket 'Mercadona' is 15 mins walk or 2 mins in the Car. Or there is a 24 hr petrol station with convenience store about 10 mins walk, or 2 mins by car.
There are 2 shopping centers or malls with restaurants, bars and shops, video shops etc. on the North side of the N340 about 10 mins by car - they are 'Benavista' and 'Mustang Commercial Centro'.
Buses are very regular. Taxis are available, but you will best be able to access the facilities in the immediate vicinity by car.
