lovely villa, had a lovely time with my family, this was a holiday to remember, had lovely walks to the beach each night, my kids loved it, every was provided, and was very happy to find on arrival a welcoming pack which including some traditional foods, close to ayia napa and the water park but not to close, and the super market and the sunday market which was by the beach.
will see you next year.

Fantastic holiday!! perfectly placed villa close enough to the buzz of Ayia Napa but not too close! Pool was much needed and very welcoming.Towels provided were only 1 bath and 1 hand so you may want to take extra. Air conditioning was good upstairs but could't find the remote control for downstairs unit. However with doors and windows open good sea breeze kept downstairs lovely and cool.Small supermarket a few minutes walk away has English Newspapers. would recommend to friends.

brilliant location to beach, shops/resataurants and water park. only 25mins from airport and near to ayia napa. villa beautiful, pool looks fantastic! would like to see photos of living area and master bedroom. this villa is exactly what we were looking for to spend our holidays!
