Big and clean villa which was fully equipped. Unfortunately, it wasnt warm enough early morning/late evening to make use of the pool but it looked fairly clean. The wifi was readily available which made planning days out easy.
No complaints at all - it was a nice and pleasant villa.
The only thing to note is that when following the directions to the key collection place, note that the shell garage is no longer there - we think "Race Trac" replaced it. Try not to get lost like we did!

Excellent Villa, Excellent Location, Very Clean & Tidy, Everything you need for an excellent holiday in Florida, close to all attractions.
This has been our second visit to this wonderful villa & hopefully it wont be our last

August 2011- Just back from staying at this lovely villa. £320 per week??? Unbelievable for what you get - this is the bargain of the century. Its spacious, clean and has a lovely pool, too! I cant give it enough praise. All the family (weve two older teenagers) really enjoyed their time here - fully recommended!
A note on the management company - someone elsewhere criticises them for messing up a booking. Dont worry, they were brilliant, courteous and helpful. We had a problem with the water level in the pool going down, I called them and someone was sent out to fix it within the hour... and on a Sunday! Excellent service. Whoever stays at this villa wont be disappointed.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. We felt at home. House was in great location and we felt safe. The kids enjoyed the pool. **TVs definitely need upgrading** Internet connection was the only issue but everything else made our vacation stay perfect!

We were delighted when we arrived at this villa. It is exactly as shown in the photos - very spacious, well furnished and decorated. There was everything that we needed (and more) at the property. It was a great base for a very full 2-week DISNEY holiday - the maximum drive to a park was only just over 20 minutes (thats from driveway to parking lot). As the villa is just off the 192 there are an abundance of restaurants, supermarkets etc available only a very short distance away. We didnt experience any problems at all during our stay and found the rental agent very helpful. We arrived very late (as I think most UK flights do) and the key and information was left as described in the safe box just outside the rental office. Communication with the owner was also great . She responded very quickly to all of my emails, even one sent the afternoon before we left - reply received before I left home and very useful and informative. All in all, I would have no hesitations at recommending this villa to anyone!

This was a fabulous villa, which had everything we needed and more. Having visited Florida many times in recent years, this was by far the best villa we have rented. The location really added enjoyment to the holiday, especially for the driver, as it really is as close to disney as it says. We were able to return to the villa mid day for a break from the theme parks. The villa is obviously a well loved family home, rather than a holiday company property. Both the owners and agents on site could not have been more helpful. My only hesitation in recommending this so highly is that it may not remain a well hidden secret for us to book again in the future. Many thanks.

we found this villa good value, very clean & tidy, excellent location in a quiet,friendly neighbourhood. it is very close to the disney parks but a car is recommended as it is not on a bus route ( approx. 1/2 a mile from u.s.192 ) it is an excellent central location for touring all of florida ( we drove over 2500 miles during our stay )

it was a lovely house,just right for my family the only thing i would say is the pool may need a fence around it to make it more private other than that was was lovely can wait to go again.

A lovely villa and perfect for smaller groups. Lindfields is very quiet and in an excellant location for all of the parks

A spacious and very well equipped villa ideal for smaller families ( without grand-parents etc ). It is set in an established division where the majority of homes are occupied by Floridians. This is a bonus for those who wish to be amongst "the locals" as opposed to being surrounded by other tourists. We could not ask for more, equipment / facility wise and overall the comfort levels in every aspect were excellent. Access to the Disney Parks are within 10 mins and about 25-30 mins to Universal / Seaworld / Wet n Wild.
Will definately go again.
