The cottage is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

We stayed at Borgo Santa Maria in October 2008 as part of a house swap with our Paris apartment. We were very well looked after and both the house and the area were fantastic. All modern comforts, but a real sense of history about the place. The accommodation was superb. Real peace, privacy and relaxation. We had great trips to Arezzo, Cortona, Siena and Florence - all within easy reach. Would go back tomorrow.

A beautiful quiet place with Anna and Giorgio the perfect hosts. Take Baita in preference, well worth the extra. Shop at the local COOP/butchers and fruit and veg shops in Laterina its so much more friendly. Giorgio and Anna Thank You for a peaceful and beautiful time.
