Outside there is private parking for two cars behind a secure sliding gate, leading past lawned gardens to a lovely pool terrace with a large swimming pool. A feature of this property is the beautiful outside kitchen and bbq, complete with drinks fridge, allowing guests to fully enjoy the outdoors lifestyle of Spain. There is a covered naya with dining furniture, open terraces with sunbeds and parasols, and a lovely lawned garden full of Mediterranean scents and colours.
The surronding area
This lovely villa is is located within walking distance of the shops, bars, and restaurants of this beautiful inland town, yet is only 8km away from the wide sandy beaches of Oliva and Denia. It also enjoys excellent access to the magnificent mountains and valleys of this beautiful part of Spain. No visit to this area would be complete without taking a short drive though lush valleys to a tiny mountain village for a Tapas lunch, a visit to a wine "bodega", or a walk in the hills to enjoy the dramatic landscape.
This property is managed by Totalcare Property Services, a local company with British and German multi-lingual staff. Their housekeepers will help you settle in to the property and will be on hand if you require any advise regarding local facilities and services. They can arrange attraction tickets, pre-book golf tee times, and generally ensure that your holiday goes without a hitch.
