Best holiday ever
We had the best holiday ever. The villa was exactly what we expected very spacious, good facillities. my children ( aged 13,11,5) loved the pool and games room and many a night was spent on the snooker table. We would definately go back to this villa and recommend it to other people.

We had a lot of fun at this home. It was a good value for the money. I think the description is accurate. We loved the pool. It was nice to have computer access. The house was clean but the carpet was stained and decorations (artificial plants,etc) were really dusty. There was also a problem with ants, but it is Florida.
We did have a small problem with the alarm not working right. We called the management company and they helped us.
When we arrived the yard was very overgrown. When I called the management company about the alarm I mentioned that the grass needed cut. She explained that it should have been cut the day before but there was a problem with the mower. She assured me it would be cut the next day and it was.

Well jet lag over and time to make contact with the real world again following our fantastic holiday.
Thanks for sharing your lovely Florida home at Crescent Lakes, Orlando. We had such a good time but could hardly fail to in such a well furnished and equiped home in a wonderful location. We were immediately relaxed and comfortable in your superb villa which is always the true measure of staying away from home. We awoke on our first day to a large Great Blue Heron perched on top of the pool net enclosure, outside the bedroom window, preening itself before another fishing expedition in the lake outside. During our holiday we saw white egrets, cranes, cormorants, ducks, a snapping turtle and an otter all in the lake at your back door as well as doves, mocking birds and meadowlarks immediately outside the pool enclosure.
When we could drag ourselves away from your home we appreciated how good a location it is. A mere 10 mins drive from the busy resort area of the 192 and Old Town, AND with the new Osceola Parkway Toll Road, enter at the junction of Poinciana Bvd. and the 192, we could be in Disney World from your home in 17 mins for only 75 cents, brilliant easy driving.
Your home's location will be further improved when my favourite DIY store, The Home Depot, currently under construction is completed, as it will be only 5 mins drive away!
Anyway Lee thanks again for letting us stay in your home away from home. As seasoned Orlando vacationers, we can honestly say it is the best furnished and equiped home that we have stayed at and hope it is available to us again in the future.

We loved the villa and location so much that we ended up staying at home most of the time, we were all so relaxed around the pool and lake watching the wildlife the holiday just flew past sadly, We would like to thank you all for your help and stay at Lakeside villa.

We could not believe our eyes when we arrived at Lakeside villa to say the least it took our breath away it is such a beautiful home,Our children loved the pool and games rooms best of all they never got bored unlike at home,we just wanted to thank you all at the Florida Property Shop as we had our best holiday ever in Florida
