The Location

The location of the apartment offers visitors commanding views of the mountains, the golf course and out to sea.

The development also has a 3 beautiful swimming pools in the communal area among the landscaped gardens.

The main centre of Elviria offers, shops, supermarket, restaurants and bars and is just a 5 minute drive from the apartment.

Just a short 5 minute drive and you will find yourself at Elviria beach, here you can hire sunbeds and relax in one of the Cafe.

The Apartment
The apartment can sleep 2/4 people has a fully fitted kitchen and marble flooring. It has a private parking space and a lift serving the floors from the underground parking area.

The Golf
Los Lagos de Santa Maria Golf is a superb development in the popular Elviria area of the Costa del Sol. The apartment is built to exceptionally high standards, and with a location which is hard to beat, just 5 minutes drive from one of Marbellas best beaches, shops, restaurants and amenities. There is of course a club house as part of the golf complex.

Marbella is just 15 minutes drive, here you will find wonderful shops and beaches. There is also a lovely Marina.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Lovely apartment, very quiet, great swimming pools, secure parking, close to everywhere you need to be around Marbella, would definately stay again!
