Calm and quiet environment

You will enjoy this enclosed property shared with another family but where everyone has his own space. A nice garden (grass & trees) where you can peacefully enjoy barbecues and outside meals, in the middle of which stands our heated swimming-pool (heated May through to September). Access to the swimming pool is limited to our guests so that everyone can make the most of it.

Located within walking distance from all shops
Just go up the street and you will find bread, fish, grocery, hairdressers, flowers, bank, beauty salons, bars, restaurants, post office, clothes shops, Super U supermarket and Lidl store...
If you prefer larger cities you are only a few miles away from Guingamp, Paimpol or Saint Brieuc, where you will find most high street stores and have the possibilty to visit thoses places that are charged with History and nice places to walk on.

A few miles away from the beach
Our nearest beach is situated in the little town of Plouha (8km) -either the "Palus" or "Bonaparte", but you have many other nice places to go to enjoy our nice little beachs: Binic, Saint Quay Portrieux, Etables sur Mer, Paimpol... also offering shops, bars, restaurants, casinos, and places to walk.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
