You will enjoy this enclosed property only shared with another family, conveniently located in a quiet but living area. Our gîte offers a nice garden where you can enjoy barbecues and outside meals next to the pool. Access to the heated swimming pool is also limited to our guests so that everyone can make the most of it (the swimming-pool is heated May through to September)

Within walking distance from all shops
Just go up the street and you will find your bread, fish, hairdresser, flowers, bank, beauty, bar, farm products... If you prefer you can take the car for Super U or Lidl only 800 meters away.
Alternatively, If you prefer larger cities you are only a few miles away from the interesting and touristic cities of Guingamp, Paimpol or Saint Brieuc.

Only a few miles away from the beach
Our nearest beach is situated in the little town of Plouha (8km) where you can either go to the "Palus" or the "Bonaparte" beaches. But there are many other nice places to go to enjoy our nice little beaches: Saint Quay Portrieux, Binic, Paimpol, Etables sur Mer, Brehec... where you have bars, restaurants and casinos awaiting you.

The gite is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking.
