Casa Satora
Casa Satora basks in sunshine for most of the day while the superb swimming pool and terrace ensure it is the ideal place to spend long lazy days swimming and sunbathing.
As you enter the villa you walk into the light and spacious living/dining room. With lovely views over the orange groves to the Monduver mountains. The log burning stove is ideal for those chilly winter evenings.
The well equipped kitchen has a door leading to the garden. One of the many advantages of this villa is that all the rooms are on one floor.
The three bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins all have fitted wardrobes, one is en-suite. The 2 bathrooms have baths with showers over.
The superb swimming pool with solar shower adjacent and terraces makes it an ideal place to spend long lazy days swimming, sunbathing and relaxing. For that all important outside living there is a barbecue house complete with barbecue, sink and fridge.Outside terrace furniture and loungers for al fresco dining, ideal for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine and watching the sun going down over the orange groves.
Close to Casa Satora
Marxuquera nestles in between the twin mountain ranges of Monduver and Buixcarro. These peaks give the area pure spring water that you can drink. The area is renowned for its natural beauty and makes an ideal area for walking, hiking, mountain and road biking. Just 200m away from Casa Satora is a well known local restaurant within walking distance . The villages of Barx and La Drova are only 10 minute drive away and offer a range of bars and restaurants, supermarket, butcher and an English speaking doctor.
Gandia iPlaya is a 10 minute drive through the orange groves and fantastic scenery. Here you will find a 7kms long award winning blue flag beach with golden sands and crystal clear sea, which attracts both holiday makers and locals. The long and busy promenade offers shops, restaurants and bars. If you are feeling energetic you could have a game of volley ball or the many water sports that are on offer.
A 10 minute drive to Gandia´s historic town holds many interesting buildings including the Ducal Palace, historical home of the Borgias.Cala Major has designer shops if that is your interest or you can pick up a bargain on the Saturday market ,wander around the many streets and relax in one of the traditional tapas bars. The new commercial center offers bowling and a cinema with lots of trendy eating places to try.Plenty of supermarkets and traditional food shops for self-catering. Fresh fish to buy or eat in a restaurant is readily availble in the port area near the sailing club and the harbour.
Our area provides an incredible blend of history, coast ,culture and countryside. A rich fertile landscape meets a sunshine coast of lively beach resorts. Forty five minutes by train or car easily accessible for those who also wish to explore the many interesting aspects of Vaencia. Quite literally something for everyone!!
Time to explore
You can spend the morning on Gandia´s beaches then in the afternoon visit La Albufera, Spain’s longest freshwater lagoon. This ¨”Little Sea” is separated from the Mediterranean by a strip of land which is now a nature reserve called La Dehesa. Visit the local tourist information centres.It is worth finding out about local fiestas. Explore the many picturesque whitewashed villages and submerge yourself in Spanish life and culture .Catch a train or drive to Valencia, only 45 minutes from Xeraco. In the region’s capital you can visit the Arts and science Leisure Park ,a state of the art Planetarium and awe inspiring giant aquarium, opera house , cathedral and art museums. The new regenerated Port has been completed in 2007 for the Americas cup
A visit to Benidorm would take around one hour by car. Here you can enjoy Aqualandia, Mundomar and the Terra Mitica theme park.
You can play golf at the Oliva Nova golf resort. If you fancy a trip to Ibiza, a 30 minute drive to Denia and you can hop on the ferry whether it is for a day or to dance the night away!!
