The property was very well equipped, and has a great sofa to relax on in the evenings. I had read reviews about the road noise to the rear of the poperty which did concern me a little, but my children slept in the rooms facing the road and they were never kept awake or woken by the noise. The location is great and we enjoyed both the pool and beach everyday. The supermarket within walking distance does offer everything and the daily fresh bread is wonderful.
Very busy on the complex in August with lots of lovely Spanish families, but quiter as soon as september arrived
If the apartment wasnt on the market we would definitely book again next year.

Excellent location. Nice apartment however most others in complex were empty and remaining few occupied by unfriendly spaniards - no Irish or English company for children

The location was good but 5 mins to the Arenal was a little optimistic. Also, without a car the trip to the port was a 30 min walk and the old town further still. Found very little current tourist info in the apartment and had to find help from an English local to be able to locate the nearest food shop. Was disappointed to find no welcome pack when we arrived so having had a 90 minute journey from the airport we then had to go out immediately to find a supermarket before being able to have so much as a cup of coffee. Apartment itself was very well equiped, well furnished and very spacious however could do with being cleaned a little better as the fridge was filthy as were the kitchen cupboards and some of their contents. The sun terraces were very spacious and the main terrace caught the morning sun. However, past noon this was in shade and the only sun available was on the rear terrace - right beside a very busy dual carriageway (pretty noisy most of the day). Final issue was that we had just one set of keys for the main gate, apartment block and apartment itself. As we were a mixed party we had to liaise via our mobile phones every day to arrange meeting points so we could access the apartment. I would recommend a spare set of keys if required.
Overall we had a great holiday but with all the building works, going on and the necessity for a hire car in order to get anywhere other than the Arenal I would not choose to return to Javea.

The property was excellent it had 3 good sized bedrooms, one was en suite and another large bathroom. The kitchen was spacious and well equiped. The balcony had a lovely view of the swimming pool and the balcony at the rear was of a good size. The living accomodation was very comfortable with satelite tv being a great bonus. The property was very clean and the complex was very safe for children. The air conditioning was a godsend after a long day at the beach. Overall I would rate the property as excellent and have no problems recommending it to family and friends.

We have just returned from our holiday in Javea. The apartment was wonderful and far exceeded our expectations, I particularly liked the master bedroom with the spacious en-suite. We did not bother with the underground parking and left our hire car in the road outside the apartment block and it was perfectly safe. The apartment was far better equipped than our own house at home, my 18 year old son in particular loved watching all of the English television channels. The only negative comments are that the double bedroom to the rear had quite a lot of road noise and digging and we were only given one key which was a bit awkward when we were going out separately (good job we had our mobile phones with us). We did get lost trying to find the apartment, but called (Sheila) the keyholder and she drove to the beach to find us, we found her to be very helpful and when we couldnt get the television to work, we called her and it was sorted out for us the next day.
We loved Javea and will hopefully be returning next year.

Theaccomadation was perfect, great for families- all on one level and safe for little ones to roam. The apartment had everything we needed. THe pool area was great - very child friendly.
THe apartment was noisy over Easter weekend when the surrounding apartments were full, but this is our only critisism. THe apartment was in a perfect location to walk into Javea and to the port area. We would go back to this apartment again.

" We have enjoyed a super week in this apartment. We were very comfortable and had lots of space, it is a lovely place well equipped, in fact we lacked for nothing, The balcony (especially with the electronic awning for shade) was enormous and just great for us to eat out on. It was ideal for all of us and the pool lovely for the 7 and 8 year old children. The position was great too, we liked the tranquillity of the pool and apartment area and yet the bustle of Arenal was good in the evening."
"The apartment was excellent, it was clean and well equipped. The complex was lovely, the pool was brilliant for us all, our 3 year old and my parents in their 60s. We would definately stay there on future visits to Javea."

The property was excellent, a beautiful villa in a beautiful place. The only downside was the agency who seemed amateur and the cot & high chair rental was overpriced at 40euros for a week! Directions need updating.
Fab Villa - no doubt about it.

The apartment is in a lovely complex surrounding the pool, you can see it on Google Earth (38°4632.70"N 0°114.08"E) look for the Dolphin shaped pool!
Its first floor but is very quiet, as is the whole complex (mid June visit). Its large and spacious, plenty of room for 6 (4 adults - 2 couples - and 2 children). Theres TV (about 17 channels), washing machine, fridge freezer, sunbeds, dishwasher - very well equipped.
The sun terrace wraps around the whole apartment meaning you can catch the sun all day, its a big terrace at both ends as well.
It was very clean.
Location wise its about 5 minutes walk from the beach & restaurants, shops are very handy as is the centre & of Javea Arenal, The main town of Javea is probably 30-40 minutes walk or about 5 mins by car.
The complex is very secure, locked gates, locked block doors and locked apartment doors.
The negative bits are tiny... the allocated car parking space is TINY, a Citroen C1 got into it but anything bigger is going to be tricky to manouver into the awkward space.
It wasnt the easiest place to find even with the directions that took us to the right street.. the 20meters is more like 200 meters from the “Nautica Marina” and may be a typo in the instructions.
The pool is great for kids with a shallow pool for tots and the main pool not too deep, its chest deep on a adult, but with the great beach just down the road and the apartment terrace there for sunbathing its not really a problem.
A little more introduction to the apartment by the meeters and greeters would be very welcome, they showed us the rooms and thats really about it. A little more info about the area would have been useful.
Although the owner said we could leave our bags in the apartment if we arrived early the key holders then said we couldnt (insurance reasons they said) when we rang them to give an arrival time.
There were mosquitoes about and they were hungry if invisible... but the same was true all over Javea.
Theres a Spar store near the beach and a Lidls store up the road towards Javea.
To summarise, the apartment is great, cant recommend it highly enough, great location, nice town, and great weather when we were there. Thanks for having us, we would definitely return.

We used Dolphin View Apartment for our winter break and we were very happy with all aspects of the apartment. Meet and greet was very helpfull. The apartment was large, modern, well equipped and very clean.English TV very nice for a winter break with kids. The complex is well situated just 5 minute walk from Arenal beach and the pool area looked very nice, would loved to have used it but it was too cold at the time of year we were there.
Overall an excellant apartment and would recommend.

The apartment is in a lovely well kept complex, close to beach. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed. The huge outside terrace allows all day sunbathing and is a lovely place to sit at night. Can not fault anything.
