Another great holiday at Villa Thea. As previous the villa was in excellent condition with everything we needed. Nick, Christella and Andrios were very accomodating prior and throughout our stay if you needed anything all you had to do was ask. The villa is in an ideal location handy for the motorway, local villages and shops including Paphos harbour. Looking forward to another stay next year.

The lengthy description Nick gives of Villa Thea is accurate and true. A lovely 3 bed roomed villa in a superb, quiet position in the hills near the coast. The villa is clean and spacious. The pool area faces South to maximise ‘sun worship’ time and the pool was cleaned early every day. In summary, the accommodation was excellent. The real icing on the cake however is the service Nick provides. We were met at the airport by a pre booked taxi, even though our flight was 5 hours late arriving at nearly 02:00. The provision of an air conditioned car, in the drive ready to go, is brilliant, no traipsing into town to book a rental car and having to deliver it back. Nick was always available but never intrusive. We never had any issues but Im sure he would have resolved them very quickly should we have needed him. A taxi promptly appeared to take us back to the airport on our return journey. Overall a great, relaxing holiday experience. Tip - visit Kouklia (15 mins away to the West) for some great, reasonably priced restaurants and pop into the more upmarket Aphrodite Valley complex (10 mins to the East) for more restaurants and a Costa Coffee shop (with WiFi).

We stayed for 10 days - the villa was okay however needs some TLC as we had problems with one of the Air Con Units, a leaking Toilet that stopped working and required an overall refurb. The most annoying part is the timer on the Air Condition Units, in the height of summer it becomes annoying to have to switch the air con units on every 2 hours as they are on timers and switch off automatically after 2 hours. The units in the rooms need changing as they are extremely noisy, we had to swap rooms on the last few nights as the noise was unbearable. Overall Cant fault the owners tried their best to fix the problems.
Thanks
Owner reply:
Hi Ted,
Thank you for taking the time to submit your review.
Not all reviews are good however we publish all reviews, the good ones and the bad ones. We hope that our customers recognise that all our reviews are genuine reviews.
Thank you for informing us about the leaking toilet and the noisy air conditioning unit. You will be glad to know that these issues have been resolved.
With regards to air conditioning timers - I have installed 5 air conditioners in this villa. You have unlimited use of all air conditioners. We only ask that if you are not going to be home, to please switch them off. Unfortunately many people do not respect this basic rule. We therefore needed to be able to cut them off at some point. I felt that a 2hr timer is not unreasonable. All you need to do is press a button if you want to switch the air conditioners on again. A simple push of a button to ensure the units are not being abused when the villa is empty is not unreasonable. This is a standard feature in 99% of all villas in Cyprus including my personal home.
I sincerely hope your next stay in Cyprus is a more memorable one.
Thank you,
Nick

The villa is excellent in space, cleanliness and facilities. Air con was an important consideration when booking so was appreciated even thought we visited in mid October 2010, the weather was still hot by UK standards.
The friendliness and helpfulness of Nick and his father in law Andrios were great. We did have a problem with the car provided but once it was reported Nick sourced a replacement while the original car was fixed, so the holiday was not spoiled.
The pool was cleaned daily by Andrios a very pleasant genlteman.
We were aware when booking that the villa was located some distance from the local amenities so that was no suprise to us, however a map ordirections to the nearest shop and taverns would have been helpful on the first few days especially as we arrived on a weekend , but this is only a minor concern and we did find our way around by exploration and with the help of Nick.
Overall the holiday and the villa was a great , we went to chill and laze by the pool which we did almost every day.
There is an issue that cannot be overlooked but is not the fault of the villa or Nick, the local refuse collection takes place twice a week not in itself a problem but the fact that it takes place at 4.30am is. They are not the quitest of workmen and on the first occassion we were unsure what was going on.
The villa is not directly overlooked but this is due to the adjoining properties being empty, even so the landscaped garden of the villa does add to the privacy of the pool area and adds a little extra class to the surroundings.
Generally the complex is quiet with little pedestrian or vehicle traffic.
If you are after a quiet place to chill away from the usual tourist hotspots this is a place for you, the nearest village is a 10 minute drive with several taverns and a large supermarket. Paphos is a 20 minute drive by the nearby motorway.
The TV was appreciated by the teenagers in our party but we ended most evenings sitting beside the pool.
The holiday was good value for money, the villa was very large and better than we had expected . We would recommend this villa to anyoune wishing to visit the Paphos region.

Facilities at the property were excellent and its location offered the opportunity to relax in the sun and bathe in the ample, well kept swimming pool.
The location of the property also provided easy, quick access to Kouklia and Pissouri for local amenities, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. and to places of interest in the Pafos-Limassol areas, together with the many beaches on the nearby coast.
In all a very enjoyable holiday, meeting all our expectations.

Many thanks for a wonderful holiday, Villa Thea is a credit to the owner. There were five in our party and we all have nothing but praise for the villa and the location, and the peace and quiet in the evenings and nightime (during the day there is the very occasional builders vehicle that passes by, but as its a new development this was expected). The directions given are spot on, (use the trip meter in the car and you will have no problems). The offer of the optional welcome pack is an excellent touch too, as the flight we used arrived rather late and meant we didnt arrive until nearly midnight. We were glad we took the option at least there was something for breakfast.

We spent a wonderful week at Vllla Thea. The villa itself is outstanding and the pool was wonderful. We found we had everyting we needed at the villa for the perfect break. And I must echo other reviews in that Andreas is a real gem!! Thank-you for cleaning our pool everyday and for your cheery face!

Villa was as described, definately needed the car as it was not within walking distance of any amenities. When we arrived the air con in the car did not work and Andreas sorted it out immediately for us, even lending us his car in the meantime.Nothing was ever too much trouble and our complete privacy was always put first. Local village Kouklia is def worth a visit as has some excellent restaurants including Astris Taverna which is superb food & really good value for money. Quiet resort although some building work still going on which sometimes started early but did not spoil our enjoyment of the holiday at all. BBQ was good, pool was cleaned daily & all facilities where great. Very quiet and relaxing place, everyone speaks english & extremely helpful. Find it hard to get lost as very well signposted around. Would definatley revisit the villa and recommend it completley.

The photos of the villa do it no justice. The villa is much larger than it appears in the photos and it is in a great location.
The free car was perfect for our holiday and our hosts Andreas and Nick were always eager to help us with little things.
Thanks for a great holiday - You will definitely be seeing us again!

We, had a fantastic weeks holiday in Villa Thea, The villa is a really great place to stay and has a fantastic sized pool and gardens with all the amenities you could possibly need.
The free car is a toyota yaris,v which is in excellent condition and a great extra. The satalite offers Nova TV offering a good range of channels should you need it - we didnt as the pool was too tempting, we used it to listen to music on VH1.
Andreos was very kind and cleaned the pool for us each morning.
We would not hesitate recommending this villa to anyone in future.
In summary thanks for a great place to stay and a great holiday.

I have never commented 'post holiday' before but on this occasion feel it is really deserved. We have just enjoyed a week at the villa which was absolutely fantastic.
From the moment we were seemlessly picked up from the airport to the day were dropped off absolutely nothing more could have been done to make our stay more enjoyable. The villa itself has everything anyone could wish for and the use of the 'free' car a real bonus.
We will be booking again!

A lovely villa on a development yet to be finished. The villa was well maintained and had everything we needed, as described. Nick's father-in-law picked us up and dropped us off at the airport which was great. He was very helpful and a good host.

The villa was perfect for us! The surrounding area is beautiful and the local people in Kouklia made us feel part of the community. We all felt very comfortable and Nick and his Father in Law made our stay very easy by being available whenever we needed them, which was not often. The car that comes with the villa was great. I suppose the best endorsement is that we would definitely go again, and have already recommended it to our friends and family.

Our family loved villa Thea and we will be back for more next year! It was everything it appeared to be on the website and more - we loved the pool, the location of the villa was so easy to get to areas of interest, although I admit we stayed in the villa for the first 4 days because it was so peaceful and relaxing. The pick up and drop off at the airport was much appreciated and the car worked out very well. Thank you !

We enjoyed a really good week at Villa Thea, the villa is well equiped, clean and the service and support from Nick and his family was excellent
The location is very quite and remote so i would recommend taking the use of the free car when you book, this proved to be a really good benefit and was hassle free given that you dont need to go through all the admin of getting a hire car
A first class holiday that I would higly recommend if you want to be in a quiet location and commute into Paphos / Limasol
Thanks Nick / Andrea for a lovely time in Villa Thea

Very spacious and well equipped property.
We did not need anything that was not supplied.
Pick-up and drop-off at airport smooth and helped take any stress off that part of the journey.
My wife and I had three very easygoing problem free weeks.

Nick was a gentleman... he made things very easy for us. He met us at the airport with his Mitsubishi L200 King Cab (perfect for our massive amount of luggage).
We arrived at the villa and nick made sure that we knew all about the villa, etc. The villa is stunning the pictures do not do it justice. The Pool was lovely, although a little cold for us Pommie wuss's (bearing in mind it was mid October).
The beds are very comfortable the kitchen is brilliant and well equiped. The TV and Sat TV was perfect for us to watch the rugby world cup (shame we lost). Golf is only 10 mins drive away at Secret Valley (which is a pretty ok course but £45 a round). Aphrodite Hills is 20 mins away and is £95...!!
Don't hesitate to visit this villa and experience the lovely gentleman that is Nick Christodoulou

Villa Thea was a clean, well maintained property with high-spec furnishings and facilities (gas bbq, sun loungers, pool, cable huge widescreen TV). The location was good, offering the benefits of being on the Secret Valley development, only 20k from Pafos, with the bonus of countryside views and peace and quiet.
Nick the owner - and our neighbour his father-in-law! - bent over backwards to be helpful to us during our stay.
I would certainly recommend this villa to friends.

The villa was in a lovely location with great views, it was very clean and beautifully equipped. It had everything we needed including a car! The pool was lovely and clean and maintained while we there, Nick and his family were very friendly and helpful, we are already planning our next visit and passed his details onto friends. The website was very easy to use and well set out, it kept us very up to date with our holiday at all stages. Many thanks.

Prior to arrival in Cyprus, our experience with sales advisor Nick was just excellent! He done everything in this capability to make our stay feel that extra special.
Along with the 5 star service also came a 5 star Villa. Everything you could possibly imagine was at our hands. From a top end full surround sound tv and dvd to all the cuttlery and utensils you would need.
Nothing was left to spare at the fully furnished villa Thea.
Thank you for your great hospitality Nick and making our stay very welcome.
