A really, really lovely villa with EVERYTHING you could need. We had quite an active holiday so used the villa as our base, having a few relaxing days by the pool at the end. If youre looking for a chill out holiday, this is perfect. We spent a lot of time in Fethiye so a car was necessary for us, but if you are not planning on spending a lot of time elsewhere, or if you do not have young children in your party, you can easily get around by walking to local restaurants and villages and by using the dolmus. The water dolmus in calis will also get you to Fethiye and its a lovely boat journey.
I was very impressed by the huge supply of towels and bed linen at the villa, and also the variety of kitchen utensils. I much preferred the washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board in the villa to mine at home! Very spacious, light and airy, and luxurious. The pool was very well looked after and cleaned to a high standard everyday by a local lady who was lovely. She also made sure the gardens were kept tidy. I was very impressed by her helpfulness. I could go on and on, but in conclusion, I think this villa is fantastic for those who like peace and quiet, a fabulous pool and a relax, and also those who would like to explore with a car and use the villa as a lovely peaceful base. Definitely worth the money. You couldnt find this villa anywhere else in the world for this price.

just a quick message this time as this is our second year staying at villa bellmonte so also our second review . still a fantastic lovely sunny beautiful place to stay and we are more tearful to leave this year than last , we are booking yet again for next year as we just miss it so much . a wonderful wonderful holiday had by all six of us , especially the two children again , they adore it there !!!!!! natalie , jason , vic , shirley , maz and jake

Fabulous villa - comfortable and very well equipped . Lovely pool and outside area - although located in a quiet area, we found it easy to get around with the use of taxis and dolmus. Would definately recommend this beautiful villa to anybody.

well we have just arrived home to lovely wet england after a fantastic sunny two weeks in turkey at ville bellmonte . The villa was perfect , well equipped , spacious and clean . The pool was great for us all especially the two children and we enjoyed many a tipple and a bar be que under the shaded terrace . The neighbours both sides are english and lovely helpful people who we had many a laugh with . This was our first visit to turkey but will certainly not be our last , it far exceeded our expectations and we are now booking our two weeks in for next year already ! The locals were super freindly especially with the children . the hire of a car is needed but everything is so close by and easy to reach i.e towns , beaches , restaurants and water park . we went to many restaurants on our stay and didn,t have one bad meal , just some nicer than others . All in all fantastic and we are missing the local friends that we made and of course that constant sunshine . natalie , jason , jake , myron , vic and shirley . xxxx

We just spent 2 weeks at this fantastic villa and location . the villa had everything in -even a bbq now - very well equiped and really quite location. mountain views , beach 15 min walk, good neighbours. kids spent most of time in pool which was excellent size. Very clean accomodation , eat in or restaurants 10 min walk away . Would recommend car as most places to visit easily accessable with one . All markets easy to get to on Dolmos (bus)-great shopping . Couldn,t recommend highly enough , love to come back .

What a fantastic villa !!
Everything was clean with all your needs catered for. We really enjoyed our week at Villa Belmonte, rental agent happy to help and called in twice during the week to make sure everything was OK for us. Also met owner, Alex, who was only too happy to help.
Would like to make a couple of suggestions to further enhance the experience - A Barbeque for client use, and an insect killer (Insectocuter or similar) mounted under the veranda (possibly above table & chairs ?).
Would have no problem recommending this property to anyone, a great holiday.

We were more than satisfied when we saw Villa Belmonte. I have never stayed in a villa which was so well equipped. It even has a water cooler in the kitchen. It is well designed and tastefully decorated. The wrap-around terrace is perfect for keeping out of the the direct sunshine, and we had some perfect family meals to remember. We shall recommend this villa to family and friends. Thank you once again - I'm sure we will be back.

The photos do not do this property justice. We had a super holiday spent mainly around the pool, which was a really good size. We loved the huge outside covered area, where we ate our breakfast every morning and kept cool in the midday heat. Wonderfull.We will be back.Would recommend hire of a car.
