"The property was lovely before, but the recent refurbishment has really transformed it. Very nice colour scheme. The location is very quiet (at this time of year anyway), but close to lively resort if you want a change. The local restaurant – Sunset – is only a few minutes stroll and was the best food and drinks we had for the whole holiday. That includes trips into Paphos, Coral Bay and Latsi. It is a family run restaurant and very friendly. Booking and communications were very straightforward – no problems at all. Local agent came round a couple of times and we had her phone number if we needed to contact her. Generally very happy with the villa and the booking system. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again. We had a great holiday thanks, and are now back in a cold, grey, wet England. Can’t wait to get away again! Best wishes, Lynn"

"We have stayed in many villas and been to many countries, always returning to Cyprus and I can honestly say this was one of the best Villas we stayed in...in terms of layout, size and price, and location with stunning views. We absolutely loved it and will definitely return to the same villa again in the hope that the prices dont go up assuming youll get more glowing reports as the summer goes on. First of all we contacted a number of people about villas in Cyprus and Portugal and you were the most efficient person we dealt with, responding very quickly offering an efficient service hence why we booked through you and went onto book the car hire through your website as well. We cannot thank you enough.
Secondly, Angela came Monday morning at 9.00 am and was excellent. Recommending Akamas peninsula and Viklaris the last castle for lunch as well as the Sea Caves Tavern, both of which we visited and thoroughly enjoyed. She returned after a week with Martine to clean with fresh towels, which were unnecessary as there were many clean towels, being just the two of us in a three bedrooms villa. They were both superb and the villa was very clean.
I cannot praise the pool people enough, they did a wonderful job of cleaning the pool. They came almost every other day to check the pool, clean it and top it up......the pool was immaculate. They were very friendly and chatting also recommending places for us to visit, I almost looked forward to their early morning visits to see their friendly faces.....if we did have a lie in, they would be so quite that we never heard them. I was lying in the pool and glanced over at the pool sign one hot day and saw the smiley faces on the sign which made me smile, a friendly notice of pool rules which were more than happy to follow, as they were presented in a very positive way.
The location was just what we were looking for peaceful and no tourists. Ive been going to Cyprus since 1988 and know many people, always stayed in Limassol and it was a joy to return to Cyprus and a new place that reminded me of how Limassol use to be, traditional and peaceful, with beautiful views and food. We will definitely return to this location and villa.
The Villa was superb and we felt the price was just right. The position of the Villa was great, not overlooked and stunning sunset sea views. The layout was open plan and very roomy, bedrooms tastefully and simply decorated, looking stylish. Gardens and pool beautiful and as mentioned before maintained by a lovely friendly couple.
Plenty of lighting, towels, air conditioning and fans all used during the holiday. Loved the day bed and new seating on the balcony too. The barbecue was used daily as we cooked most nights, and gave it a thorough clean each time. A great addition. Ive already emailed five people today recommending the villa...only hope it doesnt get booked up so we can come back."

4th time to this great part of Cyprus and 2nd time to this lovely villa. Its just a shame the villa now has time restrictions fitted to the air conditioning, allowing use for only up to 2 hours at any one time. Most incovenient overnight !
"Very friendly" pool people ! but the lady has rather a loud voice early in the mornings, when it is obvious people are still in bed ! Use of a hedge trimmer at 8.45am on a Sunday morning, didnt go down too well either !
Owner reply:
Hi Craig, many thanks for your review. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay at the villa. Most villas now have air-con timers due to high utility costs and to avoid abuse by many guests who leave them running 24/7, even when out and with doors open. Most guests cool the room with the air-con then use the fans supplied to cisculate air thereafter. It is not actually healthy to have air-con running permanently either. We are sorry about the early morning noise and have discussed this with the managers who are only too willing to make the guests happy. Hope to see you again next year. Many thanks again Further Note: 2012- The timer has been removed from the master bedroom unit.

The villa was very nice, lovely out look over farm land, we really enjoyed the pool. We booked the villa for the sole purpose of I quote "being private and tranquil with the road being very quiet also " Unfortunately it was far from it !!!! The road was unbelievable noisy all day due to construction traffic thundering through !! And the villa was not quite as private as we had hoped. Beautiful sunsets but to enjoy them from the balcony you were too close to the neighbouring villa ! Any small problems we had were sorted out very quickly all the staff exstremely pleasant. We enjoyed cyprus and the weather was wonderfu.l

This is a beautiful villa in a lovely, peaceful location, and the evening sunset from the balcony is breathtaking. The Sunset Cafe, located within walking distance is highly recommended where the food is good and excellent value for money and the service is second to none. Coral Bay is a lovely town, not too big, but with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Also highly recommended is Goosefat and Garlic situated on the main road to Coral Bay, where the food is excellent.
On a negative note, I do feel that this Villa is beginning to show a lack of TLC and is beginning to look a bit tired.
However, we did have a fabulous holiday and would definitely go back.

Very good representation of the advert. It looked exactly like the photo. Excellent location being near enough to coral bay but also the lovely St George with the restaurant and beautiful views.
Good size for 6 and well stocked for self catering.
There were only 5 sunbeds though and we were six. That would be my only complaint.
Owner reply:
Hi Marie, many thanks for your kind review. We are pleased you loved the villa and area. We are sorry about the missing sun lounger which has now been replaced. many thanks again

This is a fantastic villa! It was spacious and comfortable and in a good location. It is a short walk to the monastry and the lovely fish restaurant. Only a short drive to Coral Bay and if youre feeling adventurous a bumpy ride to Lara Bay! The sunsets are beautiful and it is lovely waking up to see the sea every morning! We loved the week we spent there and will definately be back one day.

It would be difficult to find anything negative to say about the Villa, it was clean, comfortable with a nice pool and outside area with great views from the balcony. The cleaners, poolman and gardener all very friendly and did a great job in the heat!
An outside shower would have been useful and maybe the sunbeds could do with a look at, but thats just minor stuff. All in all a nice Villa in a good spot.

Excellent Villa, just as pictured. Really comfortable a home from home. Very good professional service from steven and Lisa at My Cyprus lets. A fantastic place to have a relaxing quiet holiday, only 30 mins from Paphos harbour and other attractions.
Villa St George offers the most wonderful sunsets from the balcony which are best enjoyed with a refreshment. Would highly recomend this villa to families, groups and couples as its suitable for all.

A fantastic villa. Close enough to everything you need eg supermarket, resturants, nightlife without being in the hub of it all. Would highly recommend hiring a car though. Everything was to a high standard and the property manager was very helpful. We would def use this villa again. We had family visit us at the villa and even they have taken details so they can book a holiday there. We were really pleased with everything and would highly reccomend it to everyone. The villa is not overlooked and you have a lovely view of an orange grove to the back and a view of the sea from the balcony.

Lovely villa in a lovely part of Cyprus.

Villa was excellent with lots of space (open plan downstairs), nice pool / pool area, all facilities you would require (e.g. dish washer, iron etc). When we arrived we had been left bread, butter, milk etc, plus a bottle of wine which was quickly opened!
Very quiet location with good views from the back of the villa to the sea. Sea / beach 10 mins walk from the villa.
You definately need a car though as the nearest supermarket is 4 miles away in Coral Bay. In the village (Agios Georgios) there is not even a small shop. Suggest getting a 4x4 if you can afford it as just up the coast from the villa is Akanas Peninsula to drive along which was very picturesque, but really need a 4x4 for this road.
Lots of things to do not too far from the villa, such as at Pafas (Word Heritage site) - Pafos is 20km away.

The villa is lovely, luckily the land behind the villa hasnt been sold so it still has lovely views out over the countryside to the sea.
The addition of a dishwasher this year was most useful and the aircon is an absolute must have.
This is our second visit and may well be back!

The villa was in a very quiet area as described which is what we wanted for a relaxing family Xmas in the Sun. The local property managers were very helpful and attentive and we would recommend the villa to anyone.

The villa is beautiful, in a lovely setting and has all mod cons needed. This is our first visit to Cyprus and won't be our last. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our holiday!

Beautiful villa with excellent layout. Nice pool area and views of the sunset.
Rooms are large and well furnished.

Villa was extremely roomy and comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids. Kitchen would be improved with a dishwasher!
Pool and outdoor entertaining area were fantastic. Watch the mozzies though at night in the summer.
Owner reply:
Hi Meredith,
Many thanks for the review. I am sure the owners will add a dishwasher in the off-season though am glad you enjoyed the villa so much. With regards mozzies, these are present right along the Cyprus coastline and am sure this is the same in most warm countries. They can be quite easily combated with body sprays and candles which are readily available in all the local shops. Thanks again. Kindest Regards. Steven. Property Manager.

A great villa and location for a peaceful and sunny holiday. We stocked up on food and drink and were very happy just the 2 of us around the villa. We are looking to book for 2 weeks next July now. Thanks very much.

Villa St Georges was clean and very well furnished. The upstairs balcony was great for taking in the beautiful views over the fruit farms to the sea.
Our only grumble would be that a sub station was being constructed next to the villa at the time we were staying, which we weren't warned about prior to booking. Fortunately there was very little noise to bother us.
