If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

This is a fantastic apartment which far exceeded our expectations. It has wonderful views from the main balcony towards the sea and in addition to the washing machine has a tumble dryer, dishwasher and wifi internet. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and the agent was very helpful. It is a 10 minute walk up a short hill from the marina, supermarket, shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.
