Great directions from airport. Car park under property well lit and lift nearby. All corridors have light that illuminate first 6 appartments then press next light to illuminate rest of corridor. Light go off after 1-2 mins so save electricity. Rooms good size. Our 1 bed appartment probably too small for 4 big adults for 2 weeks. Never ran out of hot water. Freezer had 4 ice blocks so i could have brought my bigger folding freezer bag for trips to beach. No noise from neighbouring rooms. Pool good size but got crowded some days. Noise from kids playing in pool not too bad. Outside bins big enough and emptied 2 times a week.
Concerns over dog left on facing balcony a lot of days and all night. It was too hot to leave a dog on balcony. He/she wimpered a lot. Faeces not cleared promptly. Would have hated to be above this apartment it must smell. We reported this to other residents and cleaners. Local supermarket very expensive drive to lidl etc instead. Lovely developing town wide road with good off road parking no charge. Great eating restaurants/bars/cafe within walking distance of appartments.

We could not have been happier with this property and area as it provided exactly what we expected and more. A lovely, well kept apartment that was fully kitted out overlooking a lovely clean pool in a sunny country near to every type of restaurant you could want. We went without a car and found no trouble walking or catching buses to local landmarks. There was plenty to see and do, and can not thank the property owner and managers enough for their help with everything. Really brilliant for a relaxing holiday with the opportunity to get active and perfect for us.

A good place for vacation in Cyprus! Rather calm (for example comparing with Protaras). You can choose to go to the beach or to stay at the private pool if it is too hot. Property manager is very friendly and helpful. Car is recommended if you are staying with children (it is rather hard to returg from the beach with children by foot when it is too hot). Would reccomend this place to friends!

The appartment was fresh and clean and fitted to a very high standard, Andy, the owner was more than helpful as we had to change dates due to BA and the volcanic ash, the instructions from airport were excellent as were the tips and guides to the restuarants although the Kennedy Pub wasnt worth a mention. We were lucky in so far as we hired a car and were able to get out and explore, the only minor downside was the size of the pool, ok I know its a small complex (which incidentally is kept spotless by the management company ) but We felt that if we had to have stayed just by the pool all day then we would have gone stir crazy but thats our personal view.

Having never done self-catering before we were pleasantly surprised with the Apartment which was very clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The pool and public areas were also kept to a very high standard. Would have no hesitation recommending to friends and family and we hope to return again.

This beautiful Kapparis apartment was of an excellent standard throughout, tasefully decorated and highly equipped with all the essential needs for a hoiday break infact it,s that well equipped you could move in without delay.
The discription was exact and therefore we had no unplesant surprises to face upon arrival.the photo`s were a true likeness to the apartment and surrounding areas.
The owner of this apartment has been of greatest assistance in all our holiday preparations to include transfers to and from the airport. We also recieved a well informed written guide to all local places of interest eg restaurants, pubs,shops and beaches.
Paying for our holiday was dealt with extreme professioalism as confirmation and updat es was as promt as they could be .

this property was very clean and in a good position the pool was very clean also and the people around were very friendly great for a relaxing holiday plenty to do and not far from beach george in twilights was very nice and polite good food would holiday there again a rating of 100% go and see for yourself....

HI ANDY & LINDSAY MANY THANKS FOR THE USE OF YOUR APARTMENT AT KAPPARIS. IT WAS EXACTLY AS THE PHOTOS ON THE WEB SITE SHOW. VERY TIDY AND CLEAN AND MORE THAN EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. SUE AND I WERE THERE FOR 5 WEEKS JAN/FEB AND FOUND PLENTY TO DO AND THE WEATHER FAIRLY KIND AT LEAST WE MISSED THE HEAVY SNOW. The appartment was fantastic, everything and more than we expected. The pool was magnificent and the people very friendly and welcoming. I plan on returning next year and I have already recomended to friends.
The surrounding area, even though still under development was still very pleasant, and not far from the bars. I cant wait to go back!

Great apartment with everything you want/need. Only one negative comment - the bed was extremely hard. I know some people may like this but my husband and I both have arthritis and it was very sore on the bones! Apart from this it was great.

An excellent apartment, furnished to a very high standard. Everything you would need was provided. Although the area surrounding the apartment is still being developed there are a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance and Pernerna just a short taxi ride away if looking for a more lively night out.

We were delighted with the property, it was very clean and had a lovely pool area. Only complaints were that the pool was out of use for the first 6 days of our holiday, dirty due to a problem with the pump however this didnt affect our holiday too much. My only other comment would be that there could be additional towels for use. Perhaps one more set. Overall though absolutely delighted and I have a friend and her husband who have booked the same apartment due to my recommendation.

"This is the first time we have rented a private apartment, so we weren’t sure what to expect, but we were very impressed. Directions from the airport were very clear and the apartment was easy to find. We were really impressed with the cleanliness, comfort and quality of everything in the apartment - there were lots of extras that made our holiday so much more comfortable than the usual holiday accommodation. The pool and sunbathing area was also impressive – a great suntrap and there were plenty of sunbeds. The location of the complex was very convenient being close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The nightlife was a short walk away so no noisy nights! Highly recommended."

The directions supplied were very good and the key pick-up system was also simple to follow. We were very satisfied with the equipment and facilities in the immediate vicinity. There was a good range bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Be aware that at the time of our visit there were no permantently lit street lamps so it was pitch dark from the apartment to the road at the end if on foot. Our only complaint about an otherwise excellant apartment was the water system. On some days it tasted metallic so we could not always drink it. The hot water system using solar power was inadequate so the emersion had to be used frequently. In a country with water rationing, it took an awful lot of water to go down the plughole before it started getting warm.
There was a very good Orphanides and Carrefour supermarket within reasonable distance but a handy convenience store along the road.
The majority of the properties were unoccupied and there were only three other cars in the car park all week. We did not use the pool but it seemed very clean and there were ample sunbeds.
As in most areas of Cyprus, there is a lot of building going on. However, it was a very quiet area and there was no noise from traffic or builders nearby.
All in all, for us this was an excellant base and we would recommend it unreservedly.
The nearby beaches were indeed within easy walking distance. We were alot closer to the UN/Turkish frontier than we anticipated so were restricted on how far we could travel in a northerly direction. Overall we had a very satisfying holiday as we spent a lot of time on the various beaches and exploring the whole of the peninsula.

From May to October the solar panel will provide plenty of piping hot water all day, but early in the season when the weather is cooler, the immersion heater will be needed, usually just in the morning.
Most of our guests drink bottled water as the mineral content in the tap water is sometimes higher than they are used to.
