Two bedroom luxury beach apartment in Limassol. This specious lovely apartment is overlooking a beautiful endless blue flag beach just 40 meters away. Its balcony as well as the sitting room and the master bedroom have a lovely sea view.

Accommodation
One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the second 2 single beds and there is option for an additional folded bed. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and they are air conditioned. The bathroom has a bath. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a very spacious sitting room and the balcony with excellent sea view

Facilities
All rooms including kitchen and sitting room have air-conditioning heat and cool Kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge, electric cooker and oven, washing machine, microwave, iron and iron board, and all what is necessary for a comfortable luxury long-term rent! There are TV, radio and CD player. All linen and towels (including beach) are provided free of charge.
The beach, supermarkets, restaurants clubs and pubs are all within walking distance! This luxury beach apartment will delight all age groups and tastes.

About the area
Cyprus is small enough for you to get around easily. Roads are good and well signposted, and traffic moves smoothly and without the excesses and unpredictability sometimes found in other countries in the Middle East or Mediterranean Europe.
Water parks, seasonal festivals like...Wine Festival or Carnival, and so many ancient places of interest can be found in the area. There are Water Park, Zoo, Camel Park. Visiting Nicosia, Paphos, Akamas, or Troodos Mountains is less than one hour drive!

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

We were happy to book this modern apartment on the beach and near the luxury hotels of limassol. We had everything near by and we didn’t need to rent a car as we had all facilities around in a walking distance. The price was good enough.

Lovely Apartment on the beach and in the heart of tourist Limassol area! We really liked our stay very much. The beach is just below the apartment was great!!! We highly reccomment this Apartment!

We enjoyed very much this lovely apartment which is really overlooking a beautiful endless clean beach just 20 meters away. The sea view from the specious veranda and the sitting room is fantastic! The kitchen facilities were more than we expected although we preferred most of the days to have our meals at the excellent traditional taverns, and the sea food restaurants which they are all around

A delightful place with everything you would need on your Holiday. The apartment itself was very comfortable and clean and we had everything we needed, lots of clean linen and towels were provided. We enjoy cooking at home and we especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen with an electric hob and oven. A washing machine was also available which we found very convenient. Very easy, quick walk to plenty of bars and restaurants… Limassol is a lovely town and the location could not have been better - as it was easily accessible and for getting out and about for touring in the car. Excellent value for money will definitely recommend to friends
