Nice house and garden, pleasant surroundings, close to the sea and with a beautiful view.

The apartment was extremely humid !!
Garden around the apartment a wilderness
The apartment do not meet modern basic facilities
Fabulous view on Cefalu from the terrace!!

Renter liar and unfair.
Private garden of the house in perfect shape and order, renter went wandering in other properties and stealing lemons from trees, and by the way it is normal in may in Sicily to cut and burn dry grass.
House 100% faithful to description including items/furniture provided, if looking for something special ask out before booking, I always say before booking "be free to ask anything you may need to know".
House simply not humid, renter kept boiling water and taking hot showers keeping always all the windows closed and here comes the humidity.
Renter has been nicely and freely granted to access a nearby terrace to enjoy larger space, and took this as permission to park elsewere but the place assigned and to cross other properties.
Renter looking for 5***** hotel services and willing to spend 350euro per week all inclusive.
Owners beware and avoid!

The location was very good but with a poor equipment.

The only poor thing here seems to be your review, in fact beside attempting doing me damage to my work you dont give any help to other customers: why poor equipment? poor quality or quantity? what was wrong? The apartment has: new (where new is intended 2008) bed nets, new stove, new water heater, new tap in the shower, new outside long chairs, new sun umbrella. In the kitchen everything was working and in perfect shape, good quality plates and cutlery, table and chairs are in perfect shape and of very good quality, fridge is perfect and working,
SO WHAT?
There is nothing that was advertised that you did not find there.
If you were looking for something special why didnt you ask before booking? If there was something wrong or missing why didnt you call or knock the door (50meters)?
I always reply to enquiries writing "feel free to ask anything else you may need to know" but this doesnt work with people who have not standard reading capabilities.
