We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing break at Casa Tianah. The Villa was clean, very well appointed and a cool oasis during a mini heatwave.
One thing I must add is that the location is remote (which suited us just fine) A car is essential. If you want vibrant nightlife and sea views this is not for you - if you want a tranquil modern Villa with stunning mountain views in a rural location with a great facilities then I can thoroughly recommend a visit.

We have recently returned to the UK after spending two fantastic weeks at Casa Tianah. You are always worried when you book a villa based on a few pictures on the Internet that it wont live up to the expectation you have, I can happily say that our expectations were surpassed.
The greatest compliment that I can pay the villa is that we would happily recommend it to friends and family and would love to return next year.
The tennis court and pool were well used during our stay and the air-conditioned villa was a great retreat when the temperature got too much. The rooms were nicely decorated and the villa was spotlessly clean throughout. The local villages are only a short car journey away to stock up with the essentials needed for our stay.
Overall 10 out of 10.

We found the villa fantastic, very spacious and with everything we needed the villa gave us peace of mind with its ample security and the pool and poolhouse were the focal point to our holiday. Roy and Delia were really helpful with information and directions to the local supermarkets. You do need a car as there is nothing within walking distance but the local village about 2-3kms away has a beautiful bakery a small supermarket and a shop that sells English papers and the locals are so friendly. The air conditioning was essential and kept the villa cool when needed however it was disappointing to find that only one remote had working batteries to control all 5 units. On arrival we were told that the villa did not actually have Sky or Cable as advertised however there was a TV and DVD player with a selec tion of DVDS to use . We would recommend this villa to anyone who requires a quiet and relaxing holiday.

The villa is fabulous. You definitely need a car as there is nothing within walking distance but towns like Caravaca and Murcia and Lornca are all well worth a visit. The villa and the poolhouse are just fantastic for a relaxing holiday in a quiet location.

Having previously stayed in Casa Millie-Mai up the road we knew to have high expectations and we werent dissapointed. The villa is lovely and was just right for us 6 adults with enough space to live but not too much that you rattle around....and lets face it outdoors is where its at anyway. The pool is great with sunbeds provided for soaking up the rays but there is also a lovely shaded sitting area by the main door to cool off (if youre still too hot the air conditioning works a treat). The pool bar is superb with its built in barbecue and was a focal point for the evenings. The local village has a small supermarket with a great butcher and a market every Wednesday and theres a large supermarket 10 miles away. The arrangements were easy as Glenn was very helpful and called before we left to give us some tips etc. All in all a lovely villa and a wonderful relaxing holiday in the sun.

The villa itself was extermely well equipped, very clean and very comfortable. It is ideal if you simply want to unwide. The local town was really for the holiday maker - nothing to see or do. Wed recommend stocking up at the supermarket in Mula (15k) then BBQ every night. The towns resturants werent really for us!
Overall a really chilled out holiday at a very pleasant villa...away from all the holiday resorts.

villa was of a very good standard - furnishings facilities etc.
was as good in the flesh as it appeared on the website....[doesn't always happen]
a big bonus was the poolhouse/barbecue !!!
locals in the town were exceptionally welcoming and friendly...
Glen who sorted everything out for our holiday was excellent !

One of the best holidays I have had - the villa is bright, clean, spacious, the pool and pool house are private and not overlooked, and the plot is a considerable size with long open views of the distant hills and mountains.
It was an effort to leave the peace and quiet to go out and see some of the rest of Murcia...
I would say, however, if your plans include days on the beach, this is a bit of a longish drive away and the beach we went to was quite rough and windswept.

The property is very new so everthing was in good condiition and very clean and spacious. Pool was lovely and the children loved that - the pool house was a nice touch and we certainly made use of the BBQ facilities.
the area is quiet so you defintely need a car to get out and about - and there is a new water park close by, and a number of interesting castles and towns.
Definitely a relaxing couple of weeks - would recommend it to a family/friends who want to see some of the real spain
