This was the perfect location for a quiet break in the winter sunshine. The apartment was perfect for the two of us, although it has full facilities for four. It is very modern, clean and well designed. The owner has thought of everything and all information to get the most from your stay is provided. The views from the balcony are simply stunning and we cannot imagine a better view in the vicinity. There are good beaches, bars, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. We stayed at this apartment in the middle of winter so are unable to give an impression of the area and its facilities in the summertime. The La Manga strip is a long sand bar which encloses the Mar Menor, it is a dead-end and the apartment is 14km along the strip, so you will need to take this into account if you are thinking of doing regular travelling to other parts of Murcia. For us in a hire car, it was not a problem, because at this time of year the roads are empty! Apart from activities on or in the water, the local area offers plenty for the walker, cyclist or scenic driver and the weather has a better sunshine record than other Spanish coastal locations, we had sun every day.

We loved the apartment, specially the wonderful view over the marina from all the rooms, but also several details that make it so comfortable (the owners guest manual with up to date schedules, the DVD collection, etc.). The apartment was very clean and both key handovers (on arrival and on departure) went ok. We had a very relaxing time at the apartment and enjoyed getting to know La Manga, specially the less populated area after Tomas Maestre bridge, where Los Miradores is.
It was a great week, a wonderful time in a wonderful apartment! It is a very comfortable place with fabulous views to the marina and the sea. The owner has thought about all the items that you can need during a relaxing time as DVDs, CDs, magazines, maps, plans, recipes and yes it makes the difference ! I am already missing the breakfast in the balcony just facing the time going by ... Thank you for such a wonderful time and a lovely place.
We spent a splendid holiday in this large, nice and clean apartment. we enjoyed the marvellous views from the balcony, boats are passing in front of you!
We had a very enjoyable holiday at the apartment, which was comfortable, clean and had a well equipped kitchen. As we were there in July the air condtioning was always good to come back too. The views from the balcony make it easy to spend much of the day just boat watching. We swam in the both sides of the sea which are just a few minutes walk away. The Med side was always quiet and clean. We made use of the on site Supermarket which is well stocked and used the local bus service to visit other areas of the Strip. We came home with lots of memories, feeling relaxed and sad to leave.
The apartment was great - enjoyed a beer or two on the balcony while watching the boats go by.
It was a little quiet for the teenage lads but they did enjoy the pool and snorkelling - they also appreciated the DVDs. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her facial and massage at La Manga club and would definitely recommend it. Thanks for your help with the organisation of the holiday.
We had a super holiday at your apartment and were most comfortable. We like the Mar Menor coast very much for the fact it is not over touristy. This helped us to feel that we were really away from it all..

We really enjoyed the Mar Menor mud beach and the Med which are both so clean. Your apartment was just great with everything we needed.

"Just to let you know that we had a fabulous week at the apartment which is perfect! (you have thought of everything). The first thing I noticed was the fantastic view of the marina, we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the world go by! We particularly enjoyed the Italian and Mexican restaurants at the marina. Airport pickups were also stress free so yes we feel we had a 5 star holiday."
