This property is beautiful and I would defo recommend it to anyone. My only issue was that this was not the villa that i saw in the pictures, read about and paid for for my friends and myself to stay in, so as nice as it was, it didnt have the Wi-Fi, the CD player, the satelite TV and the BBQ that it boasted about. The owner did get us a BBQ, but it was a very disappointing one. When i questioned the owner he said that the villas were all the same, but my friends and I all saw the pictures of the villa that we had paid for and the layout was completely different. The area is not the liveliest, but we went for a relaxing holiday to eat, drink and lounge around. There are a few bars over the road which are very nice, the locals are very nice too. The food is really good in Faliros restaurant, Tonyt Tavern and The Pig n Whistle.
There is a beach in walking distance, but would recommend going to fig tree bay in Protaras, Beautiful. Also Agia napa is only about 15 mins in the car. Renting a car, dune buggy or a quad would defo be a good idea, because they drive on the right side of the road, roads are very good and sign posted very well. I would defo return to the same place and to the same Villa. Had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday, exactly what I needed.

Please allow me to explain about the down parts you mentioned.
Miss Elizabeth, Yes, we gave you another villa and when I delivered it to you personally you commented that this was not the villa you booked; I asked you if you don’t like it then I would take you to the villa you booked. You said you like this villa very much and you would like to keep it and you and all your friends were very much exited. You didn’t ask me why this happened.
Well I will explain why. The reason I decided to do this change was to prevent you having bad time on your holidays because recently a building contraction started very close to the villa you booked and it was very noisy and dusty. My policy is to take the necessary action if needed so that my clients have the best time on their holidays. I am fully aware how important holiday is for everyone. We are doing this business for more than 15 years.
As for the Wi-Fi, I new it is not important as everywhere around in every restaurant is free Wi-Fi.
Just for you and the new renters to know this is a new property of ours purchased 2 months ago; the description and photos are now accurate and represent the villa 100%.
Please be informed that now is already Gas BBQ, and Wi-Fi, CD player, satellite TV installed.

P/S Miss Elizabeth, I would expect you to mention that your check out time was at 10.00 in the morning and after you requested you were let to stay free of charge up to 6.00 after noon.

Excellent family house that has everything in a peaceful environment. Very good for those who like quiet peaceful holidays. Nice garden and pool.
