The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated. The balcony was huge but didnt get the evening sun. Being on the top floor the apt was very light and airy. Thank god for the air conditioning as was very hot.
Beds were very comfy, nice thick mattresses. The only negative was there was no bags for the bins in the apt, which was not good as you cant put toilet paper down the toilet, and hardly any coathangers. Also could do with outside lights outside block A as was dark at night walking up. But overall a fantastic apt and nissi bay is beautiful. Would definately go again.

A large, clean, spacious apartment with a lot of balcony space. We eat out every night so cannot comment on cooking facilities although they appeared more than adequate. We were over for a wedding at Nissi beach resort and were amazed how near we were to the venue.
Beaches were also within walking distance as were all the restaurants and bars, but the apartment is just far enough away to avoid the noisiness from these.
I wouldnt hesitate to return to these well kept apartments.

Very good location nice and quiet. Property clean, spacious and comfortable. Exdellent balcony area. Only problems cooker knob not working and could have done with instructions as we are not used to electric, and microwave turntable missing.

We loved the terrace, parasol and the views, many a night was spent relaxing up there. The apartment was a good size, but after staying in other Nissi 3 properties we felt that this properties decor, furniture and utensils were a little bit basic compared to the one we stayed in a couple of years ago, especially as this apartment was advertised as rooftop/penthouse.
A little disappointing but it has not put us off booking with the company again.

The apartment was good and we had a very good time for 2 weeks.
The only problem was cleaning supplies. Our neighbors who had rent an apartment from another agency had a vacuum cleaner. We strongly recommend that you also make a vacuum cleaner available, as it is very difficult otherwise to clean. The cleaning tools that were present were dirty and could not be used.

Property was very spacious, clean and in a good location.Communal pool a good size.Loved the large balconies.
The only 3 small negatives were the sky and TV were not working. There was no plug to the sky box.It was not a priority having TV on holiday so it did not affect the stay too much although my husband would have liked to view the Ryder Cup!Also, there were not enough similar sized glasses for 4.The children did not like the idea of putting toilet paper in a bin and not the toilet.I am surprised that the plumbing in these modern apartments can not cope with this considering the nearby hotels could?
At the end of the day we would recommend it though as an enjoyable stay.

We really enjoyed the property, but the negatives for us were the 2 hourly air con timer, we never got a decent night sleep the whole fortnight because of the heat. The non refundable breakage waiver, is a bit of a rip off. We also expected the property would be cleaned at least weekly, which i admit i didnt check in to myself but paying as much as we did for the property it was something i did expect to happen, also the pool was dirty and there was no where to sit. These negatives would be enough to stop me booking it again or recommending to a friend, sorry.

Could have had some more shelves in bathrooms - nowhere to put cosmetics, etc.
How do you reach the high rail in the wardrobe?
The sliding doors and balconies were great.
The furniture and fabrics, eg curtains, were good.
I tried to fry an egg one day and got a scrambled one, could have done with a non stick frying pan. If we had been cooking I dont think it would have been very successful. Could have done with bigger mugs.
We found everything amazingly expensive because of the poor exchange rate.

Very spacious and ideally located with all the requirements needed. Only downside was the lack of external lighting too the balcony areas and lighting in and out of the overall complex.

All it needs is a some lights in the patio and a nice BBQ. The T.V is too old School. The A.C had to be the worst becuase we had to reset it every 2 hours so imagine waking up in the middle of the night. other than that i would rate this place as a 8.5/10.

The property was practically new, clean, well maintained and spacious.
Had difficulty operating the tv/satalite this could have been made a lot easier to understand.
The light outside the building was not working so found it difficult to see numbers on key pad especially late at night.
Not enough linen in property. I had to give friend a pillow from double bedroom and in twin room one bed only had one sheet on bed and also bed protector on one of the single bed was stained. This is not a criticism, but for a luxury apartment would have expected better quality towels and bedding. I have made comparison to other luxury apartment I have stayed at in the past.
Enjoyed our stay although we did not spend much time indoors.
Thank you

me and my wife stayed here from aug 31 till sept 6th 2008 and thought the apartment was great and location was fantastic not far from the centre of protaras but far enough to have peace and quiet when needed, also you have wonderful views. would stay here again.

The apartment was a great size and had almost everything you need. Altho there was a tv, there is no tv ariel.
The views from the apartment were great with a lovely one of the church and pool. The rooms sizes were more than good and overall a lovely property.
The pool area is lovely and not at all busy however there is some building work going on so a bit noisy at times.
Its a fair walk to the strip of protaras and up hill so be prepared, especially in that heat. But gives you a chance to work off all that beer...
However, I am not very impressed with the fact that I am charged £19 for breakages that I do not get back even tho I didnt actually break anything! I think thats a bit rude....
overall tho for the price we paid its good value for money.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and everything was modern and very clean, all the amenities we could need.
Only thing that would have made it better was a bar/snacksbar on the complex not just for convenience but also it enables you to meet people who are staying in the same apartments more easily.
Otherwise, lovely accomodation.
Did not really effect us but during the day and sometimes through the night, outsiders came and used the pool even though it was supposed to be for residents only. No-one really to take charge and enforce this apart from a guy who was contracted to clean the pool (wife was also a cleaner for some apartments). They did their best but it wasnt their responsibility.

A lovely light apartment with balcony overlooking the pool. Very clean with everything you might need. Near enough for a stroll to the main 'strip' of bars and retaurants, but far enough to be away from any noise. There was development work going on in the surrounding area as apartments are being done up so bear that in mind - but it didn't really bother us. Would definitely go back!
