Apartment Art Deco Budapest General Overview
Apartment Art Deco Budapest is a luxury apartment, located in
one of the most central parts of downtown Budapest, just off
Madach Square and a minutes walk from Déak Square and
surrounded by countless places of interest, cultural
activities, stores, restaurants, bars, pubs, clubs etc.
The apartment is extremely quiet as it is situated on the
ground floor on the rear side of the building, on Asboth
utca, which is a no through road with minimal traffic.
However once you step outside the buildings’ front door and
turn the corner you find yourself in one of the most vibrant parts of the city.
The apartment looks out onto a shady green and flowery terrace, which can be used by guests for relaxing after a long day of discovering the city. Garden furniture (table and chairs) is present on the terrace.
About the Apartment
The Apartment Art Deco is 50m2 area, and comprises a separate bedroom, 1 living room/bedroom with corner unit sofa bed and a reading corner with 2 armchairs and table, a well-equipped American style kitchen/diner, bathroom with massage shower cabin and a separate WC.
All bedding in the apartment is Anti-Allergy.
The kitchen has a full range of appliances including: 4-ring gas cooking hob, refrigerator, microwave/grill, electric toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee machine and filter papers and all necessary pots, pans, utensils, crockery, glassware and cutlery.
Plus an ample supply of coffee, tea, spices, cooking oil and condiments.
Also present in the apartment are electric iron, ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, radio-alarm clock. Shampoo,
shower gels, soap etc. are also provided.
There are sleeping facilities for up to 4 persons : 2 single beds in a separate bedroom and a corner unit sofa bed, which extends into a comfortable double bed.
Travelling with your baby?
If required a baby cot and high-chair can be provided at no additional charge.
Want to spend an evening out in the city?
Subject to availability, a fully qualified and experienced
English speaking child minder/baby sitter can be arranged to
look after your child while you're enjoying a meal out or one
of the many hot-spots located close to the apartment.

To enable our business guests to keep in contact with their
office a full PC has been installed in the apartment with
ADSL hi-speed Internet connection. If you're here on
vacation, stay in touch with your family and friends by
Email, or talk to them with the installed Skype application,
complete with microphone and loudspeakers. Download and Email your holiday photos with the card reader provided, suitable
for numerous type of storage cards.

believe in the importance of first-class service and the care
and well-being of their guests.
About the Location
In Budapest, location is everything......
Everything that a visitor to Budapest could wish for is within minutes walk of the apartment, including: supermarkets, currency exchange offices, ATM's, numerous fast-food and other restaurants including MacDonald’s, Pizza Hut, Subway, to name but a few, in addition to traditional Hungarian restaurants, Kosher restaurants and all types of international restaurants. Directly opposite the apartment is a low-cost lunch cafeteria and a few doors further the Castro Bisztro coffee house. A pharmacy is one minute’s walk away and a Second-Hand English book store and the English language Merlin Theater are within 5 minutes walk.
The Great Synagogue, the largest in Central and Eastern Europe is located within 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment at the start of the area that was the Jewish Ghetto during the Second World War.
The St. Stephen’s Basilica is located 5-7 minutes walking distance .
Just 5-7 minutes walking distance away are the well-known
Vaci utca, the main pedestrian shopping street of Budapest
and the Central Market Hall. Another couple of minutes walk
from either of these will bring you to the banks of the River
Danube, with its magnificent views of the Budapest Castle,
Citadel and bridges.
For access to parts of Budapest outside of the immediate
area, public transport by bus, tram or via the metro is just
a 2-3 minute walk from the apartment at Déak Square, which is
the main intersection for the whole of the Budapest metro
system. A bus service to the Castle Area on the Buda side of
the Danube runs from Déak Square.
