Beautilful villa in Uzumlu, very quiet location

This beautiful villa is set in it’s own walled grounds on a 1000m2 plot, the landscaped gardens and swimming pool have been well maintained to a very high standard.
The villa comprises the main entrance which leads into the very roomy salon with feature fireplace, tv for watching DVDs and CD player, and two sofas and two chairs which seats 6 people, from the lounge into a very comfortable and spacious kitchen / diner. Kitchen has been fully fitted and has cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle and toaster, all crockery and utensils also supplied. Ground floor bedroom with two single beds, bedside cabinet and wardrobe, has patio doors, which lead onto the terrace, next to this bedroom is a bathroom with shower, basin and wc. Going up to the first floor via the marble stairs onto a gallery walkway, which overlooks the salon, also leads to the two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms with bath/shower, basins and wc's, both fitted with Mediterranean style furnishings and both have French style balconies. All bedrooms and lounge are fitted with air conditioning.
From the salon there are patio doors, which lead onto the large terrace with some of the most stunning views, where you can eat alfresco style if you wish, there are patio doors that lead from the dinning area to the terrace, and another set of patio doors, which lead out onto the private pool area, and sunbathing area.

Uzumlu village is located on a plateau fifteen kilometers from Fethiye, 50 minutes from Dalaman airport and 20 minutes from several holiday resorts. Cadianda, an ancient Roman site and Lycian city, situated very close to Uzumlu, offers you spectacular views and the opportunity to explore the ruins of an amphitheatre, stadium, baths and a temple. Drive down through the mountains into the bustling town of Fethiye, which is about 20 minutes and take a walk along the harbour. Fethiye has lots of shops, restaurants, bars, fish market and the biggest market in the area, which is held on a Tuesday. Calis is another nearby resort, which has a beach and promenade with lots of restaurants and bars. If you are looking for a bit of excitement then Hisaronu is the place, with restaurants, bars, nightclubs, karaoke bars and of course shops, also just another short drive away is Olu Deniz with it’s famous Blue Lagoon and it’s crystal clear waters, this also has a lively night life.
