This was a lovely villa in a nice setting with some local walks that we discovered and very convenient to get to places. However there were a few drawbacks - a little aerated in the cooler time of year, barking dogs from neighbours and a small freezer. Some might find the unmade road a bit of a challenge but we were okay as our hire car was a bit long in the tooth! We would definitely consider staying in the villa again.

A warm welcome upon arrival. The welcome pack was a nice touch. For the price the villa is a bargain. Lovely pool and garden area. Only suggestion would be to remove both fridges and replace with a fridge / freezer and a dishwasher. Location is down a somewhat bumpy lane, but you soon get use to it. Superb beaches within a few minutes drive.Excellent Supermarkets almost on the doorstep. An ideal villa to explore this wonderful area of Spain.

Lovely villa in a nice quiet location, perfect for a family holiday. The villa was clean and well maintained, and would highly recommend it for a nice family holiday near some beautiful beaches and interesting towns. The only problem we had (kettle leaked) was quickly resolved and a new kettle was brought asap. Outside area is lovely and the pool is perfect for children, with a good selec tion of pool play equipment supplied with the villa. Some other nice touches were some duplo blocks in the villa (perfect for our toddler) and a welcome back which was supplied with some basic groceries. The only potential negative about the villa, which did not impact us but may impact larger groups, was that the top bedroom which has 4 single beds was really hot and light and would benefit from a curtain over the window and a stand alone a/c unit. However if you are only going to use the two bedrooms on the ground floor this would not be an issue.

We stayed for a week and love it, definately go again with friends. Its peaceful, safe and comfortable. Richard who met us the night we arrived looked after us if we needed anything from directions to advice. Such a nice genuine guy. Area was quiet, road to villa was a bumpy lane, but well wirth every wobble, the villa is home from home, top floor room warm, but we never used it anyway and fans are in each room. Beach 10 min drive beautiful place xxxx thanks

nice quiet location , in the countryside , lovely pool and outside area very well maintened. simple and practical inside open plan. minutes drive to commodoties and beach. excellant bbq and sitting outside shade. recommendations a/c unit needed especially on top floor bedroom, as limited ventilation, mosquito mesh would be welcomed as windows cannot be left open at night due to bugs especially biting mosquitoes. very limited freezer space especially for numerous family. also improve on the beds to complete a very nice situated villa. i would book again if the above could be introduced,

This villa is in a really peaceful setting. We have just returned from a ten day break and feel fully refreshed. It has fantastic facilities with pretty much everything you need and was very clean. The pool is without exception the best feature as it is deep enough to dive into. The outside area was also kept in superb condition, the bbq, outside table and comfortable sunbeds were a real joy. The management couldnt have been any more helpful and gave us some really useful local information along with supplying a welcome pack with wine, beers and bread etc. We would definitely recommend this property and would return again ourselves.

Overall I had a really great experience. The region is wonderful with so much to see and do. I did absolutely loads and loved every minute. The villa is wonderfully private and quiet. This is a seriously great place to relax and unwind. Cadiz and Jerez are both very close by and soooo interesting. Some of the white villages are also close by - I simply loved Vejer and also Arcos (though the latter is a little farther it is still not all that far) Barossa which is only 10 minutes away is a lovely resort with excellent restaurants - I had wonderful food through out the trip, the fish is superb. The website was fine and accurate, overall Malvarosa was just what I expected. A great choice you have made with Villa Management, Kim and Dave are incredibly helpful and friendly. Dave keeps the garden and pool in tip-top condition (commented on by many of my guests). I had several reasons to contact them (lost electricity and water), Dave was there in minutes and simply doesnt leave until the problem has been addressed he can detect problems and deal with them quickly and efficiently. I also had a small problem with my car and, again, Dave was brilliant. He tracked down appropriate mechanics for me and even came with me to Jerez to sort it out I was VERY impressed indeed - you should certainly aim to hang on to them After staying at the Villa for several months I left 6 pages of notes in the visitor’s book which I hope will help future visitors. The value of the Villa holiday was excellent, the quality of furniture / equipment / decor could be improved but overall these are not too serious and certainly didnt detract from my enjoyment, overall I thought it was very good value. The overall expectations of the Villa did meet my wishes along with my guests and I would recommend very strongly the Villa to my Friends & Family but would make it very clear that the location makes a car is essential.

There were only tiny issues that came up, the outside large umbrella string had snapped, so you couldnt put it up, but there were two others. Some basic re-tiling needed doing, but in a hot country they often fall off. And the outside paint work needed a bit of a patch up, but thats only if Im being ultra fussy. Aside from that it was great. We had so much help from Leigh. I would go back and I would recommend the villa. The pool is larger than I thought. One tip, you may want to take a docking station for music as no stereo.

Lovely villa in nice location. Enjoyed the adjacent Chiclana park. Pool was excellent and garden was well maintained. Some more shade in the garden over the table and BBQ would have been good, and air conditioning in the villa would make it absolutely excellent. There were 7 of us and the space was adequate, although we could have done with a much larger fridge/freezer (there are 2 small fridges there) and a more up-to-date TV would have really added to the interior facilities. All-in-all the villa was splendid and we had a really great time. Would be happy to recommend.

Lovely villa. Everything you could need was there. The pool was a real asset - being suitably deep at one end and shallow at the other kept the children entertained for hours. Kim and Leigh were both very helpful. Thanks for a lovely relaxing holiday.

I would like to commend Cyril and Leigh for their wonderful help (our passports etc were taken in Seville) during our stay. Cyril went way out of his way to help us and we will always be grateful for this. Its times like that when you appreciate the people over in Spain who are there for you if needed. This was our second time there and as before had a great time especially the kids in the pool. As stated previously the pictrues do not do it justice thanks

We were unlucky with the weather - even for late October - and so only able to use the pool for the first couple of days - water very cold - but really enjoyed those days. The villa is well equipped and having Sky was a bonus - especially when the bad weather struck. We had a problem with the key/front door which meant having to call the agent for help at midnight. Hopefully the lock will be seen to soon - but the agent was quick to come round and help. We did hire a 4x4 which at first seemed a bit un-necessary but became quite liberating as we travelled quite long distances - Seville, Gibraltar, Malaga etc. Be sure to read visitors book and info on arrival as there are a few quirky things about the villa - (eg operating the oven) and it will save you time and frustration to read this first. The only negative was the welcome pack which was definitely not good value for money and did not feel particularly welcoming! The local supermarkets are open till late anyway (except Mondays I think) Overall the villa was great. We had a good experience which would have been a great one if the weather had been a bit kinder to us.

Owner reply:
Many thanks for the review.
Sorry the weather was not kind to you, but it sounds like you made the best of it, especially touring the area, it is a beautiful place with loads to see, but I do understand that people just want to chill at Malvarosa! We do equip the villa as best we can in case of the weather turning.
In terms of the only negative: The “Welcome pack” was not a “Welcome pack!”
To thank all our guests for booking with us and make them feel at home as soon as they arrive, we give a small complimentary present of which you are referring to this includes a drink or two and a few things to eat!!
A welcome pack was never ordered, and I have sent Anita confirmation of her order. I have asked to make sure there was no error from a process point of view with Villarenters but I have not received feedback after initial email.
Glad to hear that the people who look after the Villa came straight out, they are very good in emergencies. We have checked the lock, and we cannot find a problem. But we have changed it, just in case it’s an intermittent problem.
We have left the visitor book for exactly the reason stated. There will always be ‘quirky things’ wherever you stay if you are not used to the appliances. We always encourage visitors to leave any messages to help future guests. I am glad it was of use. We updat e the ‘official welcome pack’ regularly when we get good information.
Once again many thanks for the positive ratings, especially the individual scoring. Value: Good , Met expectations: Yes - satisfied , Recommend: Yes , Overall: Good

This was out first villa experience and it exceeded our expectations. The villa was immaculate and the pictures didnt do it justice. Kimand Liegh were fantastic nothing was too much trouble and were very warm and welcoming. we have already recommended the villa to friends and family, and are already looking forward to re booking and coming back. The road up to the villa really is part of the Malverosa experience! As a family we would like to thank you for sharing your villa with us and the kids are still working out a way they can bring home the pool on the next visit.

Owner reply:
Thanks for the great feedback Sue. I’ll pass on your comments to Kim & Liegh, we are getting some really great feedback about them & I am pleased they are looking after our guests so well.

I’ve also just heard that the road has been repaired!! Not bad only taken 3 years!! They’ve put down and flattened new hardcore. Hopefully it will hold up in the winter!!

Firstly like to thank the two people in Spain who looked after the property and gardens, excellent service. The house was clean, had all the facilities needed for the two weeks. The pool was such an asset to the house, as was stated before the pictures do not give it justice. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets close by and we found the shopping centre down near the golf courses excellent at night for eating out. The only minor points, not many, I would give is the room upstairs does get a bit stuffy at night. The road up to the house is very pot holed. You do need a car. But overall thanks to the couple that looked after the house and thanks for the web site which gives an accurate and fair view of the vilal.

Owner reply:
Thanks for the super feedback Colm.
Weve got some extra fans now for upstairs. That should fix the stuffyness.
Also we have just heard the road is literally about to be repaired! Great news.

The standards of cleanliness and comfort vary tremendously with the Villas we have stayed in, however this one was spotless. Everything from the backs of cupboards to the cutlery was top rate, bathrooms were impeccable. The welcome pack was not expected, however very welcome, a drink as soon as we got there!! The gardens were lovely, and I have to admit we pinched some of the delicious fruit from the trees!! Sorry!! (Not sure what they were though, little orange things!) We went for several walks straight behind the Villa & found a lovely Pine Wood natural park only 5 mins away to relax in. Chiclana town had everything we needed, and we found a shop on Sunday that did fresh bread 5 mins away (when everything else was shut!) You can probably tell we really enjoyed the ‘Malvarosa Experience’ even the road to the Villa was an experience in its self, but was worth it to get just a couple of meters away from the main road so all you heard was the birds sing in the garden! We will definitely be going back. Thank you

Owner reply:
Glad you enjoyed the complimentry pack and drink on us Ed. Also thank you for leaving the flowers for Kim, she said you were model guests!!!

Hi everyone, after the great feedback we had last year (2007), both positive & constructive. We have made sure we have acted as promised where we can.
Whilst our average score was 5 stars, we know there were one or two who made small comments about the cleanliness that we were unhappy to learn. Therefore we have changed the Villa management to give far better cleanliness and maintainace standards. Also as before you will continue to get as part of the Malvarosa package, the high standards of a meet & greet, a tour of the villa, plus emergency contact numbers, and so on. Plus we will make sure that in future all guests receive a small complimentary pack (This is not to replace the full welcome pack). Also over the next few days I will change the site so that the children’s equipment (push chair, cot & so on) will be free of charge, however you will need to let us know if you need these before you go out.
The road to the Villa unfortunately has not progressed, just that ‘it is being worked on!’ Maniana!! However for the sake of going at 5 ~ 10km per hr, rather than 20km per hr for a few hundred mtrs, I’m sure you’ll find it’s worth it for the clean air, and, piece & quiet!
We have also invested and purchasing a complete new set of garden furniture. Updated / refreshed some of the smaller items that were starting to go tatty. Plus purchased a new set of bedding. Also we have upgraded the fire / smoke alarm system to give much better coverage. Also in the pipeline is a far easier welcome pack, and once this is completed I’ll put it on the ‘Malvarosa Villa’ web site for download for all guests who book a holiday so they can get familiar with the Villa before they set off.
Tania.

We arrived at the property after 2 hrs of driving around from the airport due to wrong directions. The villa had moths in every room and also spiders which i had to remove myself before we could unpack. Many lightbulbs had also blown. During 4 days of bad weather we lost sky signal and tried to use the dvd player, but it was broken. This was later replaced with a new one. The bad weather also resulted in the kitchen area becoming flooded several times. Fay had to be called out on our 2nd day as we had not been informed that if you were outside the villa the key had to be left on the outside of the door, so we were locked out! We braved the pool and would have been more than happy to pay to have it heated had this been possible! We were very disapointed with the lack of leaflets/information for the area we were in as we struggled to find places to visit eg. shopping centres. For this we have left our own "survival" guide for future villa guests. The whale watching in Tarifa was phenominal with 8 pilot whales swimming alongside the boat

Owner reply:
Michelle, thank you for the review.
We are sorry about the weather, it seems that this paid havoc with the electrics. We have never known the villa to flood ~ it must have been very bad! And unusual.
We’ve thanked Fay for replacing the DVD quickly. Unfortunately when there is bad weather, as it is so south, the sky TV does become affected, that’s why we have the largest sky dish you can possibly get. The new directions for some reason did not load properly on the villa renter’s site, we are aiming to rectify, but the old directions should have got you there, the new ones just show a slightly quicker way! To heat the pool, whilst you say you would be happy to pay extra, would put an enormous cost on to the fuel bills, the electricity costs in Spain are far higher than the UK – let alone thinking about the environmental impact. We do clearly state the pool is not heated. In terms of leaflets etc. at the start of the season there were ample leaflets etc. we will get Fay to check ASAP.
Overall however, we thank you for the 3 star rating especially the excellent value, the very satisfied expectations. Plus you would be happy to recommend us to your friends & family. The whale watching as you state is probably the best trip we have ever been on, and would highly recommend this to any of our guests, or people visiting the area. In July / August, as well as pilot whales & dolphins you should be able to see Orcas (Killer Whales) and other wild life. If any of our guests would like info after booking, please ask us.

Owner reply:
Andrew, thank you for the 4 star rating. We would recommend any customers that book to arrive late at night, or Sundays / Bank holidays that they order a welcome pack. This area of Spain, is real Spain, where they still have traditions of closing shops on Sundays / Bank holidays (They have lots of Bank Holidays!) etc. However you will find plenty of restaurants & bars open.
If any of our guests have any doubts, get in touch.
Thanks again.

My brother booked this villa after going out last year. I went out with his wife and a friend for a week. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and the size of the villa was very impressive. The area was in the country, but the towns, beaches & shops just a few minutes drive away, a real bonus as it was so peaceful. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone, you won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful place. What a fantastic area, we were really apprehensive about Spain, concrete blocks, larger louts – but this is real Spain, none of that existed. Full of character, great food, loads to do & see. Down a track, whilst a bit bumpy, gives the area a real atmosphere, undisturbed and tranquil. A real hidden gem. The villa was just lovely, much bigger that the photos illustrates, and beautifully furnished. The garden is huge & totally concealed, with a private pool (Bliss!). I will never book an apartment again after seeing what great value this is. Thank you. We'll book a lot longer next time, and not just a few days.

We would definatley come back again, had an fantastic time, kids really enjoyed it. Location was perfect. The only downfall is the road to the villa 4x4 definatley needed and upstairs sleeping area more ventilation is needed.

Owner reply:
Thanks for the 5 stars & the top scores Charmaine. Great that you & your party of 8 had a great two weeks at Villa Malvarosa. Also thanks for the constructive feedback. We’ve asked Fay to look at a quick solution to the upstairs room. We’ll look to a more long-term solution when we next visit ourselves.
In terms of the road, there are rumours that it will be upgraded soon! (But Spanish builders!!…) Even if it is upgraded, the privacy & the quiet area I am sure will still prevail, as it will not be a through road, it will just be for access. Will keep our customers informed of progress if we hear anything.

Just returned home from our brilliant time in Malvarosa. The Villa was even better than described and the area was beautiful. We hired a car from the airport (recommended by the owners & very cheap) where we drove straight to meet the lady who looks after the Villa for Tania (who was more than happy to answer our many questions before leaving the UK). We were shown around the Villa & given the pack to direct us to loads of local & interesting places, including the fabulous restaurants & bars, just a couple of minutes away. We had a fantastic holiday, lovely Villa, delicious meals, great weather, came backed totally chilled out. Will definitely return again. Thank you.

The property was clean and well cared for. The management team were friendly and welcoming and you felt that nothing would be too much trouble. The only thing I would ask for would be to have hooks on the back of the bathroom doors to hang your clothes on whilst in the shower! Apart from that it was the perfect place to stay for a "chill out" holiday! Thank you.

We were highly recommended this villa by some friends of ours who have visited the Villa Malvarosa twice before. The villa I have to say lived up to everything & more. The area is fantastic with something for everyone, relaxing, through to culture & then the superb beaches! Every day we said we'd use the BarBq & just relax by the pool, but the call of all the local Spanish restaurants & bars was just too much! The Villa had its own welcome pack which explained everything & Fay was always on hand if we needed any local help. I will do exactly as my friend has done & recommend this Villa to all my friends to experience. It is brilliant value, especially when you compare to other holidays, a real pleasure. Thank you.

This is the 4th time we’ve used Malvarosa with our friends. As always we were very well looked after & the Villa continues to improve. The garden has had some trees planted along with other plants, which makes the whole experience so much better. The evening lighting makes the Villa so much better. Relaxing around the pool in the sun loungers just makes you want to return. We have travelled the world, however the beaches here are the cleanest we have found & the kid’s love playing there, that’s if we can drag them away from the pool! The restaurants & bars are very Spanish & it’s great exploring all the small towns & villages as well as the main areas of Chiclana & Cadiz. No doubt we’ll be booking next year for our 5th trip!

Owner reply:
Thanks Grant. Great to see you've had another great time. Fay says you are getting a bit of a local now!
See you next year.

We have had lots of family villa holidays in the past and found this one good. There were a few things that i would cirtainly do different if i owned the property. 1. outside sun longers, they were thrown in a overgrown part of the garden with the pool pumps, when my husband went to get my daughter an i one, he found a frog and dead cockroaches on them! needless to say we didnt use them. 2. The track to the villa, definetley consider hireing a four x four!!! 3. Even though the villa on a whole is beautiful and well maintained we found it could of been cleaner. There were alot of cobwebs on the walls and the blankets were not very clean and had stains on them. But besides that we had a great time and maybe if we had had good weather theese niggly things wouldnt of mattered. Oh, and Fay??? She`s fab, she was so helpful and couldnt of done more to please yet she left us to our private villa holiday.

Owner reply:
Many thanks for the review, especially the ‘Excellent’ rating for value. We have gone back to the people that look after the garden & made sure that they keep the entire garden & garden furniture in excellent condition.
We are having a major re-paint & clean of the entire villa over the winter along, with a complete new set of all linen, bedding & some new furniture, both in & out. etc. This is due to the non stop – back to back lets over the last two years a couple of these things have not lasted well.
The new season will see the garden maturing, the Villa facilities upgraded & the overall experience so much better & that’s on the top of many 5 star reviews. Thanks Again & look forward to seeing you again.

Thanks very much for an enjoyable stay at your lovely villa. It was an excellent base for visitng this area of Spain. The children had a great time in the swimming pool and the villa was well equipped. It is ina private location and security is very good.

We have just enjoyed a wonderful week at the villa Malvorosa and would recommend highly both the villa and the area to anyone with small children or anyone who wanted a truly peaceful break in an idyllic setting . The beaches we visited were beautiful and the weather very, very warm ; so take plenty of sun-screen ! Both the Villa owners and Fay the local agent were more than helpful .Thank you very much for a tremendous holiday and I look forward to returning to the area and the villa as soon as I possibly can .

I just want to thank you for your villa, we had an amazing week, the villa is beautiful. I think we are all planning on hiring it again. Faye was fantastic, she couldn’t do enough for us, we didn’t hire a car to begin with and she took us shopping and later in the week she took us to sort out a car she was so helpful. The weather was brilliant, we had one bad day but the rest was gorgeous, The nights were a bit cold but that wasn’t a problem. We did brave the pool, But not for very long!! Thank you again

This was the 2nd time we have used Malvarosa & was pleased & surprised to get it on short notice, plus get a discount as well! We arrived at the Villa Malvarosa and was met by Fay who was an absolute star. The Villa is of very a high standard for the price. It has all the home comforts in a very peaceful setting. However saying all that we hardly used the Villa & stayed in the garden most of the week & jumping in the large pool – very relaxing! It was just a short drive to the beach of which was beautiful & uncrowded. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a peaceful holiday, or somewhere where you want to see Spain & not lots of concrete!

UNFORTUNATLEY THE ROAD UP TO THE VILLA IS IN POOR CONDITION WITH LOTS OF POT HOLES.

Owner reply:
Thank you for the review. The 4 stars are very welcome with two excellents & two satisfied.
We have made the road situation clear in the web site; the 3rd paragraph clearly states that the Villa “is to be found in a very quiet rural area” & “Just off a main road & about 500 yards down a dirt track.”
The road is unfortunately totally out of our control, however, the advantages to this is that you are not near any main roads & have a very peaceful area to have your holiday, please check out all the other reviews where they have all been positive, a few examples, “Tucked away” “quiet and private due to its secluded position” “very quiet area” “very quiet and peaceful area” etc. This gives a good independent view of the area.
If you want to have a noisy area with lots of things going on, then this may not be the ideal villa for your vacations. It is one of relaxing & seeing the real Spain & how the Spanish live.
If you have any doubts before booking please do not hesitate to contact us.

My brother invited us to the Villa, of which he has now used three times. I was really pleased with the area & reminded us of the Algarve 10 years ago of where we normally visit. The area is unspoilt by the commercial side, & is a truly Spanish destination & ideal to relax. The area is a lot cheaper, from car hire approx £15 per day, through to a good meal & wine approx £10 per head. We will definitely book up again next year & bring our whole family out. Well recommended.

A perfect location to either relax or use as a base for exploring. The villa and pool were of ample size for our family (3) and the villa was well equipped and surpassed our needs. The ceiling fans provided adequate cooling during some of the hottest days in the area this year. We were afforded complete privacy during our stay but were aware that the property manager was only a telephone call away in the event that we needed advice or help. The information, maps and suggestions provided by the owners before we arrived were accurate and proved very useful - particularly taking our Sky card! The villa is ideal for 2 families (4 Adults & 4 Children) but would probably feel cramped with more adults than this. The resort and the area are very spanish, frequented by spanish tourists. Do not expect burger bars and be prepared to use your phrase book to translate menus - for us this was all part of the fun. Will certainly return to Villa Malvarosa.

Great property, tucked away from the main road, property would benefit from solid gates rather than the metal wire gates to give more privacy, otherwise, private quiet location. Enjoyed it, would return again

Owner reply:
We have just returned from Villa Malvarosa and seen the new wall and agree with Sharon that solid gates will give more privacy. As a result we are having some built and put in end of Sept / October. Thanks for the review.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Malvarosa during the beginning of May Bank Holiday 2005. The owners had pre-warned us about the construction that was ongoing to improve the villa, so we were not too concerned by this. The villa itself was quite spacious as 7 adults comfortably fit in, and was well located to beaches, shops and restaurants. I think that this will be a wonderful retreat once the improvements are complete. The only negatives that I found were that the hot water system was too small if you have a full villa, and the access road to the villa needs some grading (only a short stretch of 500m).

Villa Latest Update From the owners:

For information to all our booked, and future guests we are busy over April improving the Villa Malvarosa experience.

We are building a 2-meter brick wall around the property to give more privacy & helping to give a much better appearance to the garden.

We have also decided that the new seeded lawn has not established itself to the standard we want; therefore we are turfing the entire grass area with quality turf. Along with this we are also putting in a large outdoor barbeque & seating area.

Inside, a new staircase is being built which will better help access the top bedroom; as the current spiral staircase was too steep for some of our guests. Also we have put in a DVD player, so take some disks with you if you want.

All this will be completed this month (subject to the Spanish builders!)

I am hoping that we will have some new updated pictures towards the end of April 05, as soon as I do I will update the current pictures & the website details.

Best Regards
Tania

Dear Villarenters, had a wonderful holiday in villa malvarosa in march 2005, we were extremely surprised with the size of the villa, how spacious it felt, the furnishings too were impeccable and very well laid out, although a little cold due to the time of year the children enjoyed the pool every day, the pool was very clean,The location of the villa was quiet and private due to its secluded position, although the beach, shops and restaurants all within ten minutes drive away.Faye, who met us with the keys was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely recommend to friends and family, and look forward to returning ourselves in the near future.

Enjoyed the stay immensely. The Villa is centrally placed but situated in a very quite area, but close enough to towns, restaurants & bars if required. In just one week we investigated the surrounding area including, Seville, Cadiz, Gibraltar, & a few ‘Spanish White Villages’ also we found a Spanish festival in Chiclana which was a fantastic experience. Also my daughter is also very interested in horse riding & the Villa Management were very helpful, they organised some leaflets on the local area where we were able to enjoy the ‘Spanish’ way of riding through the pine trees & local countryside. Overall, an excellent holiday, in an excellent Villa, with plenty of Real Spanish life to experience. Well recommended.

Villa Malvarosa has more than met our expectations. The position of the villa was excellent, very quiet and relaxing, but handy for the supermarket which was about 5 min drive away, the beaches & bars about 10 min away. The pool was not used due to the temperature but it looked fab. The description on the web site was very accurate & the grass has just starting to grow! The overall service from the lady managing the villa was outstanding. The area was really nice and un-spoilt by mass tourism & Cadiz was wonderful. We will definitely be back.
