The villa amazed us upon arrival, after a long flight and short drive from Bangkok. We dro pped our bags, put the air-con on, and jumped straight into the pool. We then came back to the cool villa and made some lunch with the welcome pack left for us. The size is amazing, it was more than big enough for the three of us, me, my partner and our 7 month old boy. The pool is excellent, and completely private, you feel like a millionaire, with the bubbles on and the view of the mountains. All power and lighting outside too, means you can sip a cool drink, whilst listening to music. Theres also a beautiful wooden Thai styled, seating area, with a magnificent view of the mountains again, pure peace first thing in the morning. Roger and Chumpon were great help via email, leading up to our holiday, with directions, advice on how much the electric would cost, Roger even went to two local Tesco stores for us to check for baby milk. As they were back in England when we arrived, their neighbour, the excellent Hom, helped us with everything we needed, and also loved our boy Bodhi. The cleaner came once a week and done a great job. If youre looking to be in Cha-Am, where you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity of a Thai beach town (which you have pretty much to yourself during the week), but be close enough to surrounding attractions, such as, Hua Hin, Karen Kachin national park, or Phetchaburi. Then this villa is for you. You will definitely need a car, as the beach is 5 mins drive from the actual villa, and Hua Hin, 20 mins etc.. But with a car we also managed to travel to kanchuburi for a few days, and Koh Tao. You wont go wrong with this villa, especially for the price.

We found the property to be exactly as described. It is situated in a lovely, friendly development and on arrival we were met by the owner who provided great information (inlcuding details or discounted trips provided by the very knowledgable Paul) and even ran us in to supermarket to get provisions (which was greatly appreciated).
The property was in excellent condition - rooms were all well equipped and bright, fresh and clean. The outdoor area was great - pool and outdoor kitchen.
Overall we were pleased with accommodation and would recommend to friends and even return ourselves

bungelow was stunning and Roger and Chomphoo could not have been more helpful and welcoming, my children loved it and would love to stay again in the future.

The value was wonderful, The little pool was great and was a little bigger than it looks in the photographs. Roger and Chompoo were helpful and friendly and on one night provided us with a lovely Thai homecooked meal. Altogether a superb experience but we are afraid that too many good reviews will mean well struggle to get any future bookings

This testimonial is to say what a fabulous holiday we had recently with Stay and Stay in Thailand. The evening meals was the best Thai food we have ever tasted, it was very friendly atmosphere.
Roger and Chompoo Plastow went out of there way to help us after my wife had an accident on a motor bike, with taking us to the hospital daily, we have booked again for Christmas 08, and would highly recommend them.

My family and I had a wonderful week in Cha-am,we stayed at Roger and Chomphoo's charming place,the bungalow is lovely with all mod cons in its own gorgeously manicured all around garden,the view towards the mountain is particularly stunning, there can be few better ways of spending the early evening than relaxing with your feet in the spa pool,cool drink at your side listening to the distant cross-country train as it passes between the mountains.Cha-am is also great and R and C are most accomodating in daily rides to the market ,beach etc they also know the best restuarants and nice quiet beach { local knowledge is an invaluable weapon } should we get the chance we would love to return,I would also like to add that R and C are very hospitable and friendly and make you feel at ease immediately,by the end of your stay you will feel just like old friends,look no further!
