It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

I loved this house and neighbourhood which is particularly suited to families with younger children. Security is brilliant. The facilities are wonderful and the choice of activities in the area is great. Particularly enjoyed Los Naranjos Golf, great course. The house had everything we required, AC and Sky Sports are a real bonus! There are some great restaurants in the general area. It is very private but also within a short drive of all of Puerte Banus and Marbella

This town house was just perfect for a relaxing break in the sun. For us, the property was ideally located, as it is in a lovely quiet area of Nueva Andalucía, but not far from the nightlife of Puerto Banus either. The house is great, very well equipped, beautiful views and the garage space was also very handy, as public parking spaces are limited. We would highly recommend this property.
