Centrally located apartment with 2 bedrooms and air conditioned throughout.
Newly completed complex situated in the centre of Fuengirola. Small hallway takes you into a comfortable lounge/dinning room. The living area is modern and tastefully decorated with leather and dark wood furniture. . The pine effect kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you would expect from your holiday home including washing machine, over, hob and fridge/freezer. Both the bedrooms have 2 beds and ample wardrobe space. Fully tiled and modern bathroom. The apartment has climate control throughout, providing cool air in the summer and warm in the winter. Leading off from the living room is a large balcony, equipped with patio furniture for 4 people.
The apartment is situated in the heart of Los Rampas, Fuengirola, so its close proximity to the beach, which is only about 50 yards away and bars, restaurants and shops makes it an ideal location for your holiday.
ABOUT FUENGIROLA
Fuengirola is just twenty minutes from Malaga airport, while the local train station provides easy access to such popular nearby resorts as Benalmadena and Torremolinos.
A medium sized holiday resort, where you will find all the attractions of a seaside town. It is an ideal location for a family holiday. Bars, restaurants and shops are on your doorstep. The train and bus stations, where you can book various excursions and tours, are only minutes walk away from the apartment.
Fuengirola is probably most famous for its five miles of sandy beaches, with its new wider promenade and plenty of palm trees interspersed with colourful flower bed’s and bench seating, Fuengirola sea front is a favourite place for tourists and local families alike. The beaches along Fuengirola hold a European blue flag. It is now probably one of the most popular tourist resorts on the Costa del Sol. Fuengirola is particularly popular with tourists with a wide variety of entertainment and restaurants to choose from. Andalucian traditional tapas (snacks bars) to local fish restaurants to the British Fry-ups all make Fuengirola a popular choice for going out to eat. There is no shortage of things to do for holidaymakers in Fuengirola, ranging from such family fun activities as the Aqua Park, a trip to the zoo, a ride around town on "the little train" or on a horse-drawn carriage, right through to a host of water sports.
