This is the second time we have visited this villa and once again had a very enjoyable stay. The villa has everything that you need and fitted the seven of us very comfortably. Since our last stay wifi has been added which is almost essential nowadays with all the gadgets that come on holiday.
The villa has an amazing south facing outlook and it is very relaxing just looking out over the lake and the varied collection of birds that using it.
One recommendation I would make would be to change the double bed in the third bedroom to two singles as this would allow more flexibility for families sharing.
The travelling time to Disney is about 30 mins and 45-60 to Universal although this can change a fair bit as the traffic can get very heavy. The nearest supermarkets are about 15-20 mins away.
Once again I would recommend this villa as a base for your Florida holiday.

Es tut mir leid, dass Sie falsche informationen bekommen haben und nicht ins Gate reingekommen sind.
Wir hatten in der Regel keine Probleme mit den Gästen, denn es hat bis jetzt immer geklappt.
Ich werde selbstverständlich abklärungen treffen, weshalb dieses Mistgeschick passiert ist.

Spent two weeks at this villa and found it to be ideally located for all the theme parks. The villa is well equipped and is well maintained.
We did however have some challenges which stops me from providing a glowing review. Before we went I did attempt to contact the owner to get english instructions for accessing the villa as those emailed were in German. I got no response from the owner even in German. Hence I had to rely on google translate that provided misleading instructions of how to get into the gated community. Once we arrived we could not access the gate and following the instructions on the gate did not enable us to open it. More worrying was that the emergency telephone number provided by the owner was completely wrong! Hence we had a very worrying 3/4 hour before we found a local security guard who provided a code to get into the gated community. Had we have not found him we would have likely attempted to find a hotel which would have proven very costly especially as we could not contact anyone when we arrived.
There is a telephone number on the front door of the villa for emergencies but is of little use if you cant get to it! Once at the villa though we did manage to get in.
So overall, a good villa let down down by the lack of care taken by the owner to provide the right information.

We spent a lot of time researching Florida villas for our holiday and we were not disappointed when we arrived. This villa exceeded all our expectations and was a welcome haven when we arrived late after a long day traveling. The pool has a lovely outlook onto the lake and the sun shines on it from morning through till mid evening. Very well maintained and spotlessly clean with all the facilities you need to enjoy your holiday in the sun. Our party consisted of mixed age groups and the villa worked well for us all. Very quiet and peaceful location in a safe and friendly neighbourhood. We will definitely go back to this villa at some point in the future and highly recommend it as an ideal base for your holiday.

this is the second time we have stayed at this villa and each time it gets better. the present owners have made improvements to an already perfect haven. we will be going back just as soon as we have funds available.

I was impressed with the booking of your villa from the moment I pulled up at the security gates. The instructions you provided for my arrival to the villa and entry into the villa were simple enough to follow. The layout was very spacious considering we were only a family of four. The villa could easily accomodate two families of four. The LCD screens in the bedrooms and access to the PC made our time spent in the villa even more relaxing and enjoyable (especially for the children). Having the pool ensured we had time to relax before and after we went out on our daily adventures. The after service booking has also been carried out very professionally. I would definitely recommend your villa to family and friends.

After having small problems with the key code (was incorrect, but we figured the right one out) and the cleaning (there was some missunderstunding with our day of arrivel), we were very very pleased with the property. A very nice and clean villa on a safe beautiful place. No complaints!

Our party was very impressed with the property and all the facilities listed were accurate. The south facing pool is a definate advantage. The property was a bit further out of Kissimmee than we expected making car rental essential if you don't want to pay expensive taxi fares, however the area of poinciana was lovely and peaceful. The gated community made you feel very secure.

Just returned from a week in villa cloud 9 and wished we had stayed for two. We visit florida a couple of times a year and usually stay on International Drive, but thought we would try a villa instead. Excellent directions were given from airport evn if you are a first time visitor this would be easy to find. On approach into Crescent Lakes then Aster Cove a lovely gated community, very quiet, security what ever time day or night, villa exactly like description & do not worry about glass tables as I have a daughter and no worries on this. Plenty of beach towels,fresh bathroom towels, kitchen Utensils etc. The only Item I could not find was a pizza cutter after grabbing a pizza from walmart after late night at park. We washed all beech towels & bathroom towels when we stayed, dont know whether you have too but does no harm. Would recommend this villa to everyone, thanks for the lovely stay.

We instantly fell in love with the villa and couldn't wait to get into the pool! The villa was spacious, clean and very welcoming. We felt at home and had a fantastic holiday. Unfortunately the villa is booked up in mid August next year otherwise we would definitely be coming back.

all the directions were simple to follow how to get in.we opened the front door and could not belive our eyes. the villa was out of this world .it had everything the three of us could possibly want and more.we put our cases on in our rooms and headed for the pool .after we had a good look round .we found all we needed the whole place we so well set out .even towels for the pool area in the laundy room the washing machine and dryer were easy to use along with every other electrical item and there were lots we all said that this place far exceeded our expectations.it was far more than we expected for our money all in all it was a fantatic holiday we spent the days at the parks and then went back to relax by the pool we had a car and this place was so handy for everything as well as peaceful well keep and just made for an extra spcial holiday at a really great price thanks again for the loan of your proprty we cant recommend it to anyone highly enough we will be back soon

for us the aspect and privacy of the house was very important and it deed meet our expectations for that. For the rest the house has everything you need when you are on holiday and is better than a hotel.
I liked the reservation system , easy and fast to use.

An excellent property in an excellent location, providing a beautiful and peaceful respite from the buzz of the parks, without being too far away.
Great size which easily accomodated our 2 families including children, without being on top of each other.
Includes lots of little extras to make the holiday special for all in the party. Thank you for providing a great villa for a fantastic holiday
The pool and the lanai area were the main focal point of our evening entertainment and we miss the many happy hours we spent there chilling and winding down after busy days in the parks.
Recommended to all families looking to share excellent amenities in a spacious environment

The villa was wonderful, much nicer than i had expected, the pics really dont do it enough justice, the location is great, not far from all the parks and in a very quiet secure location. I thought the villa was very tastefully decorated and my family felt very much at home there, it was acually hard to pull the kids from the pool to go to the parks! we had a wonderful vacation and the only regret is that we should've stayed longer. The house is big enough to accommodate 2 familys of four with plenty of space to spare. I will definetly rebook again next year and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a worry free comfortable vacation . Many thanks to Mr.Harding

we had an absolutely wonderful holiday definitely helped by the superb accomodation.
After a days theme parks we were able to chill out big time in the superb facilities

Located near the main attractions in Orlando area.
The villa is well planned and suits 8 people very well.
Pool area is in south west, perfect for sunbathing and lazy afternoons.
A baby chair and bed would have made our stay easier and even more perfect.

The owners of this property bent over backwards to make our stay perfect. Having read a previous review I was somewhat sceptical of the author, my gut reaction was correct. The villa is in a very nice location, is clean, and well maintained. There are indeed coffee tables made of glass and white carpets but they are safe and clean. I for one was most happy with this and found the decor to be far preferable to plastic and concrete!

excellent villa and value for money,far enough away from the main attractions but not to far,about 25 minutes to disney.After reading John from Kinross`review shortly before going we had some concerns, this man clearly has a problem and my simpathy goes out to the owners who have to deal with this type of person . If anybody is concerned about the review,i would urge you to ignore it and go ahead and book this villa.

We (2 adults, 3 children) stayed in the villa May/June 05 and really should have written sooner. This was our 10th trip to Orlando and the first time we had stayed in a villa. We found the area, accomodation and facilities to be excellent. The villa was clean, spacious and a real home from home. The only problem was coaxing the children out of the pool. We all had an excellent holiday and will definetley be booking this villa for our next Orlando holiday. We reccomend it to everyone.

This lovely villa is situated in a mainly residential area which gave it a lovely homely feel. We all loved the pool and spa and the outlook onto the lake was beautiful and peaceful in contrast to the bustle and fast pace of the theme parks. It is very well situated and was only 15 -20 minutes house to Disney maingate (follow the signs for I4 west - you can get onto the I4 east also, rather than go via the 192 which tends to be very busy esp. in the morning). The Master bedroom is very nice and has a lovely en-suite.The villa provided all the equipment you'd need on holiday and some more! We had one or two initial problems but these were easily sorted by the friendly management team.We really enjoyed this villa and would recommend it to our friends and would book again. Thanks Bob!

My Family just came back from our stay at this villa and have nothing but fantastic things to say about it. We were a little uncertain with booking a villa ourself online (because you really never know what you get) and were very happy when we arrived and saw how lovely the house is. It is in a great , quiet location, overlooking a lake and is very spacious inside. The master bedroom is fabulous. The furnishings are very nice and has plenty of towels . The pictures do not do it justice. The owner is a fabulous person as well. So if your reading this review and are looking for an affordable A+ villa that goes the extra mile look no further. We will definetly book again.

The house is beautiful. A family would have all the privacy they need when using the pool. We had a great time. The pictures we took will not do it justice. I told all my friends and family that if they want a great place to stay that this house was awesome.

Thanks for the positive comments about our villa. I am really sorry that the pool table, air hockey and darts were not available. They were ordered way back in August just after we purchased the property and that is why the details appear on the website. Unfortunately due to the 3 hurricanes hitting Florida- the delivery was delayed and they were not actually delivered until today 27.10.04. Apologies once again.

Wow this villa ia amazing, and yes the master bed is the biggest I hae ever seen also. The beds were so comfy I did not find myself saying, " I cant wait to get back to my own bed",this is what I normally say.
The lake that the villa overlooks is beautiful and we even made a few friends with the local wildlife that came for breakfast most mornings.
The only bad thing I have to say about this villa, is that it ws more than 15 mins to disney it took us about half an hours drive,this did not upset us though. Also we found it difficult working out how to put the pool light on and outside lights we called the management team twice who said they would send someone over but no one came.A little more information in the villa on arrival would have been helpful.The villa was fantastic but if anyone ever found the games room that was supposed to be there I would like to know were it was...

crescent lakes is a very nice community and
Aster Cove is lovely. Your villa is in a very nice position overlooking the lake and it has the biggest master bedroom /en suite that I have ever seen. My family and I had a wonderful holiday and as I have said your villa was everything we hoped for. Please let me know what we owe you for our
unscheduled but very nice third week and I will arrange payment ASAP. Thankyou very much again and I wish you all the best for the future.
