Residential La Cinuelica Los Altos is situated 40 minute drive from Alicante airport or 25 minutes from Murcia airport.
The local area benefits from a great selection of bars, restaurants and shops within a short walk of the apartment.
There are two large supermarkets both only a 5 min walk from apartment.
The Punta Prima area is a 10 minute walk and has a great selection of restaurants including Spainish, Italian, German, Indian,Chinese and English. There is also a new Commercial centre which opened 2007.
The nearest beach at Punta Prima is 20 min walk.
There are many other bars, restaurants which can be found all within walking distance.
A car is not essential for a stay at this property.
The town of Torrevieja is only 10min away and is easily reached by car, bus or local taxi.
The apartment is well located for access to 3 superb 18 hole golf courses Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas all within a 15 minute drive. Clubs and buggies can be hired at all courses. Early booking of tee times is recommended to avoid disappointment. The apartment is equipped with four single beds which makes it ideal for parties of 4 males or females as many other apartments available to rent have double beds.

Torrevieja
Torrevieja, originally a fishing village, has become an important center for tourism with plenty of hotels, extensive beaches, excellent restaurants and a busy night life. It is also known for its boat crafted from salt and since 1955, for the international Competition of Habaneras y Polifonias. This is a summer festival in which maestros of Cuban music, brought to Spain last century by the fishermen of Torrevieja who crossed the Atlantic to take salt to the Caribbean island, join together to play.
A visit to Torrevieja must include a visit to the port with over 1500 mooring points and all you need to practice or learn water sports.
The old town of Torrevieja has retained its character, with a lovely promenade, excellent marina and a wide range of restaurants. It has a beautiful climate and is renowned for its warm winters. There are numerous sandy beaches along its coastline, some close to town and others in quieter locations making Torrevieja an ideal place for holidays, winter stays or permanent residence.
Torrevieja has one of the largest open-air markets in Spain along its promenade, which comes alive from early evening and sells local arts, crafts, jewellery, leather goods and African carved art.
Torrevieja also boasts a lively nightlife with new bars and clubs making Torrevieja attractive for all ages.

Orihuela Costa
The Orihuela Costa lies to the south of Torrevieja. From Torrevieja to the Murcian border you will find 15 km of mainly rock coast, surrounded by magnificent beaches like Punta Prima, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca, Cala Capitan, Cabo Roig, Cala del Cuervo, Dehesa de Campoamor and Torre de la Horadada. The sandy coves backing onto cliffs and are very popular with tourists and residents alike due to the crystal clear waters and the golden sand . The little beach bars chiringuitos serve tapas, snacks and cold drinks and are wonderful places from which to watch the world go by.
