A nice, clean property, good location (a little difficult to find initially). You will need a car to get out and about with. Overall very satisfied.

The owner provided good service, including airport transfers and somebody locally who we could approach with any problems.
The property is in a great location in the city of Quesada, which is an attractive city with many facilities - shops, good restaurants, aquapark, bowling and golf. It is also only 10 minutes drive from excellent beaches.
The property is clean and well maintained, with all home comforts, and a lovely roof top solarium.
There is so much to see and do within easy reach of the villa, but a car is recommended to get the most out of a holiday there.
Recommended for: Age 55+, and Families with Young Children

We have used this villa for a number of holidays in Quesada, we always found the property well kept and very clean, facilities and furniture excellent. The pool is excellent and very well maintained. A lovely place to recharge your batteries or if you require a lively night out you're only a stones throw from Quesada main street and 15 mins drive from a number of large towns. A well spent holiday can be had by all.

Excellent, clean and affordable accomodation. Within walking distance of Quesada town, plus other bars close by. Only a short drive to the beach. No problems with key collection and transfers. I would highly recommend this villa.
Recommended for: Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Girls Getaway, Romantic Getaway, and Sightseeing

30 minutes from Alicante airport. Very clean well maintained villa, Excellent customer service. Golf Club and Aqua park on site. 15 min to beach in car. Plenty of shops and resturants within walking distance. We liked the area so much we bought our own house there. A car would be preferable but not essential if you like walking.

we had a lovely week in your villa with our four children the villa was immaculate with everything you could need . it was in a very nice location within walking distance of the local town and the roads were easy to drive on to find the beaches . the swimming pool was never busy and was a nice place to cool off !!!! the local resturants were very good and not expensive. the aqua park was also a good day out with the kids.

We stayed in this villa in 2006, everything was in pristene condition, the property was spotlessly clean, bright, sun terrace was a bonus. There was somebody on hand for any queries we had who was very approachable as was the owner throughout the booking and our stay. I would recommend this villa for these reasons. The only downside for us was having one bedroom on a different floor but as our children are older it was no big deal. A car is useful.
