The villa is situated on an urbanisation that has been established for 20 years. Over the last 2 years most of the remaining plots have been sold & new villas have been developed, giving an interesting mix of old traditional & new modern villas. Each villa enjoys large plots which means that there is no overcrowding of buildings & therefore space & privacy. Our villa is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a more modern part of san Cristobal, looking out onto the orange groves.
The property is on a slight hill accessed from the road by electric gates. The gravel drive leads up to the parking & garage at the house. Stairs lead up to the main entrance.The community of san cristobal is also a private gated community which are closed between 10pm & 6am.You have your own remote to allow access at any time.
The main entrance leads into the hallway where the accommodation splits into living & bedroom areas. To the left is the main dining & living space with a contemporary feel. To the left is the kitchen which has granite worktops, ceramic hob, oven, extractor, fridge freezer & integrated dishwasher. Patio doors lead to a covered balcony which can also be accessed from the living area. The outlook from here is of orange groves & the swimming pool at the side. From the hall again to the right is the house shower room, with wash basin, toilet & shower. Next is the first twin bedroom with two single beds & fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom is next with large bed, fitted wardrobe & patio doors leading to a small balcony. Opposite the patio doors is the en suite with a large walk in shower, two wash basins, bidet & toilet. From the corridor outside is the next double bedroom with the en suite to the right, this comprises of bath with shower & screen, bidet, toilet & washbasin. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes & patio doors leading to a covered terrace. Finally from the hall there are stairs that lead downstairs to the last bedroom which has a double bed & a single bed. Off the corridor downstairs is the garage where there is a washing machine, freezer & pool table. This leads to the outside to the driveway.
To the outside from the hall is a covered patio area which is ideal to escape the summer heat. There is a wicker sofa & chair to relax. Leading from here are steps down to the pool area where there is additional patio area & steps into the infinity pool.

The garden is mainly to the front which is still fairly young but is being developed continuosley & aready has 30 orange trees, 15 olive trees, 4 palms & a small cactus area. the property is fenced in with a small wall & fencing above. there are views mainly to the front & side where the pool is which are of the orange groves and hills & mountains in the distance.
We have equiped this villa with most things you would expect in your own home. As this is our holiday home we have added extra items to make it feel special and luxurious.
