The location of the apartment means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing balcony, sea views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The property had an excellent location with wonderfull views. The booking process and directions to the property were good and the local management company were most helpfull. We both felt that the kitchen was in need of modernising in particular some the white goods which must have been in the property since it was built, it just lets the rest of the property down. However we still had a wonderfull stay and would certainly consider returning.

Lovely property good location with excellent views over the med. The directions given to us were good and the web description spot on. Plenty to do around that area, would be only to happy to return. Only comment I would make is that I think the oven and hob could do with replacing at the end of the season as they are a little dated and do not work as well as they should.

The location of the apartment was fantastic the pictures do not do it justice. We arrived without problem the maps and key collection system worked well and the property was clean and well prepared. We had some concerns about the proximity to the road but with the double front door and double glazing on the bedroom window it was not an issue. The balcony is the best with views across the med you can even see Africa on a clear day. The shops are close at hand and Antonios beach bar is great and serves a good paella. Will defiantly tell our friends about it and are sure to visit again.

The property was exactly as described in the web site in fact the view was first rate. I did have some concerns about the apartment’s proximity to the main road but the double door and double glazing did an excellent job. The facilities in the apartment were good and it was well presented and spotlessly clean on arrival. The local area was fun to explore and Antonio’s Beach bar just a few minutes’ walk away has excellent local fish and the paella was to die for. All in all an excellent location and will defiantly recommend to friends and family.

We have just returned from Ref44 - Miraflores Playa after 2 weeks in Sept 2010. The apartment is excellent with all the amenities and space you require. To accompany that there is a good size balcony directly off the living room area and the view is just terrific. In front of the sea facing apartment are beautiful landscape gardens, a large swimming pool finished off with a fantastic view of the Med. The bathroom and kitchen are well porportioned for 2 people and everything works as it should. The position of the property is in a very quiet location (dont worry you cant hear the N340 traffic just behind the apt). If your wanting a good selec tion of restaurants & bars for the evening then you will be needing transport as there is very little choice available close by.The 3 main pubs/restaurants are around a 10min walk and if you fancy a good home cooked type meal then visit Charlies bar. Owned by a British couple the lady is a wonderful cook/chef and they are a really nice family. There are 2 main well stocked supermarkets situated in the same area as the pubs but carrying heavy shopping even for only 10mins is pretty exhausting! We hired a car for 12 of the 14 days and very pleased we did as it gives you much more flexibility and at 270euros a very good price. I would recommend the apartment and if all you want to do is chill then its ideal. Hope this helps.. Michael & Lizzy from Nottingham.

Great location with fantastic view as described on the web. What the description does not say is that there is a good restaurant bar next to the pool and an excellent beach bar ‘Antonio’ just 5 minutes walk away. Both ideal for lunch or and evening sundowner. The apartment is well equipped and nicely furnished. One suggestion for the future to consider putting in a WiFi system.

The apartment was all that we expected it to be and more. Fab location and easy access to everything. The transfer service was certainly worth while and took all the hassle out of getting the holiday started. We had a small medical problem during the stay and Casa Care in particular Danny was most helpful. Thankyou for that. We will certainly come back and defiantly recommend all our friends

Lovely apartment and excellent location overlooking the med. Despite being close to the main road there was only minimal noise.
