The Villa:
This lovely detached Villa is set in an extremely quiet and serene area, absolutely ideal for a relaxing ‘getaway from it all’ holiday. To the back of the Villa there is a terrace and garden consisting of flowers, shrubs and tropical trees. There are views of the Atlantic Ocean from the front of the Villa. The grounds surrounding the swimming pool consists of sunbeds, patio table and chairs and a barbeque.
The Villa has a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave and a washing machine.
The lounge has satellite television, 3 piece suite, dining table and there are french doors leading out to the back terrace.
The master bedroom has a double bed and there are French doors which lead out to the front terrace and swimming pool. The second bedroom has bunk beds and fitted wardrobes.

Location
15 minutes from Airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and 15 minutes to Playa de Las Americas (by car). A car is essential for this area.
Beverages/Linen Change
A welcome pack is included consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bread, butter, cheese, fruit juice, beer and sometimes even a bottle of wine. Towels and linen change once a week.

The Resort:
Amarilla Golf is a resort all on its own. There are a few bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets and Amarilla’s golfing club house where you can hire golf clubs to play a few rounds of golf on the fairways.
A couple of minutes drive away is the Golf del Sur resort where there are more bars, restaurants and shops with nightly entertainment in the main square.
Los Cristianos is a mere 10 minute drive where you will find golden sandy beaches and plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife before you return back to the peacefulnes of La Quinta Villa and the resort of Amarilla Golf.
