The Apartment
This brand new 1 bedroom Apartment has one of the best positions in the whole area. With a large balcony that has stunning views over the pool and the Atlantic ocean, this is an apartment many people visit time and time again.
With sea views from every room in the apartment and a balcony that literally sits over the Atlantic, you will be lulled to sleep by the gentle sounds of waves lapping against the shore!
Inside the apartment is brand new and has recently had new furniture.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a breakfast bar separating the kitchen from the lounge. The lounge consists a double sofa bed (that folds into two single beds), a radio/cassette/cd player, A DVD Player and Satellite television with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4, Sky News an Sky Sports. There are patio doors leading to the large balcony.
The bedroom consists of twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers. It also has patio doors leading to the balcony. The fully tiled bathroom is extremely fresh and clean.
If you wish to hire a car the apartment benefits from having it's very own underground parking space that can reached via electric gates. The complex has lifts and is wheelchair friendly.
The Aguamarina Complex is very safe and secure as the main doors to reception are kept locked. It is very well maintained and each floor is cleaned every day.
The complex is extremely well situated for all local amenities. Opposite is a well stocked supermarket and an Irish Bar that shows all the major Sporting events by day and has some good quality live acts in the evening. At the front of the complex, there is a picturesque sea front promenade with some typically Spanish restaurants and bars.
Within 500 yards there is a good quality gym, sauna, jacuzzi and beauty salon.
The main resort centre area is a very pretty 10-15 minutes walk along the sea front. Here you will find a selection of shops, a supermarket, bars and restaurants.

10 minutes from Airport, 15 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car). Hourly bus service also available to both the North and South of the Island. Taxi rank within 2 minutes walk.

Property Management
This apartment is looked after by a company called Overseas Property Management (OPM) who have offices in the resort centre of Golf Del Sur. They will be only too pleased to help you during your stay so please feel free to pop in for a chat!!
Their contact details will be sent to you when you book. Many people book these apartments, reassured in the knowledge that OPM are close by. Relax in the knowledge that during your stay OPM are always on hand should you require them.
OPM also offer a very popular taxi meet and greet service to meet you off the plane and also have a fleet of hire cars that can either be left at the airport or at the apartment. Please enquire further about these services when you have booked.
