We went to the Villa Dalyance for our third visit at the beginning of October 2012 and it certainly wont be our last. (In fact we have already booked for next year). This is a superb villa which is so well equipped. We love absolutely everything about it . The accommodation is wonderful and the gardens and pool area offer us the peace and tranquility we want from a holiday.
The bikes were a bonus and gave us the opportunity to further explore the surrounding countryside.
Dalyan is a traditional Turkish town and the people are warm and friendly.
The restaurants all seem good and are reasonably priced.
We are already looking forward to our return visit.

Although on arrival we had some problems with the electrics and hot water. The owner and ORUC team were very supportive and responded as quickly as you would hope. Thereby ensuring that everything was back to normal as soon as possible.
The villa, pool and location we thought were excellent. We enjoyed Dalyan very much and found the local people really freindly, helpful and good fun.

Our stay at Villa Dalyance exceeded our expectations!
It was our second visit to Dalyan and we were thrilled with the villa we booked.
Having stayed in various villas previously i have to say this was the best equipped and most organised i have stayed in yet!
Everything was provided there was nothing missed at all.
The property was perfetly clean and had a real home from home feel.
The size of the rooms were bigger than anticipated which was great as you need a good amount of space for kids to chill out in when its too hot outside! Loads of outside space and a huge pool.
The setting is tranqil witha backdro p of rocky hills the villa is just off the road to Iztuzu beach.
The walk into town is a good 25mins which can be hard work in the August heat... you can always grab a taxi home!
Nothing is too much trouble for the locals and they are more than happy to come and collect you and take you to their restaurant for the evening.
Dalyan is a beautiful place with nature in abundance, hire a boat for the day and dip in and out of various coves or get wet and dirty on a jeep safari its well worth it! Catch the rowing boat and visit the city of Caunos or just chill out by the pool.....we will definatly be returning.

This was an excellent choice of villa for our family of 6 adults and 3 children, one at 4yrs and two at just 2. The saftey as[ect of the pool was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and welcomming. The Villa was also fatastically equipped with everything you needed, a real home from home, but in the wonderful sunshine. The bikes came in handy for quick trips to the local shop, for bread etc.
ORUC were really good, if we needed anything we gave them a call and it would be seen too.
The only issue I would say would be the flies!!!!!! but hey, that was only a minor. Such excellent value for money. Well done Mr and Mrs Frost.

This was our second visit to Villa Dalyance, and we hope it will not be our last.
The villa is set in a quiet location out of town surrounded by beautiful scenery and mountains. It is a bit of a walk in to town, however you can get a local taxi for no more than £5 each way.
Dalyance is built to a high standard and the perfect size for a family with a good layout. The gardens are impressive as is the pool. The team from Oruc do a good job at maintaining the property and will even take care of your airport transfers if needed.
There are plenty of good quality restaurants both in and out of town. Some will even pick you up and dro p you off again after your meal at no extra cost.
The beach is a fair distance away but is well worth a visit.
If its a peaceful relaxing family holiday you want, then Villa Dalyance fits the bill perfectly.

a nice villa but just a little to far out of town. as some of our party were over 60 walking into town was to much for them, so went by taxi which cost about £150 over the 2 weeks. But dont let that put you off we had a great time and would book again.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we love it.
The Villa is excellent, very comfortable and well equipped and we are fussy. There is a great pool and garden and its in a very tranquil setting.
You dont need a hire car if you dont mind walking,or you can get a taxi which cost £5. There are also the bikes to nip to the local shop.
You can get the bus to the beach for £3.50 or the boat from the town centre.
Its a little gem hidden away, you wont be dissapointed if you want peace and quiet in a great setting.

Villa Dalyance is an excellent villa in a prime location. The owners have thought of everything and more to make your stay memorable and relaxing.
The villa is well maintained by Oruc who were friendly, helpful and efficent.
We made ample use of the good sized pool and the BBQ area was a bonus.
We would defiently reccommend this villa and are already thinking of booking for 2011.

Although out of the centre of Dalyan, it was easy enough to get there and back by taxi, the in-house phone makes this very easy. Some of the restaurants would even arrange free pick-up & dro p-off which was great. In short and to cover as a whole, we were looking for a large, spaceous villa, well stocked and away from the buzz, with a good pool and nice garden/surroundings. This villa hit the spot! Id recommend to anyone.

We went to ville in the half term holiday in october and had a superb time weather was very changeable but pretty good, cannot fault the villa or the booking with Mr and Mrs Frost they were so helpful.
I would recomend you check bank opening times and local holidays as nowhere else to cash traverlers cheques but Oruc were very helpful and i would reconmend this villa and area of Turkey to anyone .
lovely relaxing holiday which also was great for my children of 13 and 9 we look forward to a return journey . Thanks so much for superb holiday

6 of us have just spent the last 2 weeks at Villa Dalyance. It was one of the most relaxing holidays we have had. The villa had everything you could want. The pool is larger than we thought it would be which was a bonus, there was 2 bikes if you were feeling energetic. They have an excellent management company who will help you with anything you need ie: trips etc. It is in a peacefull area with mountains around it, it is about a 25 mins walk to Dalyan which wasnt a problem as it was all flat. This was our first experience of renting a villa and I would recommend it. The owners Dr and Mrs Frost was most helpfull all along the process.

We have just returned from a wonderful two weeks in dalyan. The villa was perfect and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. The pool for us was the best bit, and we would love to return one day! The walk to town is about 15 mins and pleasant but taxis are also resonably priced. Dalyan itself is a lovely town with lots to do and friendly locals. Definately worth a visit is the beach beautiful and if you are lucky seeing the turtles is an amazing experience!

This villa is outstanding. The pool was much bigger than we expected and was cleaned every day. The surroundings were very quiet and beautiful. The 2 mountain bikes provided were very useful for getting into town, which is a bit too far to walk in the heat of the day. Ideal if you want a very chilled out holiday. Would definately visit again.

I thought the villa was lovely with great facilities.It was lovely to have the use of bikes to get around.We had a few problems such as the Dishwasher,washing machine were not working and there was no gas for the cooker so we couldnt use it.We thought the cost of the airport taxi was expensive and that the services provided by Oruc were extortionate..Thus we only used them once.We were left feeling thoroughlt ripped off. I would however recommend the villa most highly to my friends

A GOOD REVIEW BUT I WISH OUR AGENTS,ORUC OR I HAD BEEN NOTIFIED ABOUT EQUIPMENT NOT WORKING.WE COULD HAVE GOT IT SORTED EASILY.FIRST PROBLEM OF THIS TYPE REPORTED.
£25 TO £35 EACH WAY FROM/TO THE AIRPORT DEPENDING ON GROUP SIZE SEEMS REASONABLE TO ME.ORUC ARE A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THEIR COMPETITORS FOR ORGANISED TRIPS BUT ARE GENERALLY RELIABLE.
WE FEEL THAT OUR VILLA PRICES ARE VERY COMPETITIVE.
GLAD THAT OUR VILLA WAS APPRECIATED AND ENJOYED.

The villa was lovely and fully equipped including bikes, gardens and pool where excellent. the owners were very help full with emails and phone help. we could not have asked for more, the most relaxing holiday we have ever had. dalyan is wonderful still 7 yrs on since last visit

Lovely spacious villa, the best we've stayed at in Europe. Clean, well equipped, good private pool cleaned daily. Set in picturesque countryside just outside Dalyan( lots of farmyard noises!) Oruc maintenance company v helpful and can arrange transfers. You could survive here without a car using the 2 mountain bikes provided to cycle to shops. Plenty of choice of restaurants and some will collect you. There are good boat trips down the river to the beach( 11 km by road) Kounos tombs/ruins and to mud baths and hot springs.Weather unsettled in March though no problems with mosquitos unlike later in the year. We'd like to return when its warmer. Turkish people v friendly but some try to overcharge you so beware and negotiate well!

We have recently come back from a holiday in Villa Dalyance, Turkey and were very pleased with its location and facilities. The area was very quiet (apart from the frogs) situated amongst local dwellers but only a short walk to the town centre. There were bikes available in the villa which we could use and did as the area was flat and ideal for biking! The villa was very well equipped with everything you need to make it home from home. It is ideal for a group or large family as it has 3 bathrooms (two with showers with lots of hot water), and plenty of seating in the lounge area. The large pool was cleaned every day and there were lots of patio areas for sunbathing. We especially liked sitting on the back patio to have our breakfast in the morning sun and early evening sitting on the 1st floor balcony having afternoon tea and admiring the view. One day we watched a stork right in front of the villa getting material for its nest. As we went in March we were not sure what the weather would be like, it got as high as 20f during the day but very cold at night, luckily the villa is heated so it was nice and warm. The town of Dalyance has a lot of character, lots of good restaurants and things to do, especially down by the river where the locals ply their trade and you could easily adopt one of the local dogs! We would certainly recommend this Villa and hope to go back there in the near future. Terry and Chris Branton

Fantastic, extreemly well appointed villa, with every home comfort you could ask for. The Oruc staff who maintain the property could not of been more helpful during our stay and we would have no hesitation in recommending this property to friends and family. Really worth a visit.

Just a quick note to say that the villa was fantastic, probably the best
we have stayed in. Excellent situation to be rural but still within 15
minute walk of the centre. Local people were great and the Oruc people
couldn't have been more helpful. Having the bikes available at the villa
was also a bonus.
For your info sheet, market prices have risen with T shirts now 5 for
£10 and polo shirts 3 for £10 but still good value.
No other problems
Again, superb villa and I will be recommending any friends who plan to
visit Turkey and this region to contact you.

We loved this villa.One of the most clean, well provisioned and comfortable for all ages that we have rented. The adjacent villas are attractive and were unoccupied during our stay. You would be overlooked if they were in use but the garden is beautifully planted which should afford screening soon. Excellent sized pool kept immaculately. Vast amount to see and do in the area and extremely accessible to Dalaman airport. With children and the heat we found it too far to walk to town. Do not let this put you off. as the setting is so quiet and it is easy to hire a car or get a taxi . Excellent value for money. We would not hesitate to recommend it and have already done so. It definitely exceeded our expectations.

We had 3 generations of family on this holiday and they all thoroughly enjoyed it. It was like a home from home. We had the use of a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and a large fridge freezer. We didn't use all of them but they were there if needed. The property was a little out of the way but a taxi only cost between 5 and 8 Lira(£2 - £3). The villa was first class and well worth the money. We are thinking about going back later on in the year.

We had a wonderful and unforgettable vacation in villa Dalyance.
The villa is located in a very special place which combines a calming village atmosphere (with very friendly people) with exciting mountainous landscape.
The villa is beautiful, clean, comfortable, fully equipped and the people of Oruc-international are very helpful and polite. Everything was excellent.
We had the pleasure to meet Ramzan, Gemma, Roland, Ahmet, Ramzi and Arif.
During our vacation we rented a car and visited Fethiye, Marmaris and Mugla (all of them beautiful and interesting). We also made a tour (by a boat) around Dalyan.
We informed our travel agency about villa Dalyance with a warm recommendation.

This was a wonderful villa, and all 6 of us who spent a week in the villa had a fantastic holiday. The villa sounded ideal from the website details, but we did expect the description to be 'exaggerated' - although this was not the case at all. The description was perfect. There were so many great points about the villa, it is difficult to know where to begin.
It is in a perfect location - at the end of a lane, so there is no 'through traffic' making each day very peaceful. The view is beautiful. Opposite the villa were orange/lemon groves so the view to the mountains was unspoilt. Just a 5 minute taxi ride into town (reccommend you take a taxi to do your main shopping) costs less than £3. It is a gentle 30 minute walk into town, best to do this in the evening when it has cooled down. We would reccommend hiring a bike for your stay, to go to the shop on a daily basis for fresh bread and fruit etc.
The location really is ideal because you are close enough to town if you need anything, but also far enough out of town to feel completely undisturbed and have your own, private space.
The villa itself is amazingly well equipt - we even had a garlic press! Plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery etc for a large group of people. The air-conditioning was a bonus in every room. The villa was furnished very well and all rooms were really comfortable. Plenty of linen, towels etc.
As you walked out onto the terrace, you could overlook the pool, and there were gates around the terrace which is great safety-wise if you have kids. The pool area was lovely, a good sized pool - plenty or room for lilos etc. Sunloungers were comfy and there was ample patio furniture so you could spend lots of time outside (lots of mosquitoes in the evenings). The garden was well maintained, as was the pool - very clean.
The town itself was big enough to get everything you need. We only ventured out a couple of evenings because we preferred to relax at the villa, but there are restaraunts and bars to chose from, everyone was very friendly. If you wanted to do excursions and trips, there's plenty to do. The property management company (Oruc) was very helpful - Turkan, who looked after us, helped us with all of our questions and requests.
We will be booking to go back next year, we only spent a week at the villa, but maybe next time we will stay longer. Really you have the option to make what you want from the holiday - busy or relaxing. But whatever you decide to do, Villa Dalyance is a perfect setting to do it in.

The villa offered a lot of home comforts and instant relaxation! Spotlessly clean with plenty of bedlinen & towels provided. Breakfasts taken on the patio with wonderful views, pool and garden well taken care of. The three children in our party never got bored. It is a good 30minute walk into the village with children, taxi fares varied between 5-8 lires, bike or car hire is easy to find, the locals are very friendly,helpful and kind. We all voted it one of the best holidays taken so far.
