The access road is very steep, very rough and not suitable for a car.We had no induction at the villa and had to find things out for ourselves, like the switch for hot water is in a cupboard behind a water tank. The beds were not made up.After a power cut we had to find a 2nd trip switch outside the house to restore power. The power shower did not work all week.It was reported on day 1.The wc in the main bathroom stopped working on day 2 and was fixed on day 5.The en-suite is tiny and the shower leaks profusely. The villa next to the pool in the advert is not the one you get.Very disappointing.

Fantastic facilities, obviously a villa used by the owners and so very comfortable and feels-like-home! Spacious rooms, everything you could need in the kitchen (and all working!). Great views and good location for getting around the area.

One of the most beautiful villas we have stayed in. Peaceful & luxurious with the most amazing views.
You need a car to get about but the beauty of that is that you are away from the hustle & bustle of the main tourist areas. We only had to drive 2 mins to get the lovely local village restaurants, 5 mins to the beach & nearest supermarket or 15 mins to Kusadasi.
As we have 3 children, it was important that we had enough room in the villa to chill out on holiday. There was enough space for everyone to do their own thing - lovely big balconies, large double bedrooms and a huge lounge/dining area & garden.
The owners have thought of everything - there's even a hairdryer, playstation & Ipod dock. Not to mention the things you most need for self catering - a dishwasher and washing machine!
The pool was fab & much bigger than we expected. Everyone we met was really friendly & helpful. Would definitely go back here & will recommend it to all our fiends.

We had such a lovely time we ended up buying a villa in the village, the sea and mountain views are to 'die for'. Sogucak is on a hill overlooking Kusadasi. The villa is lovely and spacious with fantastic sea views.
We have a 3 year old daughter and it was lovely for her as everywhere we took her, the Turkish people made a fuss of her. At the local village restaurant we hardly saw our daughter as she was always being entertained by the owner and his family.
The village is lovely and quiet, however within 15 minutes you can be in the busy resort of Kusadasi with its lovely restaurants, shops and Bazaars.
We would definately recommend Orange Valley and have stayed again since our first visit. Next time we will be enjoying our own villa in Sogucak.

It was our first visit to this part of Turkey and we will definately be returning. On our arrival to Orange Valley Villa we passed through the traditional village of Sogucak which was fascinating, with goats and chickens roaming around. The Turkish men were in the village square drinking tea and playing backgammon. When we turned down the hill towards Orange Valley we were struck by the most amazing sea views. We entered the villa which was very big and tastefully furnished and we immediately felt at home. The Turkish people are so friendly and adore children, we made many friends. We loved our stay so much that we have already booked for next year.
