VILLA CANA BEL I FE description
A luxurious modern home in an exclusive gated new complex of 25 semi-detached villas, an easy walk from Puerto Pollenca. The CelGotmar development has been built into the side of the Puig de Gotmar Mountain facing the sea and the villas have beautiful views over the bay of Puerto Pollenca.
The villas are in a modern Mediterranean design with pastel coloured houses perched on three different levels of the mountainside. They're tucked away down a winding driveway and the three different levels are connected by steps. They're grouped around three lovely swimming pools - one on each level - with sun - terraces, loungers, plants and shrubs.
The villa Cana Bel I Fe is on the lowest level, its privately owned, the owners residing in the UK. It's an elegant and stylish house, full of light and sunshine, with white walls, tiled floors and contemporary furniture and art in rich bright colours. There's a lovely roomy lounge and dining room with leather sofas, a flat screen TV and a cd stereo/dvd. French doors lead out to a shady covered terrace with teak dining table and chairs. There's also a well designed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and pale wood units, a breakfast bar and marble worktops. Appliances include a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and microwave. All rooms have air conditioning, both hot air and cold.
There are three bedrooms - one double and two twins. They're all very light and bright with plenty of storage space and fitted wardrobes in each bedroom. The double room has a safe and a great en-suite bathroom. A large balcony leads out from the en-suite master bedroom. The two twin rooms share the family bathroom which has a bath and a shower. All bed linen and towels are supplied.
This is a lovely villa in a beautiful and luxurious small development. It is in a prime and peaceful location with mountain backdrop, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind. It's an easy 20 minute walk into Puerto Pollenca itself - with beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants.
Puerto Pollensa is arguably the most picturesque resort in Mallorca.The resort of Puerto Pollensa is 36 miles northeast of Palma with a 45 minute drive from Palma airport. The atmosphere is relaxed and very family orientated. The property is situated in the exclusive Gommar area and the port is a short promenade/beachfront walk. Puerto Pollensa has numerous, quality restaurants, bars and shops.
Originally a fishing village, Puerto Pollensa retains the time old tradition of the evening paseo or stroll. On warm, balmy evenings, everyone wanders up and down between the marina where the yachts are moored, past the pavement cafes and along the celebrated Pine Walk. The original Roman town of Pollensa can still be found three miles inland from the port, whilst the bay of Pollensa is home to a multitude of luxury yachts, as well as a mixture of colourful local fishing boats. The warm shallow waters and large beach make it especially popular for families with children. The main feature of the resort is the dramatic Serra de Tramuntana mountain range that surrounds and shelters the town.
